| 1 | 胆汁纳米细菌的培养与鉴定显示文摘目的 探讨纳米细菌在胆汁中的分布情况及微生物学特性 ,并对其鉴定方法进行评价。方法 对 75例胆囊胆汁标本进行纳米细菌培养 ,观察其生长情况 ,并采用免疫组化染色、透射电镜扫描和钙染色进行纳米细菌鉴定。结果 胆汁中纳米细菌感染率为 6 1 3% ,其中出现完全或部分黏附于管底壁的白色沉淀者 ,纳米细菌阳性率为 75 7% ,而沉淀完全呈絮状或无沉淀者 ,阳性率为4 7 4 % ,两者间存在显著性差异。免疫组化染色阳性的胆汁标本经透射电镜扫描均发现纳米细菌。钙染色的阳性率为 38 7% ,与免疫组化染色相比较 ,其灵敏度为 5 8 7% ,特异度为 93 1% ,假阳性率6 9% ,假阴性率 4 1 3%。结论 纳米细菌单克隆抗体联合透射电镜扫描可鉴定纳米细菌 ;钙染色对纳米细菌的鉴定有着重要的参考价值 ;紧密黏附于管底的白色沉淀是纳米细菌培养过程中的一个重要微生物学特性。 | 李永国 文宇 杨竹林 魏红 刘威 谭爱玲 吴晓瑛 王群伟 黄生福 Kajander EO Ciftcioglu N | 2002 | 中华医学杂志2002，82，22： | 17 |
| 2 | 胆囊结石患者血清、胆汁与胆囊黏膜中纳米细菌的分布研究显示文摘目的 探讨纳米细菌在正常人群血清及胆囊结石患者血清、胆汁和胆囊黏膜中的分布情况。 方法 ( 1)采用ELASA方法测定 338例正常人群和 76例胆囊结石患者血清中纳米细菌的感染情况 ;( 2 )对 5 7例胆囊结石和 18例非胆囊结石患者的胆囊胆汁进行纳米细菌培养 ,并采用免疫组化染色和透射电镜扫描进行鉴定 ;( 3)随机选取其中 40例胆囊结石患者胆囊黏膜进行免疫组化染色 ,观察相应胆汁和胆囊黏膜中纳米细菌分布的差异。 结果 ( 1)正常人群和胆囊结石患者血清中纳米细菌感染率分别为 8 0 %和 31 6 % ,两者间差异有显著性 ( χ2 =2 9 90 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;( 2 ) 75例胆汁中有46例感染纳米细菌 ,阳性率为 6 1 3 % ,其中胆囊结石患者的胆汁纳米细菌的感染率为 6 1 4 % ,非胆囊结石患者的胆汁纳米细菌的感染率为 6 1 1% ,两者间并无统计学差异 ( χ2 =0 89,P >0 0 5 )。 ( 3) 14例胆囊结石患者胆囊黏膜感染纳米细菌 ,阳性率为 35 0 % ,其主要分布在黏膜或黏膜下层及钙化灶。 结论 正常人群血清中纳米细菌感染率为 8 0 % ,胆囊结石患者血清、胆汁和胆囊黏膜中存在着纳米细菌感染 ;胆囊壁的钙化或纤维化可能与纳米细菌感染有关。 | 文宇 李永国 杨竹林 王学军 魏红 刘威 谭爱玲 苗雄鹰 王群伟 黄生福 E.Olavi Kajander Neva Ciftcioglu | 2003 | 中华外科杂志2003，41，4： | 8 |
