| 1 | Precipitation Chemistry and Corresponding Transport Patterns of Influencing Air Masses at Huangshan Mountain in East China显示文摘One hundred and ten samples of rainwater were collected for chemical analysis at the summit of Huangshan Mountain, a high-altitude site in East China, from July 2010 to June 2011. The volume-weighted-mean(VWM) pH for the whole sampling period was 5.03. SO2-4and Ca2+were the most abundant anion and cation, respectively. The ionic concentrations varied monthly with the highest concentrations in winter/spring and the lowest in summer. Evident inter-correlations were found among most ions, indicating the common sources for some species and fully mixing characteristics of the alpine precipitation chemistry. The VWM ratio of [SO2-4]/[NO-3] was 2.54, suggesting the acidity of rainwater comes from both nitric and sulfuric acids. Compared with contemporary observations at other alpine continental sites in China, the precipitation at Huangshan Mountain was the least polluted, with the lowest ionic concentrations. Trajectories to Huangshan Mountain on rainy days could be classified into six groups. The rainwater with influencing air masses originating in Mongolia was the most polluted with limited effect. The emissions of Jiangxi, Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces had a strong influence on the overall rain chemistry at Huangshan Mountain. | 3 | TPGS/hyaluronic acid dual-functionalized PLGA nanoparticles delivered through dissolving microneedles for markedly improved chemo-photothermal combined therapy of superficial tumor显示文摘Nanoparticles(NPs)have shown potential in cancer therapy,while a single administration conferring a satisfactory outcome is still unavailable.To address this issue,the dissolving microneedles(DMNs)were developed to locally deliver functionalized NPs with combined chemotherapy and photothermal therapy(PTT).α-Tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate(TPGS)/hyaluronic acid(HA)dualfunctionalized PLGA NPs(HD10 NPs)were fabricated to co-load paclitaxel and indocyanine green.HD10 NPs significantly enhanced the cytotoxicity of low-dose paclitaxel because of active and mitochondrial targeting by HA and TPGS,respectively.PTT could further sensitize tumor cells toward chemotherapy by promoting apoptosis into the advanced period,highly activating caspase 3 enzyme,and significantly reducing the expression of survivin and MMP-9 proteins.Further,the anti-tumor effects of HD10 NPs delivered through different administration routes were conducted on the 4 T1 tumorbearing mice.After a single administration,HD10 NPs delivered with DMNs showed the best antitumor effect when giving chemotherapy alone.As expected,the anti-tumor effect was profoundly enhanced after combined therapy,and complete tumor ablation was achieved in the mice treated with DMNs and intra-tumor injection.Moreover,DMNs showed better safety due to moderate hyperthermia.Therefore,the DMNs along with combined chemo-photothermal therapy provide a viable treatment option for superficial tumors. | Tingting Peng Yao Huang Xiaoqian Feng Chune Zhu Shi Yin Xinyi Wang Xuequn Bai Xin Pan Chuanbin Wu | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,10: | 4 |

| 5 | Hewei Jiangni granule alleviates visceral hypersensitivity in a rat model of non-erosive reflux disease via transient receptor potential channel signaling显示文摘Objective:To uncover the underlying mechanism of Hewei Jiangni granule(HWJNG)on non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)treatment by examining histological changes,gastrointestinal neurochemicals release and visceral hypersensitivity-related receptor expression in NERD model rats.Methods:A NERD rat model was established via a combination of basal sensitization and acid perfusion.HWJNG treatments at different doses were then administered.Pathological changes to tissues,mast cell(MC)activation,serum levels of esophageal visceral hypersensitivity-related neurochemicals,and transient receptor potential(TRP)receptor mRNA and protein levels were investigated.Results:Compared with the control group,the expression of tryptase in MCs,the changes of intercellular space,and the serum levels of substance P(SP),calcitonin gene-related peptides(CGRP)and proteinaseactivated receptor 2(PAR2)increased in the model group(all P<.05).The expression of TRP vanilloid 1(Trpv1)mRNA decreased in esophagus and dorsal root ganglia(DRG)of the model group(P=.030&P=.013),and the expression of TRP melastatin channel subfamily member 8(Trpm8)mRNA decreased in the esophagus of model group(P<.01).The level of esophageal TRPV1 protein increased in the model group(P<.01)and the level of TRPM8 protein decreased in esophagus and DRG of the model group(both P<.05).Compared with the model group,the serum levels of SP,CGRP,and PAR2 in the mediumdose HWJNG group showed significant decreases(all P<.05).The expression of Trpv1 mRNA in esophagus and DRG of the HWJNG groups and the Omeprazole group remarkably decreased(all P<.05),as was the expression of Trpm8 mRNA in esophagus of the HWJNG groups(all P<.05).Conclusion:HWJNG alleviated visceral hypersensitivity in NERD model rats by regulating TRP-mediated signaling.Our results indicate that HWJNG has potential as a therapeutic agent for NERD. | Jiali Liu Fushun Kou Xiang Tan Yi Dai Chune Xie Xiaohong Li Lei Shi Tangyou Mao Xiaojun Shi Junxiang Li | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,2: | 1 |

| 10 | Combined superposition effect of hypertension and dyslipidemia on left ventricular hypertrophy显示文摘Background : Hypertension and dyslipidemia are considered reversible risk factors for cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of traditional and nontraditional blood lipid profiles on the risk of left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and to explore the superposition effect of dyslipidemia combined with hypertension.Methods : Data on 9134 participants(53.5 ±10.3 years old) from the Northeast China Rural Cardiovascular Health Study(NCRCHS) were statistically analyzed. The blood lipid profile was measured by total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), total glyceride(TG), and calculated nontraditional blood lipid indices including non-HDL-C, atherosclerosis index(AI), TC/HDL-C, and residual cholesterol(RC).Results : After the adjustment of age and gender, the odds ratios(ORs) of LVH in patients with hypertension, high LDL-C, high non-HDL-C, high AI, and high TC/HDL-C were 3.97(3.31– 4.76), 1.27(1.02– 1.59), 1.21(1.04– 1.39), 1.33(1.15– 1.53), and 1.42(1.22– 1.65), respectively. After full adjustment of potential confounding factors, high AI and TC/HDL-C were associated with LVH rather than traditional blood lipid indices.The combination of hypertension and nontraditional dyslipidemia(defined by high AI and TC/HDL-C) was associated with the highest risk of LVH, especially in participants under 45 years of age. | 14 | UI layers merger: merging UI layers via visual learning and boundary prior显示文摘With the fast-growing graphical user interface(GUI)development workload in the Internet industry,some work attempted to generate maintainable front-end code from GUI screenshots.It can be more suitable for using user interface(UI)design drafts that contain UI metadata.However,fragmented layers inevitably appear in the UI design drafts,which greatly reduces the quality of the generated code.None of the existing automated GUI techniques detects and merges the fragmented layers to improve the accessibility of generated code.In this paper,we propose UI layers merger(UILM),a vision-based method that can automatically detect and merge fragmented layers into UI components.Our UILM contains the merging area detector(MAD)and a layer merging algorithm.The MAD incorporates the boundary prior knowledge to accurately detect the boundaries of UI components.Then,the layer merging algorithm can search for the associated layers within the components’boundaries and merge them into a whole.We present a dynamic data augmentation approach to boost the performance of MAD.We also construct a large-scale UI dataset for training the MAD and testing the performance of UILM.Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the best baseline regarding merging area detection and achieves decent layer merging accuracy.A user study on a real application also confirms the effectiveness of our UILM. | Yunnong CHEN Yankun ZHEN Chuning SHI Jiazhi LI Liuqing CHEN Zejian LI Lingyun SUN Tingting ZHOU Yanfang CHANG | 2023 | Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2023,24,3: | 0 |
