| 1 | Zircon U-Pb and geochemical analyses for leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas in the Danfeng Group,north Qinling Mountains,China显示文摘Field observation showed that there are many irregular leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas in the Danfeng Group in the Xiaowangjian area, north Qinling orogenic belt. Photomicrographs indicated that the protoliths of those altered leucocratic intrusive rocks are dioritic rocks. Geochemical analyses showed that pillow lavas have a range of SiO2 from 47.35% to 51.20%, low abundance of TiO2 from 0.97% to 1.72%, and percentages of MgO (MgO#=41―49). Chondrite-normalized REE patterns of pillow lavas are even, indicative of a weak differentiation between LREE and HREE (La/YbN=1.52―0.99). N-MORB-normalized trace element abundances showed that pillow lavas are enriched in incompatible elements (e.g., K, Rb, and Ba). Leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas have a wide range of SiO2 from 53.85%―67.20%, low abundances of TiO2 from 0.51%―1.10%, and MgO (MgO#=40―51), and higher percentages of Al2O3 (13.32%―16.62%) and concentration of Sr (342-539 μg/g), ratios of Na2O/K2O (2―7) and Sr/Y (17―28). Chondrite-normalized REE patterns of leucocratic intrusive rocks showed highly differentiation between LREE and HREE (La/YbN=12.26―19.41). N-MORB-normalized trace element abundances showed that leucocratic intrusive rocks are enriched in incompatible elements (e.g., K, Rb, and Ba), and significantly depleted in HFSE (e.g., Nb, Ta, Zr and Ti), indicative of a relationship to subduction. Isotopically, leucocratic intrusive rocks have a similar εNd(t) (+7.45―+13.14) to that of MORB (+8.8―+9.7), which indicates that those leucocratic intrusive rocks sourced from depleted mantle most likely. | 3 | Decrease in the Ki67 index during neoadjuvant chemotherapy predicts favorable relapse-free survival in patients with locally advanced breast cancer显示文摘Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the optimal cutoffs of the three parameters of Ki67 during NAC for predicting patient prognosis and investigate whether the optimal cutoffs of the Ki67 values were associated with relapse-free survival(RFS) or breast cancer-specific survival(BCSS).Methods: A total of 92 patients with locally advanced breast cancer(LABC), who had residual disease after NAC were retrospectively investigated.The optimal cutoff values of the Ki67 parameters were assessed by the online algorithm Cutoff Finder.Kaplan-Meier analysis, the log-rank test and Cox regression analysis were carried out to analyze survival.Results: The optimal cutoff values for the postsurgical Ki67 level and the decrease in the Ki67 level during NAC were defined as 25% and 12.5%, respectively.According to the univariate survival analysis, a higher Ki67 level in residual disease was associated with poor RFS(P = 0.004) and BCSS(P = 0.014).In addition, a Ki67 expression decrease > 12.5% during NAC was related to favorable RFS(P = 0.007), but was not related to BCSS(P = 0.452).Cox regression analysis showed that the Ki67 expression decrease(> 12.5% vs.≤ 12.5%) and histological grade(grade 3 vs.grade 1-2) were the independent factors associated with RFS(P =0.020 and P = 0.023, respectively), with HR values of 0.353(95% CI: 0.147-0.850) and 3.422(95% CI: 1.188-9.858), respectively.Conclusions: The Ki67 decrease was one of the independent factors associated with RFS in LABC patients with residual disease after receiving NAC. | Chunfa Chen Yuling Zhang Ziyi Huang Jundong Wu Wenhe Huang Guojun Zhang | 2019 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,3: | 4 |
| 4 | NMR used to study the side-reactions between peroxides and antioxidants during the reactive extrusion process of the impact polypropylene显示文摘Side reaction pathways are observed to occur between antioxidants and peroxide during the processing of multiple resin grades mediated by controlled peroxide-induced degradation of impact polypropylene.In the present work,the reaction mechanism and main by-products between antioxidants and peroxides were investigated.The results demonstrate that peroxides greatly accelerate the decomposition reactions,and the free radicals formed from peroxide decomposition react with,for example,the antioxidant AO1010 to produce dehydrogenation of phenyl propionic unit(s)at the a position(cinnamic acid ester moiety),which generates a conjugated system leading to the increased color of the product.It is the first time to confirm the cinnamic acid moiety's existence and report its NMR data.Further,this work confirms the dehydrogenation mechanism by comparison with different sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants.It also systematically summarizes the oxidation and degradation mechanism of AO168 and AO1010 under air and peroxide environments,respectively.Based on present study,clear guidelines are obtained to improve the quality of polymeric products,especially the appearance and stability,during product development. | Chunfa Li Ting Huang Yubin Bao Zhe Chen Guangxin Lin | 2022 | Magnetic Resonance Letters2022,2,2: | 1 |

| 6 | Identification of ions present in LiF-DyF_3 melts and the mechanism of Dy_2O_3 dissolution therein显示文摘Herein, the present paper were attempted to identify ions in LiF-DyF_3 melts according to the law of decreasing primary crystallization temperature and model analysis. Specifically.the primary crystallization temperatures of LiF-DyF_3 and LiF-DyF_3-Dy_2O_3 melts with various DyF_3 and Dy_2O_3 contents were determined by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and reactions occurring in the above melts were investigated using ideal dilute solution(Temkin and Flood) models. Moreover, crystal phases produced by rapid solidification of LiF-DyF_3, LiF-Dy_2O_3, DyF_3-Dy_2O_3, and LiF-DyF_3-Dy_2O_3 melts were identified by X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis. The primary crystallization temperature of LiF-DyF_3 melts exhibits an approximately linear decrease with increasing molar fraction of DyF_3, and the general formula of complex ions in these melts is expressed as DyF_x^((3-x)),e.g., DyF_4^-. | 7 | Excitation-wavelength-dependent fluorescent organohydrogel for dynamic information anti-counterfeiting显示文摘Anti-counterfeiting labels with various fluorescent colors are of great importance in information encryption-decryption,but are still limited to static information display.Therefore,it is urgent to develop new materials and encryption-decryption logic for improving the security level of secret information.In this study,an organohydrogel made up of poly(N,N-dimethylacrylamide)(pDMA)hydrogel network and polyoctadecyl methacrylate(pSMA)organogel network that copolymerized with two fluorophores,6-acrylamidopicolinic acid moieties(6APA,fluorescent ligand)and spiropyran units(SPMA,photochromic monomer),was prepared by a two-step interpenetrating method.As UV light of 365nm and 254nm can both cleave C_(spiro)-O bonds of SPMA,and the green fluorescence of 6APA-Tb^(3+) can only be excited by 254nm light,the organohydrogel displays yellow and red under the irradiation of 254nm and 365 nm,respectively.In addition to wavelength selectivity,these two fluorophores are thermal-responsive,leading to the fluorescence variation of the organohydrogel during heating process.As a result,secret information loaded on the organohydrogel can be decrypted by the irradiation of UV light,and the authenticity of the information can be further identified by thermal stimulation.Our fluorescent organohydrogel can act as an effective anti-counterfeiting label to improve the information security and protect the information from being cracked. | Dong Guo Xiaoxia Le Hui Shang Fuqing Shan Danyang Li Chunfa Ouyang Tao Chen | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11: | 0 |
