| 1 | Broad negative thermal expansion operation-temperature window in antiperovskite manganese nitride with small crystallites显示文摘Using spark plasma sintering (SPS), Mn3Cu0.6Ge0.4N crystallites have been fabricated with different crystallite sizes, and their magnetic properties and thermal behaviors were systemically investigated. With decreasing crystallite size, the magnetic transition becomes increasingly slow, accompanied by broadening of the negative thermal expansion (NTE) operation-temperature window. The NTE operation-temperature window for the 12-nm crystallite sample reaches at 140 K, which is about 75% larger than that of the 74-nm crystallite sample. The magnetic properties and NTE operation-temperature window can be tuned by varying the crystallite size. | 3 | Mechanical performance analysis of hollow cylindrical roller bearing of cone bit by FEM显示文摘Bearings are key components of cone bit,thus its rapid failure is a major cause of leading to lower life of the bit.To improve the bearing performance and prolong working life,contact mechanics of hollow cylindrical roller bearing of cone bit was simulated.Effects of hollow size,drilling pressure,friction coefficient and fitting clearance on mechanics performance of the bearing were studied.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the hollow cylindrical roller bearing appears on the claw journal,and the maximum contact stress appears on the contact pair of the hollow roller.Besides,hollow sizes have a greater impact on the equivalent stress and contact stress of the cylindrical roller,while the influence on the stress of the cone and claw journal is relatively small.With the increasing of the drilling pressure and fitting clearance,equivalent stress and contact stress of bearing parts increase.The friction coefficient has little impact on mechanical performance of the bearing.As the 121/4SWPI517 type hollow cylindrical roller bearing of cone bit an example,the optimal hollow size is 55%,the drilling pressure is 140 kN and the fitting clearance is 0e0.02 mm. | Chuanjun Han Cheng Yu Ying Li Jiawei Yan Jie Zhang | 2015 | Petroleum2015，1，4： | 1 |
| 4 | Study on the fluid flow rule of five-cylinder plunger pump hydraulic end显示文摘The change of velocity and pressure of flow field in suction and discharge chamber of five-cylinder plunger pump obtained by CFD under maximum and minimum stroke,the results show that:when the stroke is 79 rpm,the internal of pump head will produce pressure holding,and the internal organization of pump head body will be in a fatigue state of high pressure for a long time.When the rotate angle is small,the peak velocity at the gap of valve disc and valve seat reaches 9.60m/s,which is the orifice jet phenomenon.When the stroke is 299 rpm,the overall velocity curve is relatively stable,but the velocity of fluid flow through the pump head body is larger,and the maximum velocity reaches 18.72 m/s at the bottom corner of valve,it will produce the circumfluence and vortex discharge chamber at the same time,which will cause the increase of vibration of pump head body.So it should use proper punching gear in order to conducive to overall working life of pump. | Zhanghua Lian Yang Liu Tiejun Lin Li Li Zhongqing Lei Chuanjun Han | 2018 | Petroleum2018，4，4： | 0 |
