1采用动态推-拉技术增强动脉瘤分流器的导流作用:一项实验和模型研究显示文摘目的 神经血管分流器是治疗颅内动脉瘤的一种有弹性的、纵横交错的网状支架。本研究采用动态推-拉技术调节动脉瘤瘤口分流器的网格密度,以便最大化其导流作用。通过自主研发的高保真虚拟支架计算机模型技术联合计算机流体动力学,探讨动态推-拉技术对特定动脉瘤病人血流动力学的影响。方法采用动态推-拉技术和不同长度的传送导线,将两个Pipeline分流器放置到两个相同侧壁的大脑前动脉动脉瘤模型中。然后数字模拟操作过程,并验证模拟的网格几何结构。通过调节放置在侧壁动脉瘤和基底动脉主干梭形动脉瘤(前期已放置分流器)的分流器,采用计算机流体动力学分析,评估血流动力学的具体变化。同时评估来源于临床病例样本的分流器网格的影像。Ma D Xiang J Choi H 周静 郭玉慧 2014中国微侵袭神经外科杂志2014,19,6:12
2Photocatalytic activity enhanced via surface hybridization显示文摘Surface hybrid inorganic semiconductors photocatalysts withπconjugated structure have recently been widely used in the field of photocatalytic environmental remediation and energy conversion.Surface hybridization is considered to be an efficient way to significantly enhance the photocatalytic activity by several times,completely inhibit photocorrosion of inorganic photocatalysts and expand the spectral response range of photocatalysts.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the surface hybridization definition,the principle of enhancing photocatalytic performance and the control factors of surface hybridization to promote photoactivity.Summarize the preparation and structural identification method of the surface hybrid photocatalyst.Special emphasis is placed on the various photocatalytic system construction of surface hybridization.The development of surface hybrid photocatalysts for pollutant degradation and energy conversion are further presented.Finally,the challenges and future development prospects of surface hybridization in photocatalysis are discussed.We hope this critical review can provide a clear picture of the state-of-the-art achievements and facilitate the applications of surface hybrid photocatalysts in environmental remediation and energy conversion.Yan Guo Huarui Li Wei Ma Wenxin Shi Yongfa Zhu Wonyong Choi 2020Carbon Energy2020,2,3:5
3Hemoporfin-mediated photodynamic therapy on normal vasculature:implications for phototherapy of port-wine stain birthmarks显示文摘Background:Port-wine stain(PWS)birthmarks currently are treated using a pulsed dye laser(PDL)combined with transient cooling of the epidermis.PDL treatment protocols utilize short pulses of light(585 or 595 nm wavelength)to heat selectively the microvasculature due to absorption by intravascular hemoglobin.Although most patients respond to PDL therapy,few experience complete removal of the PWS.An alternate treatment option to PDL therapy of PWS is photodynamic therapy(PDT).Research groups have reported on various photosensitizers for PDT of PWS,including Hemoporfin,Benzoporphyrin Derivative monoacid ring A,and talaporfin sodium.Aim:Our aim was to evaluate,with an established preclinical in-vivo model,the efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT)with Hemoporfin to achieve persistent vascular shutdown.Methods:To monitor the microvasculature,a dorsal window chamber was surgically installed on 24 adult mice.The PDT excitation source emitted 150mW of 532nm light,with an irradiance of 100mW/cm^2.A retroorbital injection of Hemoporfin(2 mg/kg)was performed to deliver the drug into the bloodstream.Laser irradiation was initiated immediately after injection.To monitor blood-flow dynamics in response to PDT,we used laser speckle imaging.We employed a dose–response experimental design to study the efficacy of Hemoporfin-mediated PDT to achieve persistent vascular shutdown observed on Day 7 after PDT.Results:We observed four general hemodynamic responses to PDT:(1)At low radiant exposures,we did not observe any persistent vascular shutdown;(2)at intermediate radiant exposures,we observed delayed vascular shutdown effect with significant change to the vascular structure;(3)at intermediate radiant exposures,we observed an acute vascular shutdown effect with gradual restoration of blood flow and no significant changes to the vascular structure;and(4)at high radiant exposures,we observed acute vascular shutdown that persisted during the entire 7-day monitoring period,with no change in vascular structure.With light dose–response analysis,we estimated a characteristic radiant exposure of 359 J/cm^2 that was required to achieve persistent vascular shutdown observed on Day 7 after PDT.Wesley JMoy Gang Ma Kristen MKelly Bernard Choi 2016Journal of Clinical & Translational Research2016,2,3:3
4GNPs/Al nanocomposites with high strength and ductility and electrical conductivity fabricated by accumulative roll-compositing显示文摘Aluminum matrix composites(AMCs) reinforced with graphene nanoplatelets(GNPs) were fabricated by using an accumulative roll-compositing(ARC) process.Microstructure, mechanical and electrical properties of the nanostructured AMCs were characterized. The results showed that small addition(0.2 vol% and 0.5 vol%) of GNPs can lead to a simultaneous increase in the tensile strength and ductility of the GNPs/Al nanocomposites, as compared with the same processed pure Al. With increasing GNPs content, the tensile strength of the GNPs/Al nanocomposites can be enhanced to 387 MPa with retained elongation of 15%. Meanwhile, the GNPs/Al nanocomposites exhibited a good electrical conductivity of77.8%–86.1% that of annealed pure Al. The excellent properties(high strength, high ductility and high conductivity) of the GNPs/Al are associated with the particular ARC process, which facilitates the uniform dispersion of GNPs in the matrix and formation of ultrafine-grained Al matrix.
