| 1 | Synthesis,structure and optical properties of novel thermally robust Dy^(3+)-doped Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7) phosphors for NUV-excited white LEDs显示文摘The powder samples of Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(^(3+))white emitting phosphors were prepared via a solid state reaction technique.The Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):Dy^(3+)samples were researched by using the GSAS Rietveld refinement and X-ray diffraction(XRD) methods,and SEM images and elemental maps were recorded.Under 350 nm excitatio n,the emission spectra of Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(3+)samples have two obvious peaks and one weak peak at 484,572 and660 nm,corresponding to the characteristic electron transitions of(^(4)F_(9/2)→ ^(6)H_(15/2),blue),(^(4)F_(9/2)→ ^(6)H_(13/2),yellow) and(^(4)F_(9/2)→ 6 H11/2,red),respectively.The concentration quenching effect,decay lifetime and thermal quenching of the as-synthesized Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):Dy^(3+)samples were researched systematically.The Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):0.02 Dy^(3+)phosphor possesses a good thermal stability,of which the emission intensity at 423 K can maintain 79% of the initial value(273 K).In addition,through the study of the chro maticity coordinates of the Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):0.02 Dy^(3+)phosphor,it is found that it is located in the white region,and the Commission Internationalede L’Eclairage(CIE) chromaticity coordinates are(0.339,0.389),The above results show that Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(3+)phosphors can be excellent candidate material for applications in NUV-excited white LEDs. | Haiyan Wu Huimin Li Lihong Jiang Ran Pang Su Zhang Da Li Guanyu Liu Chengyu Li Jing Feng Hongjie Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,3: | 4 |
| 2 | Preparation and luminescence properties of orange-red Ba3Y4O9:Sm3+phosphors显示文摘A novel orange-red emitting Ba_3 Y_4 O_9:Sm^(3+) phosphors were prepared by a high temperature solidstate reaction in air. X-ray diffraction(XRD), photoluminescence spectra, fluorescence decay and temperature-dependent emission spectra were utilized to characterize the structure and luminescence properties. The results show that the excitation spectrum includes a series of linear peaks at350, 367, 382, 410, 424, 445, 470 and 495 nm, respectively. Under 410 nm excitation, the emission peaks were located at 574 nm(~4 G_(5/2)-~6 H_(5/2)), 608 nm(~4 G_(5/2)-~6 H_(7/2)),659 nm(~4 G_(5/2)-~6 H_(9/2)) and722 nm(~4 G_(5/2)-~6 H_(11/2)), respectively. The concentration quenching occurs when x equals 0.08 for Ba_3 Y_(4-x)O_9:xSm^(3+) phosphor and its mechanism is ascribed to the dipole-dipole interaction. The chromaticity coordinates of Ba_3 Y_(3.92)O_9:0.08 Sm^(3+) phosphor are in the orange-red region. The temperature-dependent study shows that this phosphor has excellent luminescence thermal-stability.And the luminescence intensity of Ba_3 Y_(3.92)O_9:0.08 Sm^(3+) phosphor at 473 K only declines by about25.75% of its initial intensity. | 3 | Tandem Biocatalysis by CotA-TJ102@UIO-66-NH2 and Novozym 435 for Highly Selective Transformation of HMF into FDCA显示文摘2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) is a potential biorenewable chemical for applications including plastics, polyamides, drugs, etc. The selective biosynthesis of FDCA from 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) by a speci c enzyme poses a great challenge. In this study, we reported an e cient strategy to produce FDCA from HMF by the tandem biocatalysis of laccase (CotA-TJ102@UIO-66-NH 2 ) and Novozym 435. For the rst step, a nanoparticle metal organic framework was synthesized as a carrier to immobilize CotA-TJ102@UIO-66-NH 2 , which was assigned for the production of 5-formyl-2-furancarboxylic acid (FFCA) and featured an enzyme loading of 255.54 mg/g, speci c activity of 135.90 U/mg, and solid loading ratio of 99.65%. Under optimal conditions, an ideal FFCA yield of 98.5% was achieved, and the CotA-TJ102@UIO-66-NH2 pre- sented a high recycling capacity after 10 cycles. For the second step, Novozym 435 was applied for the further conversion of FFCA into FDCA, presenting a high FDCA yield of 95.5% under the optimized conditions. Novozym 435 also exhibited a high recyclability after eight cycles. | 7 | LncFASA promotes cancer ferroptosis via modulating PRDX1 phase separation显示文摘Ferroptosis, a unique type of non-apoptotic cell death resulting from iron-dependent lipid peroxidation, has a potential physiological function in tumor suppression, but its underlying mechanisms have not been fully elucidated. Here, we report that the long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) LncFASA increases the susceptibility of triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) to ferroptosis. As a tumor suppressor, LncFASA drives the formation of droplets containing peroxiredoxin1(PRDX1), a member of the peroxidase family, resulting in the accumulation of lipid peroxidation via the SLC7A11-GPX4 axis. Mechanistically, LncFASA directly binds to the Ahpc-TSA domain of PRDX1, inhibiting its peroxidase activity by driving liquid-liquid phase separation, which disrupts intracellular ROS homeostasis. Notably, high LncFASA expression indicates favorable overall survival in individuals with breast cancer, and LncFASA impairs the growth of breast xenograft tumors by modulating ferroptosis. | 8 | Single-phase white-emitting and tunable color phosphor Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+): Synthesis, luminescence and energy transfer显示文摘A series of Eu^(2+)/Dy^(3+) single doped and co-doped Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) phosphors were synthesized by the high-temperature solid-state method,and their phase,morphology,and luminescence properties were characterized.Under the excitation of 370 nm,the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphor can emit white light whose spectrum is composed of a broad emission band centered at 460 nm and the other three peaks at 483,577,and 672 nm,respectively.There is energy transfer from Eu^(2+)to Dy^(3+)ion in Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphor due to the good overlap between the emission spectrum of Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+) and the excitation spectrum of Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Dy^(3+),which is further confirmed by the fluorescence lifetime decrease of Eu^(2+)ion with the increase of Dy^(3+) concentration.The process of energy transfer is via dipole–quadruple interaction which is confirmed by applying Dexter's theory.By increasing the Dy^(3+)concentration,the color coordinates of the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):0.01Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)phosphors can be adjusted from blue to white,and then to yellow.The optimized concentration of Dy^(3+)ions is 4.0 mol%,beyond which the concentration quenching will take place.The Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)phosphor shows fairly good resistance to thermal quenching behavior,of which the emission intensity at 423 K can maintain 90.3%of the initial value(298 K).These results suggest that the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):0.01Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)phosphors have potential applications as the color-tunable or a single-phase white emitting phosphor in white LEDs. | Sen Wang Haiyan Wu Xin Wen Yanqing Luo Tao Tan Shengjian Jiao Ran Pang Lihong jiang Su Zhang Da Li Guanyu Liu Chengyu Li Hongjie Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,4: | 0 |
| 9 | Genetic segregation analysis of unsaturated fatty acids content in the filial generations of high-linolenic-acid rapeseed(Brassica napus)显示文摘Alpha linolenic acid(ALA)is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that can improve human health.Rapeseed is the second largest oil crop in the world but the ALA content in its seed fatty acids is only about 10%.Two rapeseed germplasms YH25005 and R8Q10 with high content(up to 21%)ALA were developed by intervarietal crossing.They were used as the maternal parent(P_(1))when crossed with a low ALA parent SW(P2)to produce the seeds of the F1 hybrid,F2,and backcrosses to P1(BCP1)and P2(BCP2).A multigeneration joint segregation analysis was conducted to determine major gene t polygene effects of the content of three major unsaturated fatty acids including oleic(OA),linoleic(LA)and ALA.The results showed that,although some genes favorable to ALA accumulation were not allelic in R8Q10 and YH25005,all the inheritances of OA,LA and ALA in YH25005×SW and R8Q10×SW followed a genetic model of‘two pairs of additive major genes t additive-dominant polygenes’.It is suggested that the contents of OA,LA and ALA are closely related and the major genes in the parent SW containing loss-of-function mutations in FAD2 and FAD3 loci had strong effect to reduce ALA and elevate OA.However,total genetic effect of the polygenes was greater than that of the two major genes,especial on ALA content.It indicated that it is necessary to employ a larger F2 population to find the plant that accumulate enough minor-effect polygenes for high ALA content.The results are useful for high ALA rapeseed breeding and future work of gene mapping. | Xiaohan Zhang Jinglong Lian Chunyan Dai Xiaoli Wang Mingzheng Zhang Xing Su Yaohua Cheng Chengyu Yu | 2021 | Oil Crop Science2021,6,4: | 0 |

| 11 | Eu^(3+)-doped BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):A novel red-emitting phosphor for blue chips excited white LEDs显示文摘A series of novel red-emitting BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)phosphors were synthesized through the high temperature solid state reaction method.The phase composition,crystal structure,morphology and photo luminescence property of the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)samples were systematically investigated.The phosphor can be efficiently excited by the near ultraviolet light(NUV)of 396 nm and blue light of 466 nm,and give out red light emission at 618 nm corresponding to the electric dipole transition(^(5)D_(0)→^(7)E_(2)).The optimal doping concentration of Eu^(3+)ions in BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3)is determined to be about 3 mol%,and the concentration-quenching phenomenon arise from the electric dipole-dipole interaction.The temperature dependent luminescence behavior of BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):0.03 Eu^(3+)phosphor exhibits its good thermal stability,and the activation energy for thermal quenching characteristics is calculated to be 0.1844 eV.The decay lifetime of the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):0.03 Eu^(3+)is measured to be 1.88 ms.These results suggest that the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)phosphors have the potential application as a red component in white light emitting diodes(WLEDs)with NUV or blue chips. | Jiangyue Su Ran Pang Haiyan Wu Shangwei Wang Tao Tan Weihong Yuan Su Zhang Lihong Jiang Da Li Chengyu Li Hongjie Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,7: | 0 |
