1Joint Allocation of Wireless Resource and Computing Capability in MEC-Enabled Vehicular Network显示文摘In MEC-enabled vehicular network with limited wireless resource and computation resource,stringent delay and high reliability requirements are challenging issues.In order to reduce the total delay in the network as well as ensure the reliability of Vehicular UE(VUE),a Joint Allocation of Wireless resource and MEC Computing resource(JAWC)algorithm is proposed.The JAWC algorithm includes two steps:V2X links clustering and MEC computation resource scheduling.In the V2X links clustering,a Spectral Radius based Interference Cancellation scheme(SR-IC)is proposed to obtain the optimal resource allocation matrix.By converting the calculation of SINR into the calculation of matrix maximum row sum,the accumulated interference of VUE can be constrained and the the SINR calculation complexity can be effectively reduced.In the MEC computation resource scheduling,by transforming the original optimization problem into a convex problem,the optimal task offloading proportion of VUE and MEC computation resource allocation can be obtained.The simulation further demonstrates that the JAWC algorithm can significantly reduce the total delay as well as ensure the communication reliability of VUE in the MEC-enabled vehicular network.Yanzhao Hou Chengrui Wang Min Zhu Xiaodong Xu Xiaofeng Tao Xunchao Wu 2021China Communications2021,18,6:4
2Relationship between triphasic mechanical properties of articular cartilage and osteoarthritic grade显示文摘The purpose of this study was to explore the triphasic mechanical properties of osteoarthritic cartilage with different pathological grades.First,samples of cartilage from rabbits with different stages of osteoarthritis (OA) were graded.Following this,the cartilage was strained by a swelling experiment,and changes were measured using a high-frequency ultrasound system.The result,together with fixed charge density and water volume fraction of cartilage samples,was used to estimate the uniaxial modulus of the cartilage tissue,based on a triphasic model.For the control cartilage samples,the uniaxial elastic modulus on the cartilage surface was lower than those in the middle and deep layers.With an increase in the OA grade,the uniaxial elastic modulus of the surface,middle and deep layers decreased.A significant difference was found in the surface elastic modulus of different OA grades (P<0.01),while no significant differences were identified for OA cartilages of Grades 1 and 2 in the middle and deep layers (P<0.01).Compared with Grades 1 and 2,there was a significant reduction in the elastic modulus in the middle and deep layers of Grade 3 OA cartilage (P<0.05).Overall,this study may provide a new quantitative method to evaluate the severity of OA using the mechanical properties of cartilage tissue.NIU HaiJun LIU ChengRui LIAng WANG Qing WANG YueXiang LI DeYu FAN YuBo 2012Science China(Life Sciences)2012,55,5:3
3UWB positioning enhancement using Markov chain in indoor NLOS environment显示文摘The accuracy of the positioning system in indoor environment is often affected by none-line-of-sight(NLOS) propagation. In order to improve the positioning accuracy in indoor NLOS environment, a method used ultra-wide-band(UWB) technology, which based on time of arrival(TOA) principle, combining Markov chain and fingerprint matching was proposed. First, the TOA algorithm is used to locate the target tag. Then the Markov chain is used to identify if blocking happened and revise the position result. And the fingerprint matching is used to further improve the position accuracy. Finally, an experiment system was built to test the accuracy of the proposed method and the traditional Kalman filter method. 16A high-resolution route map reveals distinct stages of chondrocyte dedifferentiation for cartilage regeneration显示文摘Articular cartilage damage is a universal health problem.Despite recent progress,chondrocyte dedifferentiation has severely compromised the clinical outcomes of cell-based cartilage regeneration.Loss-of-function changes are frequently observed in chondrocyte expansion and other pathological conditions,but the characteristics and intermediate molecular mechanisms remain unclear.In this study,we demonstrate a time-lapse atlas of chondrocyte dedifferentiation to provide molecular details and informative biomarkers associated with clinical chondrocyte evaluation.We performed various assays,such as single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),live-cell metabolic assays,and assays for transposase-accessible chromatin with high-throughput sequencing(ATAC-seq),to develop a biphasic dedifferentiation model consisting of early and late dedifferentiation stages.Early-stage chondrocytes exhibited a glycolytic phenotype with increased expression of genes involved in metabolism and antioxidation,whereas late-stage chondrocytes exhibited ultrastructural changes involving mitochondrial damage and stress-associated chromatin remodeling.Using the chemical inhibitor BTB06584,we revealed that early and late dedifferentiated chondrocytes possessed distinct recovery potentials from functional phenotype loss.Notably,this two-stage transition was also validated in human chondrocytes.An image-based approach was established for clinical use to efficiently predict chondrocyte plasticity using stage-specific biomarkers.Overall,this study lays a foundation to improve the quality of chondrocytes in clinical use and provides deep insights into chondrocyte dedifferentiation.Yishan Chen Yeke Yu Ya Wen Juan Chen Junxin Lin Zixuan Sheng Wenyan Zhou Heng Sun Chengrui An Jiansong Chen Weiliang Wu Chong Teng Wei Wei Hongwei Ouyang 2022Bone Research2022,10,3:1

18An Early Warning Model of Telecommunication Network Fraud Based on User Portrait显示文摘With the frequent occurrence of telecommunications and networkfraud crimes in recent years, new frauds have emerged one after another whichhas caused huge losses to the people. However, due to the lack of an effectivepreventive mechanism, the police are often in a passive position. Usingtechnologies such as web crawlers, feature engineering, deep learning, andartificial intelligence, this paper proposes a user portrait fraudwarning schemebased on Weibo public data. First, we perform preliminary screening andcleaning based on the keyword “defrauded” to obtain valid fraudulent userIdentity Documents (IDs). The basic information and account information ofthese users is user-labeled to achieve the purpose of distinguishing the typesof fraud. Secondly, through feature engineering technologies such as avatarrecognition, Artificial Intelligence (AI) sentiment analysis, data screening,and follower blogger type analysis, these pictures and texts will be abstractedinto user preferences and personality characteristics which integrate multidimensionalinformation to build user portraits. Third, deep neural networktraining is performed on the cube. 80% percent of the data is predicted basedon the N-way K-shot problem and used to train the model, and the remaining20% is used for model accuracy evaluation. Experiments have shown thatFew-short learning has higher accuracy compared with Long Short TermMemory (LSTM), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) and ConvolutionalNeural Network (CNN). On this basis, this paper develops a WeChat smallprogram for early warning of telecommunications network fraud based onuser portraits. When the user enters some personal information on the frontend, the back-end database can perform correlation analysis by itself, so as tomatch the most likely fraud types and give relevant early warning information.The fraud warning model is highly scaleable. 19Tuning Surface Spin Polarization of CoFeB by Boron Diffusion Detected by Spin Resolved Photoemission显示文摘Research of spin polarization of magnetic CoFeB thin films is of practical importance in spintronic applications.Here,using a direct characterization technique of spin-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we obtain the surface spin polarization of amorphous Co_(40)Fe_(40)B_(20)thin films with different annealing temperatures from 100℃to 500℃prepared by magnetron sputtering.After high annealing temperature,a quasi-semiconductor state is gradually formed at the CoFeB surface due to the boron diffusion.While the global magnetization remains almost constant,the secondary electrons’spin polarization,average valence band spin polarization and the spin polarization at Fermi level from spin-resolved photoemission spectroscopy show a general trend of decreasing with the increasing annealing temperature above 100℃.These distinct surface properties are attributed to the enhanced Fe-B bonding due to the boron segregation upon surface after annealing as confirmed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning transmission electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy.Our findings provide insight into the surface spin-resolved electronic structure of the CoFeB thin films,which should be important for development of high-performance magnetic random-access memories.Qi Liu Xianyang Lu Chengrui Fu Jiarui Chen Zhe Zhang Yuting Gong Xinyue Wang Yu Yan Qinwu Gao Hui Li Xuezhong Ruan Yao Li Jun Du Jing Wu Liang He Bo Liu Rong Zhang Yongbing Xu 2023Chinese Physics Letters2023,40,8:0
