Solvothermal-Assisted Exfoliation Process to Produce Graphene with High Yield and High Quality显示文摘Monolayer and bilayer graphene sheets have been produced by a solvothermal-assisted exfoliation process in a highly polar organic solvent, acetonitrile, using expanded graphite(EG)as the starting material. It is proposed that the dipole-induced dipole interactions between graphene and acetonitrile facilitate the exfoliation and dispersion of graphene. The facile and effective solvothermal-assisted exfoliation process raises the low yield of graphene reported in previous syntheses to 10 wt%12 wt%.By means of centrifugation at 2000 rpm for 90 min, monolayer and bilayer graphene were separated effectively without the need to add a stabilizer or modifi er.Electron diffraction and Raman spectroscopy indicate that the resulting graphene sheets are high quality products without any signifi cant structural defects. | Wen Qian Rui Hao Yanglong Hou Yuan Tian Chengmin Shen Hongjun Gao Xuelei Liang | 2009 | Nano Research2009,2,9: | 28
Existence of Solutions for Discrete Fractional Boundary Value Problems with p-Laplacian Operator显示文摘By establishing the corresponding variational framework, and using the critical points theorem, we give the existence of multiple solutions for a fractional difference boundary value problem with p-Laplacian operator. Under some suitable assumptions we obtain the existence of a positive parameter such that the problem admits at least three solutions. Some examples are presented to illustrate the main results. | Yansheng HE Chengmin HOU | 2014 | Journal of Mathematical Research with Applications2014,34,2: | 5
Loss mechanism of all-fiber cascaded side pumping combiner显示文摘Compared with end pumping fiber combiner, one of the advantages for side pumping combiner is the unlimited pumping points, which means multi-point or cascaded side pumping can be realized. However, the loss mechanism of the cascaded structure is rarely discussed. In this paper, we present the numerical and experimental investigation about the loss mechanism of a two-stage-cascaded side pumping combiner based on tapered-fused technique. The influence of loss mechanism on the coupling efficiency and thermal load of the fiber coating is analyzed according to simulations and experiments with different tapering ratios for the first stage. Based on the analysis, a cascaded component with total pump coupling efficiency of 96.4% handling a pump power of 1088 W is achieved by employing 1018 nm fiber laser as the pump source. Future work to further improve the performance of a cascaded side pumping combiner is discussed and prospected. | Chengmin Lei Zilun Chen Yanran Gu1,Hu Xiao Jing Hou | 2018 | High Power Laser Science and Engineering2018,6,4: | 1

ON DISCRETE SEQUENTIAL FRACTIONAL BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM WITH FRACTIONAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS显示文摘In this paper we consider a discrete fractional boundary value problem(FBVP for short). We provide a delicate analysis for the property of Green's function. Our analysis motivates the study of discrete fractional boundary value problems with fractional boundary conditions. As an application, we give conditions under which such problems admit at least one positive solution. Our results extend the results presented in [4]. | Yu Zhang Chengmin Hou | 2013 | Annals of Differential Equations2013,29,3: | 1

SOLVABILITY OF DISCRETE FRACTIONAL BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEMS显示文摘In this paper, by introducing a new approach, we investigate a discrete fractional boundary value problem. We transform a fractional nonlinear difference equation on a finite discrete segment with boundary conditions into a system, and obtain some conditions for the existence of solutions to the equation, based on coincidence degree theory and matrix theory but not on Green's function. | Jianing Xu Xue Gong Chengmin Hou | 2015 | Annals of Differential Equations2015,31,2: | 0
FAST discovery of an extremely radio-faint millisecond pulsar from the Fermi-LAT unassociated source 3FGL J0318.1+0252显示文摘High sensitivity radio searches of unassociated γ-ray sources have proven to be an effective way of finding new pulsars. Using the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) during its commissioning phase, we have carried out a number of targeted deep searches of Fermi Large Area Telescope(LAT) γ-ray sources. On February 27, 2018 we discovered an isolated millisecond pulsar(MSP), PSR J0318+0253, coincident with the unassociated γ-ray source 3 FGL J0318.1+0252. PSR J0318+0253 has a spin period of 5.19 ms, a dispersion measure(DM) of 26 pc cm-3 corresponding to a DM distance of about 1.3 kpc, and a period-averaged flux density of(~11±2) μJy at L-band(1.05-1.45 GHz). Among all high energy MSPs, PSR J0318+0253 is the faintest ever detected in radio bands, by a factor of at least ~4 in terms of L-band fluxes. With the aid of the radio ephemeris, an analysis of 9.6 years of Fermi-LAT data revealed that PSR J0318+0253 also displays strong γ-ray pulsations. Follow-up observations carried out by both Arecibo and FAST suggest a likely spectral turn-over around 350 MHz. This is the first result from the collaboration between FAST and the Fermi-LAT teams as well as the first confirmed new MSP discovery by FAST, raising hopes for the detection of many more MSPs. Such discoveries will make a significant contribution to our understanding of the neutron star zoo while potentially contributing to the future detection of gravitational waves, via pulsar timing array(PTA) experiments. | Pei Wang Di Li Colin J.Clark Pablo M.Saz Parkinson Xian Hou Weiwei Zhu Lei Qian Youling Yue Zhichen Pan Zhijie Liu Xuhong Yu Shanping You Xiaoyao Xie Qijun Zhi Hui Zhang Jumei Yao Jun Yan Chengmin Zhang Kwok Lung Fan Paul S.Ray Matthew Kerr David A.Smith Peter F.Michelson Elizabeth C.Ferrara David J.Thompson Zhiqiang Shen Na Wang FAST&Fermi-LAT Collaboration | 2021 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,12: | 0
