2Highly transmitted silver nanowires-SWCNTs conductive flexible film by nested density structure and aluminum-doped zinc oxide capping layer for flexible amorphous silicon solar cells显示文摘Indium tin oxide(ITO)is widely used in transparent conductive films(TCFs);however,several disadvan-tages,such as high cost and toxicity of indium,limit its applications.Therefore,it is necessary to develop other materials that can replace ITO.Silver nanowires or single walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)have attracted considerable interest owing to their unique electrical,optical,and thermal stabilities,and thus,they are ideal for transparent electrodes for flexible or stretchable devices.In this study,we develop a novel architecture of composite TCFs on a polyethylene naphthalate(PEN)flexible substrate.Herein,the silver nanowires-SWCNTs films with nested density structure were fabricated through ultrasonic spraying technology by varying the spraying width.For achieving enhanced transmittance,we combined the larger irregular grids and holes with fewer nanowires stacked in the longitudinal direction,more optical chan-nels,and good carrier transport.Thereafter,aluminum-doped zinc oxide(AZO)was used as capping to the structure for enhancing the optical properties of the TCFs.The silver nanowires-SWCNTs/AZO(ASA)bilayer was obtained in the optimized architecture,which showed superior optoelectronic performance to that shown by commercial ITO with a high optical transmittance of 92%at the wavelength of 550 nm and low sheet resistance of 17/sq.In the specially structured conductive film,the significant improvement in the transmittance and uniformity of the sheet resistance was attributed to the effective nanowire junc-tion contact compared to that in ordinary structure of silver nanowires,which reduced the mean density of small clusters of nanowires.Compared with the silver nanowires-SWCNTs films,the ASA bilayer film exhibited excellent resistance to boiling,mechanical bending(10,000 cycles),and CO_(2)plasma.Moreover,the sheet resistance of ASA changed slightly after the tape tests,thereby illustrating a strong adhesion to the PEN substrate after the enclosure of AZO.Meanwhile,the AZO capping layer can enhance the op-tical transmittance between 600 and 1500 nm.In addition,the amorphous silicon photovoltaic devices with flexible ASA TCFs exhibited a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 8.67%.After bending for 3000 times,the PCE was decreased to 8.20%,thereby demonstrating the potential of developed films to replace traditional ITO.Shunliang Gao Xiaohui Zhao Qi Fu Tianchi Zhang Jun Zhu Fuhua Hou Jian Ni Chengjun Zhu Tiantian Li Yanlai Wang Vignesh Murugadoss Gaber A.M.Mersal Mohamed M.Ibrahim Zeinhom M.El-Bahy Mina Huang Zhanhu Guo 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,31:2
3Cohomology of a class of Kadison-Singer algebras显示文摘Let L be the complete lattice generated by a nest N on an infinite-dimensional separable Hilbert space H and a rank one projection P ξ given by a vector ξ in H. Assume that ξ is a separating vector for N , the core of the nest algebra Alg(N ). We show that L is a Kadison-Singer lattice, and hence the corresponding algebra Alg(L) is a Kadison-Singer algebra. 4Guiding magnetic liquid metal for flexible circuit显示文摘Liquid metal(LM) has potential applications in flexible electronics due to its high electrical conductivity and high flexibility. However, common methods of printing LM circuits on soft substrates lack controllability, precision, and the ability to repair a damaged circuit. In this paper, we propose a method that uses a magnetic field to guide a magnetic LM(MLM) droplet to print and repair a flexible LM circuit on a femtosecond(fs) laser-patterned silicone surface.After mixing magnetic iron(Fe) particles into LM, the movement of the resultant MLM droplet could be controlled by a magnetic field. A patterned structure composed of the untreated flat domain and the LM-repellent rough microstructure produced by fs laser ablation was prepared on the silicone substrate. As an MLM droplet was guided onto the designed pattern, a soft LM circuit with smooth, uniform, and high-precision LM lines was obtained. Interestingly, the MLM droplet could also be guided to repair the circuit broken LM lines, and the repaired circuit maintained its original electrical properties. 5Using GPU to calculate electron dose for hybrid pencil beam model显示文摘Hybrid pencil beam model(HPBM) offers an efficient approach to calculate the three-dimension dose distribution from a clinical electron beam.Still,clinical radiation treatment activity desires faster treatment plan process.Our work presented the fast implementation of HPBM-based electron dose calculation using graphics processing unit(GPU).The HPBM algorithm was implemented in compute unified device architecture running on the GPU,and C running on the CPU,respectively.Several tests with various sizes of the field,beamlet and voxel were used to evaluate our implementation.On an NVIDIA GeForce GTX470 GPU card,we achieved speedup factors of 2.18- 98.23 with acceptable accuracy,compared with the results from a Pentium E5500 2.80 GHz Dual-core CPU.GOU Chengjun LI Xia HOU Qing WU Zhangwen 2011Nuclear Science and Techniques2011,22,6:1

7Strategic Study on Integration of Port and City Development in Rizhao显示文摘agglomeration of the Yangtze Delta (UAYD), one of the most developed regions of China, has witnessed an increasing prevalence in building ecological cities when the ecological cities are pursued by many modern cities, and great achievements have been made in this regard. It is inevitable, however, that certain problems exist during the construction of ecological city, which include but not limited to non-harmonious development of urban complex ecosystem, and the difficulty in quantifying eco-city construction or incomplete quantification in assessing the con- struction of present and future eco-city. Based on the analysis on social-economic conditions and regional conditions of the UAYD, this paper attempts to set up an index system of eco-cities com- bining with local characteristics, and to adopt the indices of eco-city, urban harmony, and eco-city colligate to evaluate the ecological level, urban harmonious development and eco-city construction of cities within the UAYD. 8On maximal injective subalgebras in a wΓ factor显示文摘Let L(FQ) ×α Z be the crossed product von Neumann algebra of the free group factor L(FQ), associated with the left regular representation λ of the free group FQ with the set {ur : r ∈ Q} of generators, by an automorphism α defined by α(λ(ur)) = exp(2πri)λ(ur), where Q is the rational number set. We show that L(FQ) ×α Z is a wΓ factor, and for each r ∈ Q, the von Neumann subalgebra Ar generated in L(FQ) ×α Z by λ(ur) and v is maximal injective, where v is the unitary implementing the automorphism α. In particular, L(FQ) ×α Z is a wΓ factor with a maximal abelian selfadjoint subalgebra A0 which cannot be contained in any hyperfinite type II1 subfactor of L(FQ) ×α Z. 9Image quality of the proton imaging from computer-simulated data显示文摘In this paper,the proton image quality of three designed phantoms is studied by the Monte Carlo simulation tool FLUKA,and is compared with that of the photon,and electron imaging.The passages of parallel beams were simulated by the phantoms for protons,electrons and X-rays,and the fluence and energy spectra of exiting particles are recorded.The proton energy loss imaging has a high quality under low transmission proton fluence,and its quality is superior to that of electron and photon fluence.The results demonstrate that proton energy loss imaging is especially suitable for the samples of hundreds of nano-thicknesses.ZHANG Conghua HOU Qing GOU Chengjun WU Zhangwen 2010Nuclear Science and Techniques2010,21,1:0
10High performance wide bandgap perovskite solar cell with low V_(OC)deficit less than 0.4 V显示文摘Wide bandgap perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted significant attention because they can be applied to the top cells of tandem solar cells.However,high open-circuit voltage(V_(OC))deficit(>0.4 V)result from poor crystallization and high non-radiative recombination losses become a serious limitation in the pursuit of high performance.Here,the relevance between different Pbl_(2)proportions and performance parameters are revealed through analysis of surface morphology,residual stress,and photostability.The increase of Pbl_(2)proportion promotes crystal growth and reduces the work function of the perovskite film surface and promotes the energy level alignment with the carrier transport layer,which decreased the V_(OC)deficit.However,residual PbI_(2)exacerbated the stress level of perovskite film,and the resulting lattice disorder deteriorated the photostability of the device.Ultimately,after the synergistic passivation of residual PbI_(2)and PEAI,the V_(OC)achieves 1.266 V and V_(OC)deficit is less than 0.4 V,the record value in wide bandgap PSCs.Haikuo Guo Fuhua Hou Xuli Ning Xiaoqi Ren Haoran Yang Rui Liu Tiantian Li Chengjun Zhu Ying Zhao Wei Li Xiaodan Zhang 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,91,4:0
