1Investigation of MHD power generation with supersonic non-equilibrium RF discharge显示文摘Magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) power generation with supersonic non-equilibrium plasma is demonstrated. Capacitively coupled radio frequency(RF) discharge(6 MHz, maximum continual power output of 200 W) was adopted to ionize the Mach number 3.5(650 m/s),0.023 kg/m3 airflow. In a MHD channel of 16 mm*10mm*20 mm, MHD open voltage of 10 V is realized in the magnetic field of 1.25 T, and power of 0.12 m W is extracted steadily and continuously in the magnetic field of 1 T. The reasons for limited power generation are proposed as:low conductivity of RF discharge; large touch resistance between MHD electrode and plasma;strong current eddies due to flow boundary layer. 2Different role of second phase in the micro-galvanic corrosion of WE43 Mg alloy in NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4) solution显示文摘Effect of the second phase in the micro-galvanic corrosion of a commercial Mg alloy containing rare earth elements, cast WE43 alloy,was investigated in 0.6 M NaCl solution and 0.6 M Na_(2)SO_(4)solution by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations, scanning Kelvin probe force microscopy(SKPFM) analysis, hydrogen evolution, weight loss measurement, and electrochemical techniques. It is confirmed that the second phase of cast WE43 alloy is more active than Mg matrix and exhibits an anodic role in the micro-galvanic corrosion with α-Mg matrix as cathode and dissolves preferentially in Na_(2)SO_(4)solution, in contrast to the situation in NaCl solution. 5Scalable synthesis and electrochemical performance of mesoporous graphene from calcium carbonate by magnesiothermic reaction显示文摘A novel scalable synthetic method of mesoporous graphene has been developed using the compressed mixture of Mg and excess CaCO_(3) in a closed container.The generated solid oxide and unreacted CaCO_(3) could act as mesopore-forming agents,and the closed container could prevent the carbon dioxide from CaCO_(3) flow away.As a result,the graphenes with a large number of 2–30 nm mesopores and high utilization ratio of Mg achieved.The graphenes had high specific surface area and excellent electrochemical performance.In particular,the Mg utilization ratio was up to 53.3%in the preparation of graphene using 2:1 CaCO_(3)/Mg at 700℃,which is superior to previous researches.The obtained mesoporous graphene exhibited high specific surface area of 743.7 m^(2)g^(-1),large specific capacitance of 140 F g-1,and high capacitance retention rate of 64.3%.Tianli Han Benshuang Sun Qingkui Li Chengduo Wang 2022Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2022,32,3:0
