Isolation,Characterization, and Phylogenetic Analysis of Two New Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus Strains from the Northern Region of Xinjiang Province,China显示文摘Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever(CCHF)caused by the CCHF virus(CCHFV)is a tick-borne natural focal disease with a mortality rate of approximately 50%.CCHFV is widely prevalent in Africa, southern Asia, the Middle East, and southeast Europe.CCHF outbreaks have been reported previously in Xinjiang province,China, especially in its southern region.Epidemiological surveys conducted on ticks and animals have revealed the presence of CCHFV strains in ticks, rodents, and infected individuals from cities and counties in southern Xinjiang.Phylogenetic analyses revealed that the Chinese CCHFV strains belong to one genotype, based on complete sequences of the S segments of its negative-stranded RNA genome. The present study reports two new CCHFV strains isolated from Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum ticks collected from Fukang City and Wujiaqu City in the northern region of Xinjiang.Viral characteristics and their evolutionary relationships were analyzed through metagenomic and reverse-transcription PCR analyses;these analyses indicated that the genotype of both strains was different from that of other Chinese strains.Furthermore, previous reports of CCHFV in Xinjiang were reviewed and phylogenetic analyses were performed.CCHFV was found to prevail in Fukang City in Junggar Basin for more than 20 years, and that Fukang City and Wujiaqu City are considered natural reservoirs of different genotypes of CCHFV strains. Our findings facilitate the understanding of CCHFV distribution in Xinjiang province and provide insights into the evolutionary relationships among Chinese CCHFV strains.Yanfang Zhang Shu Shen Yaohui Fang Jinliang Liu Zhengyuan Su Jinhao Liang Zhong Zhang Qiaoli Wu Cheng Wang Abulikemu Abudurexiti Zhihong Hu Yujiang Zhang Fei Deng 2018Virologica Sinica2018,33,1:8
Prevalence and Phylogenetic Analysis of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus in Ticks from Different Ecosystems in Xinjiang,China显示文摘The Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus(CCHFV),a member of the genus Orthonairovirus and family Nairoviridae,is transmitted by ticks and causes severe hemorrhagic disease in humans. To study the epidemiology of CCHFV in different ecosystems in Xinjiang,China,a total of 58,932 ticks were collected from Tarim Basin,Junggar Basin,Tianshan Mountain, and Altai Mountain from 2014 to 2017.Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum was the dominant tick species in Tarim and Junggar basins, whereas Dermacentor nuttalli and Hyalomma detritum were found in Tianshan Mountain and Altai Mountain, respectively.Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction of the CCHFV small(S)genome segment was used for the molecular detection. The CCHFV-positive percentage was 5.26%,6.85%,1.94%,and 5.56% in Tarim Basin,Junggar Basin,Tianshan Mountain, and Altai Mountain, respectively.Sequences of the S segment were used for phylogenetic analysis and the results showed that the newly identified CCHFV strains belonged to two clades. Our study confirms that H.asiaticum asiaticum is the major vector of CCHFV in desert habitats which is consistent with previous studies, and also suggests that H.detritum and D.nuttalli are emerging vectors for CCHFV in Xinjiang. Moreover, this study reports the presence of CCHFV in the mountain habitat of Xinjiang for the first time, suggesting that future surveillance of CCHFV should also include mountainous areas.Abulimiti Moming Xihong Yue Shu Shen Chenchen Chang Cheng Wang Tao Luo Yanfang Zhang Rong Guo Zhihong Hu Yujiang Zhang Fei Deng Surong Sun 2018Virologica Sinica2018,33,1:5
A Novel Model of Predicting Archie's Cementation Factor from Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR) Logs in Low Permeability Reservoirs显示文摘The resistivity experimental measurements of core samples drilled from low permeability reservoirs of Ordos Basin,Northwest China, illustrate that the cementation factors are not agminate, but vary from 1.335 to 1.749.This leads to a challenge for the estimation of water and hydrocarbon saturation.Based on the analysis of Purcell equation and assumption that rock resistivity is determined by the parallel connection of numerous capillary resistances,a theoretical expression of cementation factor in terms of porosity and permeability is established. Then, cementation factor can be calculated if the parameters of porosity and permeability are determined. In the field application, porosity can be easily obtained by conventional logs. However,it is a tough challenge to estimate permeability due to the strong heterogeneity of low permeability reservoirs. Thus, the Schlumberger Doll Research(SDR)model derived from NMR logs has been proposed to estimate permeability.Based on the analysis of the theoretical expressions of cementation factor and SDR model,a novel cementation factor prediction model, which is relevant to porosity and logarithmic mean of NMR T2spectrum(T2lm),is derived. The advantage of this model is that all the input information can be acquired from NMR logs accurately. In order to confirm the credibility of the novel model, the resistivity and corresponding laboratory NMR measurements of 27 core samples are conducted. The credibility of the model is confirmed by comparing the predicted cementation factors with the core analyzed results. The absolute errors for all core samples are lower than 0.071.Once this model is extended to field application, the accuracy of water and hydrocarbon saturation estimation will be significantly improved.Liang Wang Zhiqiang Mao Yujiang Shi Qin'e Tao Yumei Cheng Yong Song 2014Journal of Earth Science2014,25,1:4
A Fuzzy-based Sliding Mode Control Approach for Acceleration Slip Regulation of Battery Electric Vehicle显示文摘Due to quick response and large quantity of electric motor torque, the traction wheels of battery electric vehicle are easy to slip during the initial phase of starting. In this paper,a sliding mode control approach of acceleration slip regulation is designed to prevent the slip of the traction wheels. The wheel slip ratio is used as the state variable for the formulation of system dynamics model. The fuzzy algorithm is utilized to adjust the switch function of sliding mode controller. After stability and robustness analysis, the sliding mode control law is transferred into C code and downloaded into vehicle control unit, which is validated under wet and dry road conditions. The experimental results with a small overshoot and a quick response during starting indicate that the sliding mode controller has good control efect on the slip ratio regulation. This article proposes an acceleration slip regulation method that improves the safety during acceleration for battery electric vehicle.Qin Shi Mingwei Wang Zejia He Cheng Yao Yujiang Wei Lin He 2022Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,4:2
Assessment of strong earthquake risk in the Chinese mainland from 2021 to 2030显示文摘The long-term earthquake prediction from 2021 to 2030 is carried out by researching the active tectonic block boundary zones in the Chinese mainland.Based on the strong earthquake recurrence model, the cumulative probability of each target fault in the next 10 years is given by the recurrence period and elapsed time of each fault, which are adopted from relevant studies such as seismological geology, geodesy, and historical earthquake records.Based on the long-term predictions of large earthquakes throughout the world, this paper proposes a comprehensive judgment scheme based on the fault segments with the seismic gap, motion strongly locked, sparse small-moderate earthquakes, and apparent Coulomb stress increase. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the relative risk for strong earthquakes that may occur in the coming 10 years on the major faults in the active tectonic block boundary zones in the Chinese mainland. The present loading rate of each fault is first constrained by geodetic observations;the cumulative displacement of each fault is then estimated by the elapsed time since the most recent strong earthquake.Zhigang Shao Yanqiang Wu Lingyun Ji Faqi Diao Fuqiang Shi Yujiang Li Feng Long Hui Zhang Wuxing Wang Wenxin Wei Peng Wang Xiaoxia Liu Qi Liu Zhengyang Pan Xiaofei Yin Yue Liu Wei Feng Zhenyu Zou Jia Cheng Renqi Lu Yueren Xu Xi Li 2023Earthquake Research Advances2023,3,1:2

A New Empirical Method for Constructing Capillary Pressure Curves from Conventional Logs in Low-Permeability Sandstones显示文摘Pore structure reflected from capillary pressure curves plays an important role in low-permeability formation evaluation. It is a common way to construct capillary pressure curves by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR) log. However, the method's efficiency will be severely affected if there is no NMR log data or it cannot reflect pore structure well. Therefore, on the basis of J function and diagenetic facies classification, a new empirical model for constructing capillary pressure curves from conventional logs is proposed here as a solution to the problem. This model includes porosity and the relative value of natural gamma rays as independent variables and the saturation of mercury injection as a dependent variable. According to the 51 core experimental data sets of three diagenetic facies from the bottom of the Upper Triassic in the western Ordos Basin, China, the model's parameters in each diagenetic facies are calibrated. Both self-checking and extrapolation tests show a positive effect, which demonstrates the high reliability of the proposed capillary pressure curve construction model. Based on the constructed capillary pressure curves, NMR T_2 spectra under fully brine-saturated conditions are mapped by a piecewise power function. A field study is then presented. Agreement can be seen between the mapped NMR T_2 spectra and the MRIL-Plog data in the location of the major peak, right boundary, distribution characteristics and T_2 logarithmic mean value. In addition, the capillary pressure curve construction model proposed in this paper is not affected by special log data or formation condition. It is of great importance in evaluating pore structure, predicting oil production and identifying oil layers through NMR log data in low-permeability sandstones.Cheng Feng Yujiang Shi Jiahong Li Liang Chang Gaoren Li Zhiqiang Mao 2017Journal of Earth Science2017,28,3:1
