| 1 | 室内氡与肺癌关系研究显示文摘目的 直接调查居室水平氡浓度对居民肺癌危险度的影响 ,并与由矿工受照结果推导的结论相比较。方法 在甘肃省平凉、庆阳两地区进行病例 对照研究。该地区居民稳定而室内氡水平较高。肺癌病例必须是在 1994年 1月至 1998年 4月期间诊断 ,年龄在 30~ 75岁之间 ,居住在平凉和庆阳两地区的居民。根据人口调查资料随机选取对照 ,对照要在年龄、性别、地区方面与病例相匹配。在过去 5~ 30年期间 ,凡住过两年以上的房间都布放了氡探测器。氡测量涵盖了 77%的照射周期。结果 病例居室的平均氡浓度为 2 30 4Bq m3 (n =76 8) ,对照为 2 2 2 2Bq m3 (n =16 5 9)。居民肺癌危险度随室内氡水平的增高有所上升 (P <0 0 0 1)。根据线性模型 ,对全部研究个体而言 ,在 10 0Bq m3 情况下 ,附加比值比 (EOR)为 0 19(95 %CI:0 0 5 ,0 47)。对测量涵盖了 10 0 %照射周期的个体 ,为 0 31(95 %CI:0 10 ,0 81)。在对照射的不确定度进行调整后 ,估算值可增加70 %。结论 研究结果证明室内水平氡照射会增加肺癌危险度 。 | 王作元 Lubin JH 王陇德 张守志 Boice JD Jr 崔宏星 张淑蓉 Conrath SC 夏英 尚兵 Brenner A 雷苏文 Metayer KC 曹吉生 Chen KW 雷淑杰 Kleinerman RA | 2002 | 中华放射医学与防护杂志2002，22，3： | 28 |
| 2 | Identification of tumor associated single-chain Fv by panning and screening antibody phage library using tumor cells显示文摘AIM:To study the feasibility of panning and screeningphage-displaying recombinant single-chain variablefragment (ScFv) of anti-tumor monoclonal antibodiesfor fixed whole cells as the carriers of mAb-bindingantigens.ME,ODS: The recombinant phage displaying librariesfor anti-colorectal tumor mAb MC3Ab, MC5Ab andanti-gastric tumor mAb MGD1 was constructed.Panning and screening were carried outby means ofmodified fixation of colorectal and gastric tumor cellsexpressed the mAb-binding antigens. Concordance ofbinding specificity to tumor cells between phageclones and parent antibodies was analyzed. Thephage of positive clones was identified withcompetitive ELISA, and infected by E.coli HB2151 toexpress soluble ScFv.RESULTS:The ratio of positive clones to MC3-ScF-MC5-ScFv and MGD1-ScFv were 60 %, 24 % and 30 %. MC3-ScFv had Mr 32 000 confirmed by Western blot. | 3 | A preliminary validation of the Brief COPE instrument for assessing coping strategies among people living with HIV in China显示文摘Background:The Brief COPE instrument has been utilized to conduct research on various populations,including people living with HIV(PLWH).However,the questionnaire constructs when applied to PLWH have not been subjected to thorough factor validation.Methods:A total of 258 PLWH were recruited from two provinces of China.They answered questions involving the scales of three instruments:the Brief COPE,the Perceived Social Support Scale,and the Perceived Discrimination Scale for PLWH.Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)and exploratory factor analysis(EFA)were conducted.Results:The CFA found a poor goodness of fit to the data.The subsequent EFA identified six preliminary factors,forming subscales with Cronbach’s alphas,which ranged from 0.61 to 0.80.Significant correlation coefficients between the subscales and measures of perceived social support and perceived discrimination were reported,giving preliminary support to the validity of the new empirical factor structure.Conclusion:This study showed that the original factor structure of the Brief COPE instrument,when applied to PLWH in China,did not fit the data.Thus,the Brief COPE should be applied to various populations and cultures with caution.The new factor structure established by the EFA is only preliminary and requires further validation. | Xiao-you Su Joseph TF Lau Winnie WS Mak KC Choi Tie-jian Feng Xi Chen Chu-liang Liu Jun Liu De Liu Lin Chen Jun-min Song Yan Zhang Guang-lu Zhao Zhang-ping Zhu Jin-quan Cheng | 2015 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2015，4，1： | 2 |
