| 1 | Graphene-supported biomimetic catalysts with synergistic effect of adsorption and degradation for efficient dye capture and removal显示文摘Design and development of iron porphyrin-based artificial enzymes system have been attracting a lot of attention.Herein,without any toxic reductant and harsh processing,we present a facile one-pot method to fabricate bifunctional catalytic nanocomposites consisting of graphene and hemin by using vitamin C as a mild reduction reagent.The presence of graphene helps the formation of a high degree of highly active and stable hemin on the graphene surface in a monomeric form through theirπ-πstacking interaction.As a result,such nanocomposites possess a superior adsorption capacity and intrinsic peroxidase-like catalytic activity.Moreover,by the combination of their dye adsorption ability,RGOhemin nanocomposites can serve as a suitable candidate for efficient capture and removal of dyes via a synergistic effect.Our findings may pave the way to apply graphene-supported artificial enzymes in a variety of fields,such as environmental chemistry,bionics,medicine,and biotechnology. | Qin Li Xiaopei Wang Xueqing Xiong Shuihong Zhu Zhaohui Meng Yongying Hong Changxu Lin Xiangyang Liu Youhui Lin | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,1: | 1 |
| 2 | Comparative Transcriptome Analysis of Heart Tissue in Response to Hypoxia in Silver Sillago (Sillago sihama)显示文摘Sillago sihama,commonly known as silver sillago,is considered as an economically important fish species in China.It is sensitive to hypoxia stress in the larval stage,and the mechanism has not been understood thoroughly.In this study,we investigated the transcriptome change in heart tissues under hypoxia stress.The fish were divided into four groups,including 1 h of hypoxia(hypoxia1h,dissolved oxygen(DO)=1.5±0.1 mg L^(−1)),4h of hypoxia(hypoxia4h,DO=1.5±0.1 mg L^(−1)),4h of reoxygen(reoxygen4h,DO=8.0±0.2 mg L^(−1))after 4h of hypoxia(DO=1.5 mg L^(−1))and normoxia or control(DO=8.0±0.2 mg L^(−1))groups.The results showed that a total of 3068 genes were identified as differentially expressed genes(DEGs)based on the criteria∣log2(Fold change)∣>1.0 and adjusted P-value<0.05.A total of 7761141 and 1151 DEGs were obtained from hypoxia1h,hypoxia4h and reoxygen4h groups,respectively.The enrichment pathway analysis showed that the DEGs were significantly enriched in ribosome biogenesis in eukaryotes,retinol metabolism,DNA replication and the oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS)pathways.Thirteen DEGs from the RNA-seq results were validated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).These candidate genes are considered as important regulatory factors involved in the hypoxia stress response in S.sihama. | SAETAN Wanida YE Minghui LIN Xinghua LIN Xiaozhan ZHANG Yulei HUANG Yang DU Tao LI Guangli TIAN Changxu | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,4: | 1 |

| 7 | Multidisciplinary team for the diagnosis and treatment of 2cases of primary intestinal yolk sac tumor显示文摘Extragonadal primary yolk sac tumor of the intestinal tract origin is exceedingly rare. Through a multiple disciplinary team, the diagnosis and treatment of primary intestinal yolk sac tumor were further defined. We report 2 such cases with detailed histologic and immunohistochemical analysis. The two patients were a 7-year-old girl and a 29-year-old woman. Both of them preoperatively had an elevated serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level(≥ 1,210 ng/mL). The tumors are located in the intestine and imaging examination indicated the rectum as the primary site. Grossly the mass was grey-white and crisp texture. Microscopic examination featured reticular, microcystic, macrocystic, papillary, solid, and some glandular patterns. Immunohistochemically,tumor cells of both cases were positive for SALL4, AFP, pan-cytokeratin(AE1/AE3), and glypican-3. Simultaneously, a stain for EMA, OCT4, CD30, HCG, vimentin and CK20 were negative in all 2 neoplasms.
