| 1 | Expression,deleton and mnutation of ρ16 gene in human gastric cancer显示文摘AIM To investigate the relationship between the expression of p16 gene and the gastric carcinogenesis,depth of invasion and lymph node metastases, and to evaluate the deletion and mutation of exon 2 in p16 gene in gastric carcinoma.METHODS The expression of P16 protein was examined by streptavidin-peroxidase conjugated method (S-P); the deletion and mutation of p16 gene were respectively examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and polymerase chain reaction single-strand conformation polymorphism analysis (PCR-SSCP) in gastric carcinoma.RESULTS Expression of P16 protein was detected in 96.25% (77/80) of the normal gastric mucosa, in 92.00% (45/50) of the dysplastic gastric mucosa and in 47.54% (58/122) of the gastric carcinoma. The positive rate of P16 protein expression in gastric carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa and dysplastic gastric mucosa (P<0.05). The positive rate of P16 protein expression in mucoid carcinoma 10.00% (1/ 10) was significantly lower than that in poorly differentiated carcinoma 51.22% ( 21/ 41 ),undifferentiated carcinoma 57.69% (15/26) and signet ring cell carcinoma 62.50% (10/ 16) (P<0.05). The positive rate of p16 protein in 30 cases paired primary and lymph node metastatic gastric carcinoma: There was 46.67% (14/30) in primary gastric carcinoma, 16.67% (5/30) in lymph node metastatic gastric carcinoma. The positive rate of lymph node metastatic carcinoma was significantly lower than that of primary carcinoma (P<0.05). There was of p16 gene mutation in exon 2, but 5 cases displayed deletion of p16 gene in exon 2 in the 25 primary gastric carcinomas.CONCLUSIONS The expression loss of P16 protein related to the gastric carcinogenesis, gastric carcinoma histopathological subtypes and lymph metastasis. The mutation of p16 gene in exon 2 may not be involved in gastric carcinogenesis. | 3 | Grey GM(1,1) Model with Function-Transfer Method for Wear Trend Prediction and its Application显示文摘Trend forecasting is an important aspect in fault diagnosis and work state supervision. The principle, where Grey theory is applied in fault forecasting, is that the forecast system is considered as a Grey system; the existing known information is used to infer the unknown information’s character, state and development trend in a fault pattern, and to make possible forecasting and decisions for future development. It involves the whitenization of a Grey process. But the traditional equal time interval Grey GM (1,1) model requires equal interval data and needs to bring about accumulating addition generation and reversion calculations. Its calculation is very complex. However, the non equal interval Grey GM (1,1) model decreases the condition of the primitive data when establishing a model, but its requirement is still higher and the data were pre processed. The abrasion primitive data of plant could not always satisfy these modeling requirements. Therefore, it establishes a division method suited for general data modeling and estimating parameters of GM (1,1), the standard error coefficient that was applied to judge accuracy height of the model was put forward; further, the function transform to forecast plant abrasion trend and assess GM (1,1) parameter was established. These two models need not pre process the primitive data. It is not only suited for equal interval data modeling, but also for non equal interval data modeling. Its calculation is simple and convenient to use. The oil spectrum analysis acted as an example. The two GM (1,1) models put forward in this paper and the new information model and its comprehensive usage were investigated. | 4 | Translation and psychometric evaluation of the Chinese version of the Heart Failure-Specific Health Literacy Scale显示文摘Objective:Health literacy is closely associated with self-care behaviors in heart-failure patient.A reliable,valid,and practical measuring tool would evaluated the level of health literacy in Chinese patients with heart failure,and provide evidence for individualized education.Aim of this study was to translate Heart Failure-Specific Health Literacy Scale(HF-Specific HL Scale)into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version.Methods:The original HF-specific HL scale was translated into Chinese and modified for cultural adaption.Totally 164 HF inpatients were investigated with the Chinese version of HF-specific HL scale.To test the reliability and validity of the scale,item analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),and correlation analysis were conducted.Result:Cronbach's a value for the scale is 0.87;the correlation coefficients between each item and the total score ranged from 0.61 to 0.91.Three factors was extracted by EFA,which could explain 64.62%of the total variance.The result of CFA also showed that the scale demonstrated an acceptable model fit.The scale was significantly correlated with the Chinese version of the Heart Failure Knowledge Test(C-HFKT).Conclusion:The Chinese version of HF-specific HL scale is reliable and valid,and is suitable for assessment of HL in Chinese HF patients. | Meng Yue Lijun Zhang Yuanyuan Lu Changde Jin | 2016 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2016，3，4： | 10 |

| 9 | Vehicle License Plate Character Segmentation显示文摘Vehicle license plate (VLP) character segmentation is an important part of the vehicle license plate recognition system (VLPRS). This paper proposes a least square method (LSM) to treat horizontal tilt and vertical tilt in VLP images. Auxiliary lines are added into the image (or the tilt-corrected image) to make the separated parts of each Chinese character to be an interconnected region. The noise regions will be eliminated after two fusing images are merged according to the minimum principle of gray values.Then, the characters are segmented by projection method (PM) and the final character images are obtained. | 10 | The line emissions and polarization in blazars显示文摘The correlations between broad-line emission,polarization,and core-dominance parameters are investigated for a sample of 148 blazars(BL Lacertae objects-BLs and flat spectrum radio quasars-FSRQs). An anti-correlation between the broad-line luminosity and the linear polarization is found. The broad-line and polarization relation can be explained by using a relativistic beaming model,which perhaps suggests that BL Lacs and FSRQs are a single class. The discharge feedforward plus water lever feedback PID controller was adopted. And the performance indicators are introduced to evaluate the control effects of canal operation. Influence on dynamic response process and dynamic performance as well as the control actions of canal system are studied according to the variation of the gate deadband and water level deadband.
