18直立性训练的主动脉波反射:体位和静脉淤积对其的影响显示文摘直立性训练时,尽管外周阻力增加,但主动脉波反射增强指数(augmentation index,AIx)降低,可能是静脉淤积导致的。该研究旨在检验直立性训练中AIx的降低是单纯由静脉淤积引起还是由于体位变换引起的。方法:年轻健康的参与者23(女性11/男性12)人,在3种不同的条件下进行直立性训练(5min/次):60°直立倾斜,60°直立倾斜加小腿双侧袖带节律充气加压(75mm Hg,1mm Hg=0.133kPa)以减低静脉淤积到最小程度,和施加独立于体位,造成静脉淤积的下肢负压(lower body negative pressure, LBNP;-30 rnm Hg)。Hughes WE Casey DP 陈云 叶鹏 2017中华高血压杂志2017,25,9:1
