3Direct growth of single-walled carbon nanotubes on substrates显示文摘As one of the most promising candidate material for next generation electronic devices,the reliable and controllable synthesis of high quality single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) has long been an essential and important issue in the field.Direct growth of SWNTs on flat substrates by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) process is the best way to obtain SWNTs because it is immediately ready for building nano-devices.The orientation of the SWNTs has been well controlled by gas flow or substrate lattice during the CVD growth process.The chirality and structure control of SWNTs is still a big challenge.However,the conductivity selective growth has already partially succeeded.New catalysts have been explored to obtain SWNTs of higher quality.Along with the further progress in the study of the SWNT growth,the precise control over the orientation,position and conductivity of SWNTs is expected to meet the requirements of carbon-based nanoelectronics.PENG Fei LIU Yu CUI RongLi GAO DongLiang YANG Feng LI Yan 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,2:5
4Preparation of horizontally aligned single-walled carbon nanotubes with floating catalyst显示文摘A strategy to prepare horizontally aligned single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) at moderate temperatures(≤600 ℃) were developed.Using ferocene as the catalyst precursor,Fe nanoparticles are formed in the gaseous phase and catalyze the nucleation and growth of SWNTs in situ.Then the resultant SWNTs are deposited onto the substrates downstream and aligned by the surface lattice of the ST-cut single crystal quartz.The preparation of SWNT arrays at moderate temperatures is important for combining the tube growth with device fabrication.Rongli Cui Xiulan Zhao Ruoming Li Yu Liu Da Luo Feng Yang Yan Li 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,4:2
5Different mechanisms of improving CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3) perovskite solar cells brought by fluorinated or nitrogen doped graphdiyne显示文摘Fluorinated and nitrogen-doped graphdiyne(F/N-GDY)have been used in the active layer of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)for the first time.The introduction of heteroatoms turns out to be an effective method for boosted solar cells performance,which increases by 32.8%and 33.0%,better than the pristine or GDY doped PSCs.The enhanced performance can be attributed firstly to the superiority of F/N-GDY originated from the unique structure and optoelectronic properties of GDY.Then,both can further reduce surface defects and improve surface and bulk crystallinity than pristine GDY.What's more,efficiency increase caused by F-GDY is mainly attributed to the improvement of fill factor(FF),while the higher short-circuit current(Jsc)plays more important role by N-GDY doping.Most importantly,the detailed mechanism brought about by doping of F-GDY or N-GDY is expounded by systematical characterizations,especially the synchrotron radiation technique.Doping of F-GDY causes Pb and forms new Pb-F bonds between F-GDY and Pb ions.Doping of N-GDY or GDY brings about Pb(N-GDY doping induces more deviation than that of GDY due to the participation of imine N),improving its electron density and conductivity.Huan Huang Bing Liu Dan Wang Rongli Cui Xihong Guo Ying Li Shouwei Zuo Zi Yin Huanhua Wang Jing Zhang Hui Yuan Lirong Zheng Baoyun Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2
