| 1 | Detection of QTL and QTN and candidate genes for oil content in soybean using a combination of four-way-RIL and germplasm populations显示文摘Soybean is a source of edible oil for humans and provides a third of the vegetable oil consumed worldwide.Increasing seed oil content in seeds is thus a key objective in soybean breeding.In the present study,a four-way recombinant inbred line(FW-RIL)population comprising 144 lines,planted in 10 environments,and a germplasm panel of 455 accessions,planted in two environments,were used to collect oil-content phenotypes.First,59 quantitative trait loci(QTL)were detected in the FW-RIL population by inclusive complete interval mapping on a linkage map consisting of 2232 single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers.Also in the FW-RILs,44 quantitative trait nucleotides(QTNs)were detected by association analysis using 109,676 SNP markers and fivemethods of multi-locus genome-wide association study.Second,77 QTN were detected by association analysis in the germplasm panel using 63,306 markers.Comparison of the QTL and QTN suggested four QTN controlling oil content.Pathway analysis was performed on genes in attenuation regions of these four QTN,and two candidate genes involved in the synthesis or metabolism of soybean oil were identified.These findings provide useful information about the genetics of oil content and may contribute to its genetic improvement by marker-assisted selection. | Xiyu Li Kaixin Zhang Xu Sun Shanshan Huang Jiajing Wang Chang Yang Mahfishan Siyal Chao Wang Chunlan Guo Xiping Hu Wen-Xia Li Hailong Ning | 2020 | The Crop Journal2020,8,5: | 2 |

| 7 | One stone two birds:electrochemical and colorimetric dual-mode biosensor based on copper peroxide/covalent organic framework nanocomposite for ultrasensentive norovirus detection显示文摘Norovirus(NoV)is regarded as one of the most common causes of foodborne diarrhea in the world.It is urgent to identify the pathogenic microorganism of the diarrhea in short time.In this work,we developed an electrochemical and colorimetric dual-mode detection for NoV based on the excellent dual catalytic properties of copper peroxide/COF-NH_(2)nanocomposite(CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)).For the colorimetric detection,NoV can be directly detected by the naked eye based on CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)as a laccase-like nonazyme using“peptide-NoV-antibody”recognition mode.The colorimetric assay displayed a wide and quality linear detection range from 1 copy/mL to 5000 copies/mL of NoV with a low limit of detection(LOD)of 0.125 copy/mL.For the electrochemical detection of NoV,CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)showed an oxidation peak of copper ion from Cu^(+)to Cu^(2+)using“peptide-NoV-antibody”recognition mode.The electrochemical assay showed a linear detection range was 1-5000 copies/mL with a LOD of 0.152 copy/mL.It's worthy to note that this assay does not need other electrical signal molecule,which provide the stable and sensitive electrochemial detection for NoV.The electrochemical and colorimetric dual-mode detection was used to detect NoV in foods and faceal samples,which has the potential for improving food safety and diagnosing of NoV-infected diarrhea. | Guobao Ning Quanmei Duan Huan Liang Huifang Liu Min Zhou Chunlan Chen Chong Zhang Hui Zhao Canpeng Li | 2024 | Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,2: | 0 |
| 8 | LSM12 facilitates the progression of colorectal cancer by activating the WNT/CTNNB1 signaling pathway显示文摘Aberrant activation of the WNT signaling pathway is a joint event in colorectal cancer(CRC),but the molecular mechanism is still unclear.Recently,RNA-splicing factor LSM12(like-Sm protein 12)is highly expressed in CRC tissues.This study aimed to verify whether LSM12 is involved in regulating CRC progression via regulating the WNT signaling pathway.Here,we found that LSM12 is highly expressed in CRC patient-derived tissues and cells.LSM12 is involved in the proliferation,invasion,and apoptosis of CRC cells,similar to the function of WNT signaling in CRC.Furthermore,protein interaction simulation and biochemical experiments proved that LSM12 directly binds to CTNNB1(also known asβ-Catenin)and regulates its protein stability to affect the CTTNB1-LEF1-TCF1 transcriptional complex formation and the associated WNT downstream signaling pathway.LSM12 depletion in CRC cells decreased the in vivo tumor growth through repression of cancer cell growth and acceleration of cancer cell apoptosis.Taken together,we suggest that the high expression of LSM12 is a novel factor leading to aberrant WNT signaling activation,and that strategies targeting this molecular mechanism may contribute to developing a new therapeutic method for CRC. | YAN ZHUANG CHUNLAN NING PENGFEI LIU YANPENG ZHAO YUE LI ZHENCHI MA LULING SHAN YINGZHE PIAO PENG ZHAO XUN JIN | 2022 | Oncology Research2022,30,6: | 0 |
