1Production and contribution of hydroxyl radicals between the DSA anode and water interface显示文摘Hydroxyl radicals play the key role during electrochemical oxidation and photoelectrochemical oxidation. The production and effect of hydroxyl radicals on the interface between DSA anode and water was investigated by examining the quenching effect of iso-propanol on Orange II decolorization. We observed that with an increase in electrode potential from 4 to 12 V across electrodes at pH 7.0, the contribution percentage of hydroxyl radicals increased dramatically. More OH radicals were produced in acidic and alkaline conditions than at neutral conditions. At electrode potential of 4 V, the contribution percentage of hydroxyl radicals was obviously higher at near neutral pH conditions, while removal efficiency of Orange II achieved was the lowest concurrently. Finally, for photocatalytic oxidation, electrochemical oxidation, and photoelectrochemical oxidation using the same DSA electrode, the effect of hydroxyl radicals proved to be dominant in photocatalytic oxidation but the contribution of hydroxyl radicals was not dominant in electrochemical oxidation, which implies the necessity of UV irradiation for electrochemical oxidation during water treatment.Guoting Li Meiya Zhu Jing Chen Yunxia Li Xiwang Zhang 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,5:6
2A food-grade industrial arming yeast expressing β-1,3-1,4-glucanase with enhanced thermal stability显示文摘The aim of this work was to construct a novel food-grade industrial arming yeast displaying β-1,3-1,4-glucanase and to evaluate the thermal stability of the glucanase for practical application. For this purpose, a bi-directional vector containing galactokinase (GAL1) and phosphoglycerate kinase 1 (PGK1) promoters in different orientations was constructed. The β-1,3-1,4-glucanase gene from Bacillus subtilis was fused to α-agglutinin and expressed under the control of the GAL1 promoter. α-galactosidase induced by the constitutive PGK1 promoter was used as a food-grade selection marker. The feasibility of the α-galactosidase marker was confirmed by the growth of transformants harboring the constructed vector on a medium containing melibiose as a sole carbon source, and by the clear halo around the transformants in Congo-red plates owing to the expression of β-1,3-1,4-glucanase. The analysis of β-1,3-1,4-glucanase activity in cell pellets and in the supernatant of the recombinant yeast strain revealed that β-1,3-1,4-glucanase was successfully displayed on the cell surface of the yeast. The displayed β-1,3-1,4-glucanase activity in the recombinant yeast cells increased immediately after the addition of galactose and reached 45.1 U/ml after 32-h induction. The thermal stability of β-1,3-1,4-glucanase displayed in the recombinant yeast cells was enhanced compared with the free enzyme. 3Raising the capacity of lithium vanadium phosphate via anion and cation co-substitution显示文摘The pursuit for batteries with high specific energy provokes the research of high-voltage/capacity cathode materials with superior stability and safety as the alternative for lithium iron phosphate.Herein,using the sol-gel method,a lithium vanadium phosphate with higher average discharge voltage(3.8 V,vs.Li+/Li) was obtained from a single source for Mg2+ and Cl-co-substitution and uniform carbon coating,and a nearly theoretical capacity(130.1 mA h g^-1) and outstanding rate performance(25 C) are acquired together with splendid capacity retention(80%) after 650 cycles.This work reveals that the well-sized anion and cation substitution and uniform carbon coating are of both importance to accelerate kinetic performance in the context of nearly undisturbed crystal structure for other analogue materials.It is anticipated that the electrochemistry comprehension will shed light on preparing cathode materials with high energy density in the future.Xian-Xiang Zeng Hui Chen Gang Guo Sheng-Yi Li Jin-Ying Liu Qiang Ma Guote Liu Ya-Xia Yin Xiong-Wei Wu Yu-Guo Guo 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,2:2

7MCTSR:A super-resolution method for defects in gas-insulated switchgear X-ray images based on multi-scale contextual transformers显示文摘As the core equipment of transmission and distribution hubs,the operational status of gas-insulated switchgear(GIS)is closely linked to the safety of the power system.Recently,X-ray digital imaging technology has been extensively used in GIS equipment fault detection.However,the X-ray image of GIS is blurred,which is not conducive to the detection of tiny defects.Thus,a super-resolution method for GIS X-ray images based on multi-scale context transformers is proposed in this study,namely MCTSR.Firstly,a second-order image degradation model is introduced to generate GIS X-ray lowresolution images that more closely resemble the real world.Secondly,a contextual transformer gate module is constructed to improve attention to tiny defects in GIS X-ray images.Thirdly,a U-Net discriminator network based on multi-scale contextual transformers is intended to enrich the information of the generated images.Finally,the proposed discriminator is combined with the existing generator to compose a superresolution method applicable to GIS X-ray images.The experimental results demonstrate that the method outperforms other methods in peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity on the constructed GIS X-ray image dataset.In addition,the output image of the proposed method facilitates the subsequent defect detection.Guote Liu Jinhui Zhou Linqiang Xu Licheng Li Bing Luo Sijun Chen 2023High Voltage2023,8,3:1
8ORDINATION AND GRADIENT ANALYSIS OF CONIFEROUS FOREST IN DAXINGANLING显示文摘In this paper,the quantitative approach is applied on the study of coniferous forestbased on the data which were collected by the field investigation in Daxinganling region.The mainpurpose is objectively to show the position of communities in the space and the relationship be-tween the community and environment.By means of ordination,it is found that dahurian larch for-est,mongolian scots pine forest and korean fir forest lie in different positions.
