1基于NB-IoT的温室温度智能调控系统设计与实现显示文摘【目的】以NB-IoT低速率窄带宽物联网技术为核心,研制一套以5G低功耗海量连接场景前期技术为基础的智能温室环境自动调控系统。【方法】应用MSP430F149超低功耗芯片采集环境信息,依托NB-IoT蜂窝物联网平台,云端智能调控系统,结合多传感器融合与模糊PID–分级控制技术,根据用户需求调节温室环境。【结果】该系统在温室大棚内实地应用的结果表明:温室环境信息采集相对误差不超1%,平均控制精度在3.57%(±1.0℃),无传输距离限制,实现作物生长温度的自动调节。【结论】该系统稳定可靠,为作物的生长提供良好环境,对作物的研究提供有力的技术支撑。何灿隆 沈明霞 刘龙申 OKINDA Cedric 杨稷 施宏 2018华南农业大学学报2018,39,2:49
2基于深层卷积神经网络的初生仔猪目标实时检测方法显示文摘针对初生仔猪目标较小、分娩栏内光线变化复杂、仔猪粘连和硬性遮挡现象较为严重等问题,提出一种基于深层卷积神经网络的初生仔猪目标识别方法。将分类和定位合并为一个任务,以整幅图像为兴趣域,利用特征金字塔网络(Feature pyramid network,FPN)算法定位识别仔猪目标;对比了不同通道数数据集以及不同迭代次数对模型效果的影响;该方法支持图像批量处理、视频与监控录像的实时检测和检测结果多样化储存。实验结果表明:在数据集总量相同时,同时包含夜间单通道和白天3通道的数据集,在迭代20 000次时接近模型最优值。模型在验证集和测试集上的精确率分别为95.76%和93.84%,召回率分别为95.47%和94.88%,对分辨率为500像素×375像素的图像检测速度为53.19 f/s,对清晰度为720 P的视频检测速度为22 f/s,可满足实时检测的要求,对全天候多干扰场景表现出良好的泛化能力。沈明霞 太猛 CEDRIC Okinda 刘龙申 李嘉位 孙玉文 2019农业机械学报2019,50,8:24
3Management of granulomatous lobular mastitis: an international multidisciplinary consensus(2021 edition)显示文摘Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the evidence.Levels of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and pathology.The approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. 4宫颈癌根治术后降低骨髓剂量的调强放疗剂量学研究显示文摘目的通过对宫颈癌根治术后全盆腔常规放疗(CRT)与调强放疗(IMRT)的对比研究,比较应用不同放疗技术在处方剂量45.0、50.4Gy时降低髂骨骨髓受照体积和剂量。方法选择FIGO分期ⅠA~ⅡB期17例宫颈癌根治术后患者,CTV范围包括阴道顶部、宫旁、骶前区域、部分髂总及盆腔淋巴结,CTV外放1cm(后方紧邻直肠后放0.5cm)产生PTV。应用ADAC Pinnacle^3* Version7.4f治疗计划系统分别设计3种照射技术:CRT前后两野对穿(CRT2f)、CRT前后两野+两侧野(CRT4f)、调强7个野(IMRT7f)。处方剂量分别为45.0、50.4Gy,治疗计划优化后确保≥97%PTV接受≥95%处方剂量,应用剂量体积直方图获得不同治疗方法髂骨骨髓的V20、V25、V60、V70。结果处方剂量为45.0Gy时右和左髂骨骨髓IMRT7f、CRT2f,及CRT4f计划的V25分别为45.04%和40.90%、64.37%和65.25%及60.20%和61.42%(H=7.45,P=0.024和H=6.62,P=0.038),V30为36.91%和22.21%、52.69%和48.80%及40.52%和42.33%(H=7.91,P=0.019和H=10.5,P=0.005),V40为23.83%和19。65%、51.85%和46.11%及37.97%和35.30%(H=17.14,P=0.000和H=20.71,P=0.000);处方剂量为50.4Gy时,分别为52.43%和50.06%、65.89%和67.75%及69.56%和64.23%(H=6.29,P=0.043和H=6.37,P=0.041),38.91%和31.93%、54.96%和51.29%及52.18%和47.57%(H=6.91,P=0.031和H=15.19,P=0.000),25.93%和20.87%、53.30%和49.83%及44.26%和37.77%(H=16.71,P=0.000和H=20.78,P=0.000)。结论与CRT相比IMRT技术能产生理想的靶区剂量分布并由此降低髂骨骨髓受照体积和剂量。李慧灵 潘建基 柏朋刚 ZHANG Bin YU Cedric X 2009中华放射肿瘤学杂志2009,18,3:12
5A computer vision system for defect discrimination and grading in tomatoes using machine learning and image processing显示文摘With large-scale production and the need for high-quality tomatoes to meet consumer and market standards criteria,have led to the need for an inline,accurate,reliable grading system during the post-harvest process.This study introduced a tomato grading machine vision system based on RGB images.The proposed system performed calyx and stalk scar detection at an average accuracy of 0.9515 for both defected and healthy tomatoes by histogramthresholding based on themean g-r value of these regions of interest.Defected regionswere detected by an RBF-SVMclassifier using the LAB color-space pixel values.Themodel achieved an overall accuracy of 0.989 upon validation.Four grading categories recognitionmodelswere developed based on color and texture features.The RBF-SVMoutperformed all the explored modelswith the highest accuracy of 0.9709 for healthy and defected category.However,the grading accuracy decreased as the number of grading categories increased.A combination of color and texture features achieved the highest accuracy in all the grading categories in image features evaluation.This proposed system can be used as an inline tomato sorting tool to ensure that quality standards are adhered to and maintained.David Ireri Eisa Belal Cedric Okinda Nelson Makange Changying Ji 2019Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2019,,2:10

7侧穗凤仙花的传粉生态和繁育系统显示文摘通过对峨眉山特有种侧穗凤仙花的开花生物学特性、花器官结构、传粉者种类和访花行为、繁育系统、花粉胚珠比(P/O)及花粉活力的研究。发现居群之间花的寿命变化比较大,它们的雄蕊期长,雌/雄蕊期比为0.12~0.17;花粉胚珠比达到4.6万,花粉在开花第一天有很高的活力(〉90%);传粉者为熊蜂和天蛾,熊蜂包括贞洁熊蜂、白背熊蜂;存在盗蜜者灰熊蜂。侧穗凤仙花是自交亲和的异交植物,能通过雌雄异熟和独特的花部结构来避免自交及雌雄干扰。侧穗凤仙花存在柱头运动现象,并通过柱头运动增强了雌性功能。由于昆虫访花频率很低,侧穗凤仙花自然结果率(26%)很低,人工授粉明显增加了结果率(42%),说明侧穗凤仙花的低结果率可能和传粉者限制有关。毛志斌 Cedric Boehler 葛学军 2011广西植物2011,31,2:9
8基于旋风式烘干机的油菜籽干燥工艺优化显示文摘为探索油菜籽单位时间失水率影响因素,研究旋风式干燥方式下油菜籽的最佳干燥工艺参数,利用自制的旋风式油菜籽烘干机进行干燥试验。选取旋风式烘干机的干燥温度、气流速度、分级器内孔直径为主要因素进行单因素和多因素旋转正交试验。单因素试验发现旋风式烘干机的干燥温度、气流速度、分级器内孔直径3因素是影响油菜籽单位时间失水率的主要因素,其取值范围为:干燥温度70~90℃,气流速度17~22 m/s、分级器内孔直径130~140mm;多因素试验表明,影响油菜籽单位时间失水率的因素显著性顺序为:干燥温度>气流速度>分级器内孔直径;旋风式干燥方式下油菜籽的最佳干燥工艺参数为干燥温度85℃、气流速度19m/s、分级器内孔直径136mm。吕磊 吴明亮 Cedric 谢伟 向伟 2017食品与机械2017,33,5:6
9油菜旋风式烘干机干燥筒内气力流场特性仿真分析显示文摘为了避免油菜旋风式烘干机作业时已达到烘干效果的油菜籽不能及时分离,导致油菜籽过度干燥,借助Ansys Fluent软件对油菜旋风式烘干机主要工作部件干燥筒的气力流场进行仿真分析,探究干燥筒的气流入口型式、入口气流速度及入口截面积大小等因素对干燥筒内油菜籽的分离性能的气力流场旋转强度、速度分量和压降等指标的影响规律。进一步预估并仿真分析油菜籽有效分离的干燥筒出口气流场特性,利用毕托管对干燥筒出口气流场风速进行测量,验证了该仿真模拟方法的正确性。结果表明:干燥筒气流入口型式采用蜗壳式所形成的气流场承载和分离物料能力优于切向式;当入口截面积一定时,速度越大,干燥筒内气流场分布更有利于物料分离;干燥筒入口截面积与压降呈正相关,并对出口段的气流速度有影响。对出口流场进行模拟和实测验证试验,其流场变化趋势基本一致,同一点位的流速模拟值与实测值的平均误差为6.58%,验证了所建立的干燥筒气力流场仿真模型的正确性。肖瑶 吴明亮 张锐 Mangeh Ⅲ Fondzenyuy Cedric 2019中国农业科技导报2019,21,9:5

13Levels of insecticide resistance to deltamethrin,malathion,and temephos,and associated mechanisms in Aedes aegypti mosquitoes from the Guadeloupe and Saint Martin islands(French West Indies)显示文摘Background:In the Guadeloupe and Saint Martin islands,Aedes aegypti mosquitoes are the only recognized vectors of dengue,chikungunya,and Zika viruses.For around 40 years,malathion was used as a mosquito adulticide and temephos as a larvicide.Since the European Union banned the use of these two insecticide molecules in the first decade of the 21st century,deltamethrin and Bacillus thuringiensis var.israelensis are the remaining adulticide and larvicide,respectively,used in Guadeloupe.In order to improve the management of vector control activities in Guadeloupe and Saint Martin,we investigated Ae.aegypti resistance to and mechanisms associated with deltamethrin,malathion,and temephos.Methods:Ae.aegypti mosquitoes were collected from six different localities of Guadeloupe and Saint Martin.Larvae were used for malathion and temephos bioassays,and adult mosquitoes for deltamethrin bioassays,following World Health Organization recommendations.Knockdown resistance(Kdr)genotyping for V1016I and F1534C mutations,and expression levels of eight enzymes involved in detoxification mechanisms were examined in comparison with the susceptible reference Bora Bora strain.Results:Resistance ratios(RR50)calculated for Ae.aegypti larvae showed high resistance levels to temephos(from 8.9 to 33.1-fold)and low resistance levels to malathion(from 1.7 to 4.4-fold).Adult females displayed moderate resistance levels to deltamethrin regarding the time necessary to affect 50%of individuals,varying from 8.0 to 28.1-fold.Molecular investigations on adult mosquitoes showed high resistant allele frequencies for V1016I and F1534C(from 85 to 96%and from 90 to 98%,respectively),as well as an overexpression of the glutathione S-transferase gene,GSTe2,the carboxylesterase CCEae3a,and the cytochrome genes 014614,CYP6BB2,CYP6M11,and CYP9J23.Conclusions:Ae.aegypti populations from Guadeloupe and Saint Martin exhibit multiple resistance to organophosphates(temephos and malathion),and pyrethroids(deltamethrin).The mechanisms associated with these resistance patterns show strong frequencies of F1534C and V1016I Kdr mutations,and an over-expression of CCEae3a,GSTe2,and four cytochrome P450 genes(014614,CYP9J23,CYP6M11,CYP6BB2).These results will form the baseline for a deeper understanding of the insecticide resistance levels and associated mechanisms of Ae.aegypti populations and will be used to improve vector control strategies in Guadeloupe and Saint Martin.Daniella Goindin Christelle Delannay Andric Gelasse Cedric Ramdini Thierry Gaude Frederic Faucon Jean-Philippe David Joël Gustave Anubis Vega-Rua Florence Fouque 2017Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1:3
14Epidemiology of onchocerciasis-associated epilepsy in the Mbam and Sanaga river valleys of Cameroon:impact of more than 13 years of ivermectin显示文摘Background:A high epilepsy prevalence has been reported in several onchocerciasis-endemic villages along the Mbam and Sanaga river valleys in Cameroon,including Bilomo and Kelleng.We sought to determine the prevalence of epilepsy in these two villages following more than 13 years of community-directed treatment with ivermectin(CDTI).Methods:Door-to-door surveys were performed on the entire resident population in the villages in August 2017 and January 2018.Epilepsy was diagnosed using a 2-step approach:administration of a standardized 5-item questionnaire followed by confirmation by a neurologist.Previously published diagnostic criteria for onchocerciasis-associated epilepsy(OAE)were used.Ov16 serology was done for children aged 7-10 years to assess onchocerciasis transmission.Findings were compared with previous data from these two villages.Results:A total of 1525 individuals(1321 in Bilomo and 204 in Kelleng)in 233 households were surveyed in both villages.The crude prevalence of epilepsy was 4.6%in Bilomo(2017)and 7.8%in Kelleng(2018),including 12(15.6%of cases)persons with epilepsy(PWE)with nodding seizures.The age and sex-standardized prevalence in Kelleng decreased from 13.5%in 2004 to 9.3%in 2018(P<0.001).The median age of PWE shifted from 17(IQR:12-22)years to 24(IQR:20-30)years in Bilomo(P<0.001);and slightly from 24(IQR:14-34)years to 28(IQR:21.25-36.75)years in Kelleng(P=0.112).Furthermore,47.6%of all tested children between 7 and 10 years had Ov16 antibodies.Conclusions:There is a decrease in epilepsy prevalence after 13 years and more of CDTI in both villages.The age-shift observed in PWE suggests that ivermectin may prevent OAE in younger residents.Ov16 seropositivity in children indicates ongoing onchocerciasis transmission possibly due to suboptimal control measures.Our findings support the existence of OAE in Cameroon and highlight the need to strengthen onchocerciasis elimination programs.Joseph Nelson Siewe Fodjo Godwin Tatah Earnest Njih Tabah Leonard Ngarka Leonard Njamnshi Nfor Samuel Eric Chokote Michel KMengnjo Fidele Dema Aurelien Tele Sitouok Grace Nkoro Felicien ENtone Anne-Cecile Zoung-Kanyi Bissek Cedric BChesnais Michel Boussinesq Robert Colebunders Alfred K.Njamnshi 2018Infectious Diseases of Poverty2018,7,1:3
15Drag reduction of compressible wall turbulence with active dimples显示文摘Direct numerical simulations are carried out to assess the potential drag reduction of compressible turbulent flow between isothermal walls.For the sake of achieving drag reduction,the flow is actively controlled by deformable dimples lying on the bottom wall of the channel.The first stage of the procedure consists in assessing the optimum geometry of the dimples.In this regard,the lower wall is allowed to freely deform itself according to the loop of control.This method is called the smart wall approach in this paper.By an analysis of the typical shape of the wall deformation thus obtained,it is found that dimples should be thinner than or comparable to the width of streaky structures in the spanwise direction and elongated in the streamwise direction.With active dimples as the wall-deformation actuators,a 15% drag reduction is obtained for the flow at Mam = 0.35 while the drag reduction rate is about 12% for the flow at Mam = 1.5.The fundamental mechanism of the drag reduction is then discussed in this paper.The drag reduction is believed to result from two aspects:the reduction of the mean streamwise velocity gradient near the deformable wall and the suppression of the turbulent fluctuations.SUN ZhenSheng REN YuXin LARRICQ Cedric 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,2:3

17High temperature tribological behaviour of PVD coated tool steel and aluminium under dry and lubricated conditions显示文摘Aluminium alloys are commonly used as lightweight materials in the automotive industry.This non-ferrous family of metallic alloys offers a high versatility of properties and designs.To reduce weight and improve safety,high strength-to-weight ratio alloys(e.g.6XXX and 7XXX),are increasingly implemented in vehicles.However,these alloys exhibit low formability and experience considerable springback during cold forming,and are therefore hot formed.During forming,severe adhesion(i.e.galling)of aluminium onto the die surface takes place.This phenomenon has a detrimental effect on the surface properties,geometrical tolerances of the formed parts and maintenance of the dies.The effect of surface engineering as well as lubricant chemistry on galling has not been sufficiently investigated.Diamond-like carbon(DLC)and CrN physical vapour deposition(PVD)coated steel have been studied to reduce aluminium transfer.However,the interaction between lubricants and PVD coatings during hot forming of aluminium alloys is not yet fully understood.The present study thus aims to characterise the high temperature tribological behaviour of selected PVD coatings and lubricants during sliding against aluminium alloy.The objectives are to first select promising lubricant-coating combinations and then to study their tribological response in a high-temperature reciprocating friction and wear tester.Dry and lubricated tests were carried out at 300℃ using a commercial polymer lubricant.Tests using DLC,CrN,CrTiN,and CrAIN coated tool steel were compared to uncoated tool steel reference tests.The initial and worn test specimen surfaces were analysed with a 3-dimensional(3D)optical profiler,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope(EDS)as to understand the wear mechanisms.The results showed formation of tribolayers in the contact zone,reducing both friction and wear.The stability of these layers highly depends on both the coatings'roughness and chemical affinity towards aluminium.The DLC and CrN coatings combined with the polymer lubricant were the most effective in reducing aluminium transfer.Justine DECROZANT-TRIQUENAUX Leonardo PELCASTRE Cedric COURBON Braham PRAKASH Jens HARDELL 2021Friction2021,9,4:3

20FragAnchor: A Large-Scale Predictor of Glycosylphosphatidylinositol Anchors in Eukaryote Protein Sequences by Qualitative Scoring显示文摘A glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor is a common but complex C-terminal post-translational modification of extracellular proteins in eukaryotes. Here we investigate the problem of correctly annotating GPI-anchored proteins for the growing number of sequences in public databases. We developed a computa- tional system, called FragAnchor, based on the tandem use of a neural net- work (NN) and a hidden Markov model (HMM). Firstly, NN selects potential GPI-anchored proteins in a dataset, then HMM parses these potential GPI sig- nals and refines the prediction by qualitative scoring. FragAnchor correctly predicted 91% of all the GPI-anchored proteins annotated in the Swiss-Prot database. In a large-scale analysis of 29 eukaryote proteomes, FragAnchor predicted that the percentage of highly probable GPI-anchored proteins is between 0.21% and 2.01%. The distinctive feature of FragAnchor, compared with other systems, is that it targets only the C-terminus of a protein, making it less sensitive to the background noise found in databases and possible incomplete protein sequences. Moreover, FragAnchor can be used to predict GPI-anchored proteins in all eukaryotes. Finally, by using qualitative scoring, the predictions combine both sensitivity and information content.
