1青岛近海PCDD/Fs的沉积通量、毒性当量及来源显示文摘用高分辨率气相色谱-质谱方法对青岛胶州湾内外表层沉积物、柱状岩心及贻贝样品中的17种毒性多氯代二苯并二噁(口英)/呋喃(PCDD/Fs)进行了分析和讨论.表层沉积物的∑P4-8 CDD/Fs含量范围在11.6~369Pg/g dw,主要以P4-8CDFs为主.∑2,3,7,8-PCDD/Fs含量范围4.1~232.4pg/g dw.在环流作用下沉积物中形成了明显的东-西分布格局.除河口处外,PCDD/F同系物分布基本上相同,即低氯代PCDD/Fs占主导.∑P-8CDD/Fs沉积通量从1951年起逐渐增大,∑TEQ沉积通量从1980年显著增大.青岛近海PCDD/Fs的来源相对恒定,推测为城市污水污泥和大气沉降.贝肉中∑2,3,7,8-PCDD/Fs为2.9~5.1pg/gdw.TEQ的主要来源为2,3,4,7,8-PeCDF(35%)、2,3,7,8-TCDF(30%)、2,3,7,8,-TCDD(30%).杨永亮 潘静 李悦 殷效彩 石磊 李凤业 Kevin C.Jones 2003中国环境科学2003,23,6:5
2Redevelopment of urban brownfield sites in China:Motivation,history,policies and improved management显示文摘Rapid urbanisation in China has resulted in an increased demand for land in towns and cities.To upgrade and modernise,China has also moved many major industries from urban centres to less populated areas.With the high economic value of urban land,the transformation and utilisation of brownfield areas have become important economically and socially.The Chinese government has recognised the need for strong frameworks to safeguard soil and groundwater quality,with brownfield sites a key category for management.Strong scientific,regulatory and decision-making frameworks are needed and being adopted to ensure practical,careful and wise use of central and localised government resources,to manage the reuse and regeneration of these brownfield sites.This paper reviews the context,policies and management procedures of developing brownfield sites in countries with a history of brownfield management and discusses China’s current situation and priorities for brownfield governance and redevelopment.These include(1)clarification of brownfield site soil contamination risk control standards and risk assessment procedures,(2)the responsibilities of different national and local agencies,(3)the establishment of a national expert committee to advise on best practices,policy and process,(4)the use of registered brownfield databases at national,provincial,municipal and county levels,and(5)the set up of soil pollution prevention fund at the provincial level.Yiming Sun Hong Li Shuo Lei Kirk TSemple Frederic Coulon Qing Hu Jingyang Gao Guanlin Guo Qingbao Gu Kevin C.Jones 2022Eco-Environment & Health2022,1,2:2

5Closed cranial window rodent model for investigating hemodynamic response to elevated intracranial pressure显示文摘Background:Elevated intracranial pressure(ICP)occurs in several physiological and pathological conditions,yet long-term sequellae are not common,which implies that blood flow is preserved above ischemic thresholds.Methods:This pilot study sought to confirm this hypothesis using a closed cranial window model in a rat in which ICP was elevated to 120 mmHg for 12 min,and superficial cortical perfusion was measured by laser Doppler flowmetry and laser speckle flowmetry.Results:Following a transient increase,cortical blood flow decreased to between 25%and 75%of baseline.These levels correspond to disrupted metabolism and decreased protein synthesis but did not exceed thresholds for electrical signaling or membrane integrity.This may partially explain how some episodes of elevated ICP remain benign.Conclusion:The closed cranial window model provides a platform for prospective study of physiologic responses to artificially elevated ICP during neurosurgery to promote hemostasis.Matt T.Oberdier James F.Antaki Alexander Kharlamov Stephen C.Jones 2021Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2021,4,4:1

19Stability and transferability assessment of the cotton fiber strength QTL qFS-c7-1 on chromosome A07显示文摘Previously we identified a major cotton fiber strength QTL(qFS-c7-1)on chromosome A07 using a multiparent advanced generation intercross(MAGIC)population.To assess the stability and transferability of this QTL and its utility in cotton breeding,we made ten new populations.These populations were developed from crosses between MAGIC recombinant inbred lines,or between cotton cultivars that are different from the MAGIC parents.A total of 2801 F_(2) plants were grown and their fiber quality traits were measured.We also selected a subset of F_(3) seeds from two populations,and grew F_(3) progeny plots to further evaluate the stability of this QTL.Our results showed that the peak of qFS-c7-1 is at 70–72 Mb region.This QTL had a major effect on fiber strength explaining 21.9%phenotypic variance.Its effect on other fiber quality attributes such as micronaire,short fiber content,length and uniformity varied between populations,and no effect on fiber elongation was observed.The QTL effects were stable in the populations analyzed,and in different generations of the same population.The SSR and SNP markers near and within the QTL peak reported herein will assist selecting superior fiber quality traits in breeding,with a recommendation that the parental cotton lines should be analyzed using the seven DNA markers within the QTL peak before fully implementing marker assisted selection in a cotton breeding program.David D.Fang Linghe Zeng Gregory N.Thyssen Christopher D.Delhom Efrem Bechere Don C.Jones Ping Li 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,2:0
