1Contribution of the IL-17/IL-23 axis to the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBDs) are chronic disorders of modern society, requiring management strategies aimed at prolonging an active life and establishing the exact etiology and pathogenesis.These idiopathic diseases have environmental, genetic,immunologic, inflammatory, and oxidative stress components. On the one hand, recent advances have shown that abnormal immune reactions against the microorganisms of the intestinal flora are responsible for the inflammation in genetically susceptible individuals. On the other hand, in addition to T helper cell-type(Th) 1 and Th2 immune responses,other subsets of T cells, namely regulatory T cells and Th17 maintained by IL-23 are likely to develop IBD. IL-23 acts on innate immune system members and also facilitates the expansion and maintenance of Th17 cells. The IL-17/IL-23 axis is relevant in IBD pathogenesis both in human and experimental studies. Novel biomarkers of IBD could be calprotectin,microRNAs, and serum proinflammatory cytokines.An efficient strategy for IBD therapy is represented by the combination of IL-17 A and IL-17 F in acute IL-17 A knockout TNBS-induced colitis, and also definite decrease of the inflammatory process in IL-17 F knockout, DSS-induced colitis have been observed.Studying the correlation between innate and adaptive immune systems, we hope to obtain a focused reviewin order to facilitate future approaches aimed at elucidating the immunological mechanisms that control gut inflammation.Cristina-Sorina Cǎanǎ Ioana Berindan Neagoe Vasile Cozma Cristian Magdas Flaviu Tǎbǎan Dan Lucian Dumitrasu 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,19:37
2A Novel Semiconductor CIGS Photovoltaic Material and Thin-Film ED Technology显示文摘In order to achieve low cost high efficiency thin film solar cells,a novel Semiconductor Photovoltaic (PV) active material CuIn 1-x Ga x Se 2 (CIGS) and thin film Electro Deposition (ED) technology is explored.Firstly,the PV materials and technologies is investigated,then the detailed experimental processes of CIGS/Mo/glass structure by using the novel ED technology and the results are reported.These results shows that high quality CIGS polycrystalline thin films can be obtained by the ED method,in which the polycrystalline CIGS is definitely identified by the (112),(204,220) characteristic peaks of the tetragonal structure,the continuous CIGS thin film layers with particle average size of about 2μm of length and around 1 6μm of thickness.The thickness and solar grade quality of CIGS thin films can be produced with good repeatability.Discussion and analysis on the ED technique,CIGS energy band and sodium (Na) impurity properties,were also performed.The alloy CIGS exhibits not only increasing band gap with increasing x ,but also a change in material properties that is relevant to the device operation.The beneficial impurity Na originating from the low cost soda lime glass substrate becomes one prerequisite for high quality CIGS films.These novel material and technology are very useful for low cost high efficiency thin film solar cells and other devices.ZHENG Guang fu 1,YANG Hong xing 1,MAN Cheuk ho 1,WONG Wing lok 2, AN Da wei 1 and John BURNETT 1(1 Centre for Development of Solar Energy Technology,Department of Building Services Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University,Hong Kong,C 2001Journal of Semiconductors2001,22,11:10

5Effect of Temperature on the Synthesis of SiC Coating on Carbon Fibers by the Reaction of SiO with the Deposited Pyrolytic Carbon Layer显示文摘The influence of reaction temperature on the preparation of SiC coating on carbon fibers by the reaction of silicon monoxide with the deposited pyrolytic carbon (PyC) layer has been discussed.With rising reaction temperature,the thickness of SiC layer increases and the SiC grain is coarsening.The apparent activation energy for the synthesis of SiC layer is about 103.3 kJ/mol.The oxidation resistance of carbon fiber can be improved by the SiC/PyC layers significantly.The initial oxidation temperature of the SiC/PyC coated carbon fiber is about 300℃ higher than that of the uncoated carbon fiber.The oxidation of the SiC/PyC coated carbon fiber is owing to the diffusion of oxygen through the cracks generated by the mismatch of thermal expansion.Hejun Li,Haibo Ouyang,Lehua Qi,Yulei Zhang,Zhengjia Li and Jianfeng Wei C/C Composites Research Center,Key Laboratory of Ultrahigh Temperature Composites,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi an 710072,China 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,3:5
6Oxidation Protective C/SiC/Si-SiC Multilayer Coating for Carbon/Carbon Composites Applying at 1873 K显示文摘A C/SiC/Si-SiC multilayer coating for protecting carbon/carbon(C/C) composites against oxidation was prepared by slurry and pack cementation.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) analysis showed that the inner coating obtained from the slurry and pack cementation was a C/SiC gradient layer acting as bonding layer,and the exterior coating formed in the second pack cementation was a Si-SiC double phase coating.Oxidation tests at 1873 K in air showed that the coating exhibited excellent oxidation protective ability and thermal shock resistance.The coating could effectively protect C/C composites from oxidation at 1873 K in air for 170 h and undergo the thermal cycling between 1873 K and room temperature for 8 cycles.The weight loss of the coated C/C composites is due to the formation of cracks and holes in the coating and the volatilization of SiO2 glass at high temperature.Yulei Zhang,Hejun Li,Xinfa Qiang and Kezhi Li C/C Composites Research Center,State Key Laboratory of Solidification Processing,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi an 710072,China 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,12:4

9血根碱对肉鸡生长性能、相对器官重量、盲肠菌群、血清胆固醇水平以及肉品质的影响显示文摘研究旨在探索日粮添加血根碱(SGV)对肉鸡生长性能、相对器官重量、盲肠菌群、血清胆固醇水平和腿肌丙二醛含量的影响。选用840日龄雄性肉鸡(罗斯品种)饲养于28个稻草垫上,随机分为4个处理:玉米-豆粕型基础对照日粮、基础日粮中添加卑霉素10 ppm作为生长促进剂(AGP)、基础日粮中添加SGV 20 ppm(SGV20)和50 ppm(SGV50)。与饲喂基础日粮的肉鸡相比,基础日粮中添加AGP组、SGV20组和SGV50组的肉鸡最终体重(BW)、日增重、饲料转化率(FCR)显著改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,SGV20喂养组的肉鸡相对空肠重量显著降低(P<0.05),所有添加SGV组肉鸡相对空肠或回肠长度显著升高(P<0.05)。SGV20组较对照组肉鸡肠道菌群有所改变,尤其是盲肠乳酸菌数增加,但AGP组无改变。SGV20组或SGV50组肉鸡的总胆固醇水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),控制饮食物显著降低(P<0.05)。添加SGV后,作为脂质过氧化反应指示剂的腿肌丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在肉鸡日粮中补充SGV 20或50 ppm可以提高肉鸡生长性能,改变多种生物和生理参数,如相对器官重量、血清胆固醇水平、肠道菌群和肉品质。Lee K W Kim J S Oh S T Kang C W An B K 2015饲料博览2015,0,3:2
