| 1 | 董事薪酬、CEO薪酬与公司业绩--合谋还是共同激励?显示文摘本文从中国沪深两市观测到的上市公司中CEO和董事薪酬的趋同现象,综合代理理论和乘员理论等多理论基础,基于薪酬激励和公司治理绩效的关系,考察了董事与CEO之间的合谋、单边激励和共同激励等复杂关系。论文采用2005-2007年度我国上市公司样本池数据,通过混合回归、固定效应回归和敏感性分析等实证检验发现,我国董事与CEO薪酬激励已初步与公司业绩挂钩,但是研究揭示CEO激励走在董事绩效激励前面,董事激励不足问题突出。进一步的研究发现上市公司中CEO薪酬与公司业绩正向相关,董事薪酬对公司业绩没有显著影响;结论认为我国上市公司中董事与CEO关系并非简单合谋或共同激励关系,而是处于CEO选择合适角色或监控得当,董事仍持代理角色,并且其战略指导要弱于监控作用的'单边激励'状况。 | 杨青 高铭 Besim Burcin Yurtoglu | 2009 | 金融研究2009，，6： | 54 |

| 6 | Treatment modalities for hypersplenism in liver transplant recipients with recurrent hepatitis C显示文摘Hepatitis C is the most common indication for orthotopic liver transplantation in the United States. Unfortunately, hepatitis C recurs universally in the transplanted liver and is the major cause of decreased graft and patient survival. The combination therapy of interferon and ribavirin has been shown to be the most effective therapy for recurrent hepatitis C. However, pre-and post-transplant hypersplenism often precludes patients from receiving the antiviral therapy. Splenectomy and partial splenic embolization are the two invasive modalities that can correct the cytopenia associated with hypersplenism. | 7 | Retinal vessel diameters and their correlation with retinal nerve fiber layer thickness in patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome显示文摘AIM: To compare retinal artery-vein diameters(RAVDs)of patients with pseudoexfoliation(PSX) syndrome with healthy controls and investigate the correlations between retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL) thickness parameters and RAVDs.METHODS: Seventeen eyes with PSX and 17 eyes of age-matched controls were included in the study. All participants underwent routine ophthalmological examination, Humphrey visual field and RNFL examination by using Stratus OCT. Retinal images were obtained by using a retinal camera(Topcon 501X).RAVDs were measured from inferior nasal, inferior temporal, superior nasal and superior temporal arcuates by using IMAGEnet software. Superior, inferior, nasal,temporal and average RNFL thicknesses were recorded.RAVDs and RNFL parameters in groups and correlations were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U and Spearmann correlation tests.RESULTS: Only inferior quadrant and average RNFL thickness were detected thinner in the PSX group compared with control group(P =0.009, P =0.038,respectively). No statistically significant difference regarding RAVDs was found between two groups.CONCLUSION: RAVDs seems to be comparable in the PSX and control group. RNFL is thinner in the inferior quadrant in the PSX group. RNFL thickness and RAVDs show significant correlations in both groups. | 9 | Digitally reinforced hematoxylin-eosin polarization technique in diagnosis of rectal amyloidosis显示文摘AIM:To investigate the efficacy of the digitally reinforced hematoxylin-eosin polarization(DRHEP)technique for detection of amyloidosis in rectal biopsies.METHODS:One hundred hematoxylin-eosin(HE)stained rectal biopsies with Congo-red(CR)-positive amyloid depositions and 50 control cases with CRnegative amyloid-mimicking areas were scanned blinded to the CR results for amyloid depositions under both bright and polarized light,and digitally photographed using the DRHEP technique,to accentuate the faint birefringence observed in HE slides under polarization.The results of DRHEP and HE evaluation were statistically correlated with CR polarization results with respect to presence and localization of amyloid deposits as well as amyloid types.RESULTS:Amyloid deposits showed yellowish-green birefringence by DRHEP,which allowed identification of amyloidosis in 41 HE-unsuspected cases(P=0.016),31 of which only had vascular deposits.True positivity was higher,and false negativity and positivity were lower by DRHEP,compared to evaluation by HE(69%,31%,and 0.8%vs 33%,67%,and 33%,respectively;P<0.0001).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,and positive and negative predictive values for DRHEP were69%,98%,78.6%,98.5%,and 61.25%,respectively.Reasons for DRHEP false negativity were presence of extensive background birefringence in 12 cases,absence of CR birefringent vessel in 3 cases,and missing of the tiny deposits in 9 cases,which could be improved by experience,especially in the latter case.No correlation was found between age,gender,sites of deposits,or amyloid types.CONCLUSION:The DRHEP technique improves diagnostic accuracy when used as an adjunct or a prior step to CR staining,especially for cases with limited tissues for further analysis. | Basak Doganavsargil Gulruh Emiroglu Buberal Huseyin Toz Banu Sarsik Burcin Pehlivanoglu Murat Sezak Sait Sen | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015，21，6： | 2 |
