| 1 | 早期矽肺患者支气管肺泡灌洗液中生物标志物的研究显示文摘目的 探讨早期矽肺患者支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中生物标志物。方法 矽尘作业工人 18人 ,按X线诊断矽肺期别分为 0 +组和Ⅰ期组 ;以健康吸烟农民 7人为对照组。经纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗收集BALF ,进行细胞学检验 ,用细胞毒性试验测定肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)含量 ,酶联免疫吸附法测定其他细胞因子含量。结果 矽肺 0 +组及Ⅰ期组BALF中TNF α含量分别为 (7.2 0±1.87)、(9.2 0± 1.10 )U/ml,明显高于对照组的 (5 .71± 0 .89)U/ml,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;矽肺Ⅰ期组TNF α含量明显高于 0 +组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。TNF α含量与矽尘接触年限存在剂量 -效应关系 (rs=0 .46 98,P <0 .0 5 )。纤维连接蛋白、肺表面活性蛋白A和前胶原Ⅲ肽与对照比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 BALF中TNF | 冯国贤 南培宏 于建军 陈力 范连生 邢景才 周福同 宋鸿鹏 傅娟玲 Rehn B Rehn S Bruch J 周宗灿 | 2000 | 中华劳动卫生职业病杂志2000，18，4： | 11 |
| 2 | 早期煤工尘肺支气管肺泡灌洗液中SP-A及TNF-α含量的变化显示文摘目的 探讨煤尘职业接触者和早期煤工尘肺患者支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中细胞因子含量改变的特点及意义。方法 采煤工 2 3人 ,按X线胸片诊断为煤尘接触组 (接尘组 )、煤工尘肺 0 +和Ⅰ期组 ;健康农民 7人为对照组。经纤支镜做支气管肺泡灌洗 ,收集BALF ,用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定肺泡表面活性蛋白 A(SP A)及肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)含量。结果 接尘组BALF中SP A含量为 (6 5 2 8.2±1872 .0 )ng/ml,TNF α含量为 (8.2 3± 1.6 1)U/ml,均明显高于对照组 [(10 5 0 .1± 912 .2 )ng/ml及 (5 .17±0 .89)U/ml],差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;且随煤工尘肺期别进展 ,SP A及TNF α含量降低 ,SP A及TNF α含量变化与煤工尘肺病变严重性之间呈负相关 (前者r =- 0 .6 4,P <0 .0 1;后者r=- 0 .45 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 BALF中SP A和TNF | 邢景才 范连生 冯国贤 宋鸿鹏 傅娟玲 周宗灿 Bruch J | 2001 | 中华劳动卫生职业病杂志2001，19，1： | 8 |
| 3 | Changes of Tumor Necrosis Factor, Surfactant Protein A, and Phospholipids in Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid in the Development and Progression of Coal Workers’ Pneumoconiosis显示文摘Objective To evaluate the alterations of biomarkers in the development and progression of coal workers’ pneumoconiosis (CWP). Methods The type and number of cells, and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), pulmonary surfactant protein, phospholipids and fibronectin in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were assayed in 14 health active coal miners, 21 coal miners without CWP and 13 miners with CWP of 0/1 to 1/1. Results Compared to active coal miners without CWP (8.23 μg/mL), TNF-α concentration was gradually decreased when dust exposure was stopped (5.90 μg/mL). Elevated surfactant protein A (SP-A) level and phosphatidylglycerol (PG) to phosphatidylinositol (PI) ratio were found in miners actively exposed to coal dust (6528 ng/mL for SP-A and 10. for PG/PI), and both parameters decreased when CWP progressed from CWP (0/1) (3419 μg/mL for SP-A and 5.9 for PG/PI) to CWP (1/1) (1654 μg/mL for SP-A and 5.5 for PG/PI).
