2土壤中腐植酸吸附菲的降解菌的分离显示文摘此项研究用腐植酸(HA)的胶体溶液作为吸附剂、菲作为多环芳香烃(PAH)的代表,目的是确定HA对PAHs的吸附作用是如何影响降解菌对PAHs的降解效率的。在受到PAHs污染的土壤中,用未经HA吸附的菲(NSP)富集培养出25株不同的菲降解菌;然而,在同样的土样中用经过HA吸附的菲(HASP)富集培养,只能分离到5株降解菌;其中3株属于Burkholderia spp,另外两株分别是属于Delftia sp.和Sphingomonas sp.。用菲[14C]做示踪的试验,验证了只有用HASP富集分离的菌株才能够矿化腐植酸所吸附的菲,具有这种能力的菌称为“优能”菌,而非“优能”菌在HASP培养基中不能够矿化腐植酸所吸附的菲;并且“优能”菌对HASP和NSP的矿化水平并没有显著的差异,其矿化菲的量和速率都超过了在液态HASP下以菲为唯一底物培养出来的菌的水平。由此可以证明,“优能”菌能够直接利用HA上吸附的菲,而不依赖利用从HA吸附剂上解吸下来的菲。目前,就我们所知,对耗氧细菌和腐植酸分子的选择性的相互作用以及PAHs降解菌对吸附到天然多聚物上的PAHs的不同利用率的报道还是尚属首次。D.
