| 1 | NZ8合金在360℃锂水和400℃蒸汽中腐蚀后氧化膜的拉曼光谱分析(英文)显示文摘通过拉曼光谱法研究NZ8合金在360℃锂水和400℃蒸汽的静态高压釜中腐蚀后氧化膜的晶体结构。结果表明,NZ8合金的氧化膜主要由单斜氧化锆组成,其中包括少量畸变的四方氧化锆。随着腐蚀时间的延长,氧化膜中平均四方氧化锆含量不断减少,单斜氧化锆含量不断增加,四方氧化锆在向单斜氧化锆转变。从氧化膜/基体界面到氧化膜外表面,四方氧化锆含量不断减少,界面处四方氧化锆含量最高。NZ8合金在360℃锂水中腐蚀98d后所得氧化膜/金属界面处四方氧化锆含量较其在400℃蒸汽中腐蚀70d所得氧化膜/金属界面处四方氧化锆含量高,而且在400℃蒸汽中腐蚀后氧化膜外表面没有四方氧化锆形成。四方氧化锆向单斜氧化锆的转变决定了NZ8合金的耐腐蚀性能。氧化膜中四方氧化锆含量越高,则锆合金的耐腐蚀性能越好。 | 章海霞 许并社 李中奎 Fruchart Daniel Hlil Ei Kébir 周廉 | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012，41，5： | 5 |
| 2 | Phylogenetically Distinct Cellulose Synthase Genes Support Secondary Wall Thickening in Arabidopsis Shoot Trichomes and Cotton Fiber显示文摘Through exploring potential analogies between cotton seed trichomes (or cotton fiber) and arabidopsis shoot trichomes we discovered that CesAs from either the primary or secondary wall phylogenetic clades can support secondary wall thickening. CesA genes that typically support primary wall synthesis, AtCesA1,2,3,5, and 6, underpin expansion and secondary wall thickening of arabidopsis shoot trichomes. In contrast, apparent orthologs of CesA genes that support secondary wall synthesis in arabidopsis xylem, AtCesA4,7, and 8, are up-regulated for cotton fiber secondary wall deposition. These conclusions arose from: (a) analyzing the expression of CesA genes in arabidopsis shoot trichomes; (b) observing birefringent secondary walls in arabidopsis shoot trichomes with mutations in AtCesA4, 7, or 8; (c) assaying up-regulated genes during different stages of cotton fiber development; and (d) comparing genes that were co-expressed with primary or secondary wall CesAs in arabidopsis with genes upregulated in arabidopsis trichomes, arabidopsis secondary xylem, or cotton fiber during primary or secondary wall deposition. | 6 | Biochar can Increase Chinese Cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.)Yield,Decrease Nitrogen and Phosphorus Leaching Losses in Intensive Vegetable Soil显示文摘There are few evidences on the effect of biochar on vegetable yield,nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)leaching losses under intensive vegetable production soil.The current field plot scale study evaluated responses of Chinese cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.)yield,N and P leaching losses using five N treatments of common N application rate according to local farmers’practice(N100%),reducing 20%or 40%N fertilizer(N80%and N60%),and reducing 40%N fertilizer but incorporating 10 or 20 t/ha biochar(N60%+BC10 and N60%+BC20).Results showed that N80%and N60%decreased both the cabbage economic and leaf yields by 6.8%-36.3%and 27.4%-37.7%,respectively.Incorporation of biochar with reduced N fertilizer rates improved the cabbage yield,in particular the N60%+BC20 matched the yield that observed in N100%treatment.Enhanced N and P uptake capacities of cabbage shoot probably contributed the higher vegetable production under both biochar amendment schemes.Biochar application mitigated the NH_(4)^(+)-N and total P leaching losses by 20%-30%and 29%-32%,respectively,compared with their counterpart treatment N60%.Nevertheless,biochar exerted no influence on the NO_(3)^(-)-N leaching.In addition,soil organic matter content was recorded with 7.4%-28.7%higher following 10-20 t/ha biochar application.In conclusion,biochar application can increase economic yield of cabbage via increasing N and P use efficiency,decrease N and P leaching losses,and improve soil quality in an intensive vegetable production system. | Haijun Sun Paramsothy Jeyakumar Hongdong Xiao Xuewen Li Jiayou Liu Min Yu Prabal Bir Jung Rana Weiming Shi | 2022 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022，91，1： | 3 |

| 9 | Apoptotic cell death and its relationship to gastric carcinogenesis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the apoptotic process of cells with in the intestinal metaplasia areas co-localizing with chronic gastritis and gastric carcinomas and to analyze the involvement of proteins regulating apoptosis in the process of intestinal metaplasia related gastric carcinogenesis. METHODS: Forty-two gastric carcinoma and seventeen chronic gastritis cases were included in this study. All cases were examined for the existence of intestinal metaplasia. Ten cases randomly selected from each group were processed for TUNEL assay. TUNEL positive cells within the intestinal metaplasia areas, co-localizing either to gastric carcinoma or chronic gastritis, were counted and converted to apoptotic indices. In addition, p53, bcl-2 and bax expression patterns within these tissues were analyzed on the basis of immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Twenty-eight of the cases were intestinal and 14 of the cases were diffuse type adenocarcinomas. 64% (27/42) of the gastric carcinoma cases had intestinal metaplasia. Intestinal metaplasia co-localized more with intestinal type carcinomas compared with diffuse type carcinomas [75% (21/28) vs 42% (6/14), respectively; P ≤0.05]. The mean apoptotic index in tumor cells was 0.70±0.08. The mean apoptotic index in intestinal metaplasias co-localizing to tumors was significantly higher than that of intestinal metaplasias co-localizing to chronic gastritis (0.70±0.03 vs 0.09±0.01, respectively; P≤0.05). p53 positivity was not observed in areas of intestinal metaplasia adjacent to tumors or chronic gastritis. Intestinal metaplasia areas adjacent to tumors showed lower cytoplasmic bcl-2 positivity compared to intestinal metaplasia areas adjacent to chronic gastritis [55.5% (15/27) vs 70.5% (12/17), respectively]. On the other hand, intestinal metaplasia areas adjacent to tumors showed significantly higher cytoplasmic bax positivity compared to intestinal metaplasia areas adjacent to chronic gastritis [44.4% (12/27) vs 11.7% (2/17), respectively; P ≤0.05]. CONCLUSION: Existence of apoptotic cells on the basis of TUNEL positivity is shown in intestinal metaplasias co-localizing to both diffuse and intestinal type gastric cancers in this study. Our results also suggested bax expression dependent induction of apoptosis especially in intestinal metaplasia areas adjacent to tumors. These findings strongly support the involvement of apoptotic mechanisms in the process of gastric carcinogenesis especially in the transition from intestinal metaplasia to gastric cancer.
