| 1 | Influence of Low Load Truncation Level on Crack Growth for Al 2324-T39 and Al 7050-T7451显示文摘Tests with middle-crack tension(M(T)) specimens made of Al 2324-T39 and Al 7050-T7451 are conducted to investigate the influence of low load truncation level on fatigue crack growth.The six different truncated spectra are obtained by removing the small cycles of which amplitudes are less than the specified percentages of the maximum amplitude in the basic flight-by-flight loading spectrum and the remainder of the spectrum is untouched.The tests indicate that the mean level of fatigue crack growth life(FCGL) increases as the load truncation level is enhanced.Considering both the time saving and the influence on FCGL,there is an applicable choice(i.e.spectrum S2 or spectrum S3 in this investigation) for full scale fatigue test.The scatter of FCGL becomes much larger than that under the basic spectrum when the load truncation level is increased to a specified high level,mainly due to the occurrence of crack slanting and branching under the high level truncated loading spectra. | Tian Hailing Bao Rui Zhang Jianyu Zheng Xiaoling Fei Binjun | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4: | 8 |

| 9 | An Average Failure Index Method for the Tensile Strength Prediction of Composite Adhesive-bonded π Joints显示文摘An average failure index method based on accurate FEA was proposed for the tensile strength prediction of composite out-of-plane adhesive-bonded π joints. Based on the simple and independent maximum stress failure criterion, the failure index was introduced to characterize the degree of stress components close to their corresponding material strength. With a brief load transfer analysis, the weak fillers were prominent and further detailed discussion was performed. The maximum value among the average failure indices which were related with different stress components was filtrated to represent the failure strength of the critical surface, which is either the two curved upside surfaces or the bottom plane of the fillers for composite π joints. The tensile strength of three kinds of π joints with different material systems, configurations and lay-ups was predicted by the proposed method and corresponding experiments were conducted. Good agreements between the numerical and experimental results give evidence of the effectiveness of the proposed method. | 11 | Heterogeneous Hyperedge Convolutional Network显示文摘Graph convolutional networks(GCNs)have been developed as a general and powerful tool to handle various tasks related to graph data.However,current methods mainly consider homogeneous networks and ignore the rich semantics and multiple types of objects that are common in heterogeneous information networks(HINs).In this paper,we present a Heterogeneous Hyperedge Convolutional Network(HHCN),a novel graph convolutional network architecture that operates on HINs.Specifically,we extract the rich semantics by different metastructures and adopt hyperedge to model the interactions among metastructure-based neighbors.Due to the powerful information extraction capabilities of metastructure and hyperedge,HHCN has the flexibility to model the complex relationships in HINs by setting different combinations of metastructures and hyperedges.Moreover,a metastructure attention layer is also designed to allow each node to select the metastructures based on their importance and provide potential interpretability for graph analysis.As a result,HHCN can encode node features,metastructure-based semantics and hyperedge information simultaneously by aggregating features from metastructure-based neighbors in a hierarchical manner.We evaluate HHCN by applying it to the semi-supervised node classification task.Experimental results show that HHCN outperforms state-of-the-art graph embedding models and recently proposed graph convolutional network models. | Yong Wu Binjun Wang Wei Li | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,12: | 0 |
| 12 | Cathodic behavior of scandium(Ⅲ) on reactive copper electrodes in LiF-CaF_(2)eutectic molten salt显示文摘The electrochemical formation of Sc-Cu alloy was investigated in LiF-CaF_(2) eutectic molten salt employing various electrochemical methods.Cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry indicate that the reduction of scandium(Ⅲ) on the tungsten electrode is a one-step reduction process with three electrons transfer.And underpotential deposition of scandium on the copper electrode occurs owing to the depolarization effect,i.e.,forming Sc-Cu intermetallic compounds.The thermodynamic properties of the Sc-Cu intermetallic compounds ScCu_(4),ScCu_(2),and ScCu in the temperature range of 1153-1223 K were estimated by open-circuit chronopotentiometry.Moreover,the Sc-Cu alloys were prepared by potentiostatic electrolysis and characterized by optical microscope,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The results reveal that only Sc-Cu alloy composed of Cu-ScCu_(4) can be synthesized at low cathodic current density and above eutectic temperature. | Chunxin Wang Jianshe Chen Binchuan Li Hang Zhao Binjun Jin Kuiren Liu Qing Han | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,10: | 0 |
