1Advances in theoretical study on transition-metal-catalyzed C-H activation显示文摘Transition-metal-catalyzed C–H activation represents one of most attractive research fields in modern organic chemistry while theoretical studies have become a popular and effective tool for elucidating mechanism nowadays. The recent achievements in the cross field of the two orientations are reviewed in this article. The first part introduced the advances in theoretical study on transition-metal-catalyzed C–H activation. The elegant work reported mainly in and after 2013, classified according to the mechanisms of C–H activation, were covered. 3High-resolution angle-Doppler imaging by sparse recovery of underwater acoustic signals显示文摘The low resolution of Fourier two-dimensional spatial temporal spectrum estimation and the insufficient sample size of sonar space time sampling data often caused difficulties in high-resolution space time spectrum estimation. Aiming to solve this problem, we proposed a high-resolution angle-Doppler imaging method and designed an anti-reverberation space time filter based on the sparse recovery of underwater acoustic signals. The proposed imaging method established the spatial temporal sparse representation model of array signal under the condition of few observation samples of single measurement vector(SMV), and reconstructed the high-resolution angle-Doppler profile of echo and reverberation through the matching pursuit(MP) algorithm and basis pursuit(BP) algorithm. By utilizing the space time distribution characteristics of echo and reverberation and the prior information of sonar rangecell under test(RUT), a reverberation dictionary composed of special space time guidance vectors was designed, and was used to reconstruct the reverberation and formed an anti-reverberation space time filter to suppress the reverberation interference of angle-Doppler plane. Computer simulations indicated that, under two conditions of forward and side-view array of moving sonar, the single measurement vector of sonar array was successfully used in the reverberation background to reconstruct the high-resolution angle-Doppler profile of low-speed moving target multi-spot echo. 4Mechanism of N-to-S acyl transfer of N-(2-hydroxybenzyl) cysteine derivatives and origin of phenol acceleration effect显示文摘N-(2-Hydroxybenzyl)cysteine derivatives were recently disclosed to be efficient crypto-thioesters for native chemical ligation(NCL). To elucidate the mechanism of the relevant N-to-S acyl transfer process as well as the origin of the acceleration effect of the phenol substitutes, a density functional theory(DFT)study was performed. It was found that the N-to-S acyl transfer of N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)cysteine derivatives involve four major steps: concerted nucleophilic addition of thiolate/proton transfer,inversion of an amine moiety, water-assisted proton transfer and CààN bond cleavage. The phenol substitutes promote the nucleophilic addition of thiolate by protonating the carbonyl oxygen atom synergistically and the proton transfer from hydroxyl to amide nitrogen atom is the rate-determining step of the N-to-S acyl transfer. By contrast, changing the phenolic hydroxyl to methoxyl was found to significantly slow down the nucleophilic addition of thiolate and thus hinders the N-to-S acyl transfer overall. 5Comparative assessment of efficacy and safety of different treatment for de novo overactive bladder children: A systematic review and network meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:To compare these managements focusing on the efficacy and safety to treat overactive bladder(OAB)in children through network meta-analysis(NMA).Methods:We searched PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL)and the reference lists up to May 1st,2017.Data from eligible randomized controlled trails(RCT)studies including three different treatment options were extracted.The primary outcome was maximal voiding volume(MVV).We performed pairwise metaanalyses by random effects model and NMA by Bayesian model.We used the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluations(GRADE)framework to assess the quality of evidence contributing to each network estimate.Results:Six RCTs(462 patients)comparing three different interventions fulfilled the inclusion criteria.A low risk of bias was shown for the majority of the study items.The results of NMA showed that compared with antimuscarinic drugs,Parasacral transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation was associated with significant improvement in the MVV(mean difference[MD]=58.50,95% confidential interval[CI]:45.95-69.52),followed by urotherapy group(MD=21.03,95%CI:11.85-29.97).When it comes to the constipation,antimuscarinic drugs exerted significant benefit than PTENS(odds ratio[OR]:0.22,95%CI:0.01-0.46).No significant difference was found between other treatments.Conclusion:Compared with antimuscarinic drugs,PTENS was associated with significant better efficacy considering MVV,but more constipation events in de novo OAB children.Antimuscarinic drugs showed remarkably better efficacy considering MVV and comparable safety profile compared with urotherapy.Clinicians should take all known safety and compliance of patients into account when choosing an optimal strategy.Shi Qiu Siwei Bi Tianhai Lin Zhuheng Wu Qi’an Jiang Jiwen Geng Liangren Liu Yige Bao Xiang Tu Mingjing He Lu Yang Qiang Wei 2019Asian Journal of Urology2019,6,4:0
6High‑Entropy Layered Oxide Cathode Enabling High‑Rate for Solid‑State Sodium‑Ion Batteries显示文摘Na-ion O3-type layered oxides are prospective cathodes for Na-ion batteries due to high energy density and low-cost.Nevertheless,such cathodes usually suffer from phase transitions,sluggish kinetics and air instability,making it difficult to achieve high performance solid-state sodium-ion batteries.Herein,the high-entropy design and Li doping strategy alleviate lattice stress and enhance ionic conductivity,achieving high-rate performance,air stability and electrochemically thermal stability for Na_(0.95)Li_(0.06)Ni_(0.25)Cu_(0.05)Fe_(0.15)Mn_(0.49)O_(2).This cathode delivers a high reversible capacity(141 mAh g^(−1)at 0.2C),excellent rate capability(111 mAh g^(−1)at 8C,85 mAh g^(−1)even at 20C),and long-term stability(over 85%capacity retention after 1000 cycles),which is attributed to a rapid and reversible O3–P3 phase transition in regions of low voltage and suppresses phase transition.Moreover,the compound remains unchanged over seven days and keeps thermal stability until 279℃.Remarkably,the polymer solid-state sodium battery assembled by this cathode provides a capacity of 92 mAh g^(−1)at 5C and keeps retention of 96%after 400 cycles.This strategy inspires more rational designs and could be applied to a series of O3 cathodes to improve the performance of solid-state Na-ion batteries.Tianxun Cai Mingzhi Cai Jinxiao Mu Siwei Zhao Hui Bi Wei Zhao Wujie Dong Fuqiang Huang 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,1:0

12Theoretical studies of the proton transfer behaviors in molecular complexes analogous to catalytic triad of serine protease:Toward understanding the existence and significance of the low-barrier hydrogen-bond in enzymatic catalysis显示文摘A representative acetate-(5-methylimidazole)-methanol system has been employed as a model of catalytic triad in serine protease to validate the formation processes of lowbarrier H-bonds(LBHB) at the B3LYP/6-311++G level of theory,and variable H-bonding characters from conventional ones to LBHBs have been represented along with the proceedings of proton transfer.Solvent effect is an important factor in modulation of the existence of an LBHB,where an LBHB(or a conventional H-bond) in the gas phase can be changed into a non-LBHB(an LBHB) upon solvation.The origin of the additional stabili-zation energy arising from the LBHB may be attributed to the H-bonding energy difference before and after proton transfer because the shared proton can freely move between the proton donor and proton acceptor.Most importantly,the order of magnitude of the stabilization energy depends on the studied systems.Furthermore,the nonexistence of LBHBs in the catalytic triad of serine proteases has been verified in a more sophisticated model treated using the ONIOM method.As a result,only the single proton transfer mechanism in the catalytic triad has been confirmed and the origin of the powerful catalytic efficiency of serine proteases should be attributed to other factors rather than the LBHB.LI Ping WANG WeiHua BI SiWei SONG Rui BU YuXiang 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,2:0
