| 1 | An Experimental Investigation of a new Method for Protecting Bends from Erosion in Gas-Particle Flows显示文摘Bend erosion is a fairly serious problem in conveyer pipe system. This paper intends to introduce a new antierosion method for bend: ribbed anti-erosion method. Experimental research has been done by fixing ribs in the range of 10°- 70°on the outer-wall of inside 90°-bend. As a result the experiment got anti-erosion efficiency: 93.02%. It shows that ribbed bend technology is a simple and efficient anti-erosion method. | 2 | A Simple Approach to Bioconjugation at Diverse Levels: Metal-Free Click Reactions of Activated Alkynes with Native Groups of Biotargets without Prefunctionalization显示文摘Te efcient bioconjugation of functional groups/molecules to targeted matrix and bio-related species drives the great development of material science and biomedicine,while the dilemma of metal catalysis,uneasy premodifcation,and limited reaction efciency in traditional bioconjugation has restricted the booming development to some extent.Here,we provide a strategy for metal-free click bioconjugation at diverse levels based on activated alkynes.As a proof-of-concept,the abundant native groups including amine,thiol,and hydroxyl groups can directly react with activated alkynes without any modifcation in the absence of metal catalysis.Trough this strategy,high-efcient modifcation and potential functionalization can be achieved for natural polysaccharide,biocompatible polyethylene glycol(PEG),synthetic polymers,cell penetrating peptide,protein,fast whole-cell mapping,and even quick diferentiation and staining of Gram-positive bacteria,etc.Terefore,current metal-free click bioconjugation strategy based on activated alkynes is promising for the development of quick fuorescence labeling and functional modifcation of many targets and can be widely applied towards the fabrication of complex biomaterials and future in vivo labeling and detection. | Xianglong Hu Xueqian Zhao Benzhao He Zheng Zhao Zheng Zheng Pengfei Zhang Xiujuan Shi Ryan T.K.Kwok Jacky W.Y.Lam Anjun Qin Ben Zhong Tang | 2018 | Research2018,,1: | 7 |
| 3 | LAMINAR FLUID FLOW IN HELICAL ELLIPTICAL PIPE显示文摘In this paper, using an orthogonal curvilinear coordinate system and solving the complete N S equations, we analyzed the flow in a helical elliptical duct by the perturbation method. The first order solutions of the stream function Ψ, axial velocity w and the velocity of secondary flow ( u, v ) were obtained. The effects of torsion, curvature and the axial pressure gradient on the secondary flow were discussed in detail. The study indicates that the torsion has first order effect on the secondary flow in a helical elliptical pipe, the secondary flow is dominated by torsion when the axial pressure gradient is small and for increasing gradient the secondary flow is eventually dominated by the effect due to curvature. The fact that the torsion has no effect on fluid flow in a helical pipe with a circular cross section was also confirmed. | 5 | Lab-in-cell based on spontaneous amino-yne click polymerization显示文摘Unnatural reaction in the living cells is a powerful tool for biological research. However, the polymerization inside cells is rarely reported. In this work, a lab-in-cell is illustrated based on our developed spontaneous amino-yne click polymerization. Carbonyl group activated terminal diyne can spontaneously polymerize with tetraphenylethene(TPE)-containing primary diamine inside cells, and polymer with weight-average molecular weight of 7,300 was yielded. By utilizing this in vivo amino-yne click polymerization and taking advantage of the aggregation-induced emission feature of TPE, a 'turn-on' cell imaging was realized,and in-situ killing of cells was also acquired by destroying the structures of actin and tubulin, which cannot be realized by preprepared polymer. | 11 | Metal-free multicomponent polymerization of activated diyne,electrophilic styrene and isocyanide towards highly substituted and functional poly(cyclopentadiene)显示文摘The development of a facile and efficient polymerization to prepare cyclopentadiene-containing polymers is of vital importance and highly desired. In this work, a metal-free multicomponent polymerization of activated diyne, electrophilic styrene and isocyanide for the preparation of highly substituted poly(cyclopentadiene) was established. Soluble and thermally stable polymers with high molecular weights are obtained in high yields under mild conditions. By introducing the tetraphenylethene or triphenylamine moiety into polymer backbones, the resultant polymers show unique aggregation-induced emission(AIE)characteristics. Interestingly, AIE polymers can also be generated in situ from non-AIE monomers. Moreover, the prepared polymers can generate photopatterns to function as photoresists and can also serve as visualizing agents to selectively stain the lipid droplets in live cells. Herein, a facile and efficient polyannulation reaction of dual-activated alkyne and pyridines was developed to construct novel N-heterocyclic poly(quinolizine)s. This polymerization can proceed smoothly under catalystfree conditions with 100% atom utilization to furnish poly(quinolizine)s with high molecular weights(up to 34,100) and welldefined structures in acceptable yields. The resulting polymers show good solubility, high thermal stability and strong red emission. However, research on recyclable and reusable copper catalyst for click polymerization to meet the requirement of green chemistry was rarely reported. Copper nanoparticles were reported to be capable catalysts for CuAAC. Replacing conventional copper catalyst with copper nanoparticles may realize the recycle and reuse of the copper catalyst in click polymerization. In this paper, copper nanoparticles were prepared and used as an effective catalyst for click polymerization, and soluble polytriazoles with high molecular weights were obtained in excellent yields under optimized reaction conditions. Importantly, the copper nanoparticles can be recycled and reused for up to 11 times for the click polymerization. Moreover, introducing aggregation-induced emission(AIE)-active moiety of tetraphenylethylene into the monomers makes the resultant polymers retain the AIE feature. | 17 | Neoproterozoic(750–711 Ma)Tectonics of the South Qinling Belt,Central China:New Insights from Geochemical,Zircon U-Pb Geochronological,and Sr-Nd Isotopic Data from the Niushan Complex显示文摘The Xiejiaba and Fuqiangbei plutons form part of the newly identified Neoproterozoic Niushan complex,which is located in the southern South Qinling belt(SQB).The plutons are compositionally similar,were emplaced at 750–711Ma,and provide insights into Neoproterozoic tectonism within the South Qinling belt.The Xiejiaba pluton contains diorite,quartz diorite,granodiorite,and granite phases,all of which are sub-alkaline and have variable major element compositions with negative correlations between SiO_(2)and MgO,TFe_(2)O_(3),Al_(2)O_(3),CaO,TiO_(2)and P_(2)O_(5).These rocks are enriched in light rare earth elements(LREEs)and large ion lithophile elements(LILEs)and have negative Nb,Ta,P and Ti anomalies,all of which are indicative of arc-type magmatism.The Fuqiangbei pluton contains granitoids that are compositionally similar to the rocks in the Xiejiaba pluton.Samples from these plutons have similarε_(Nd)(t)values(1.24–5.99)but very variable(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)i values(0.7010–0.7054).Combining these data with the geochemical data for these rocks suggests that the magmas that formed the Niushan complex were derived from the crust–mantle boundary.This,combined with the results of previous research,suggests that the transition from low pressure-low temperature to low pressure-high temperature conditions within a subduction zone caused melting during a period of late subduction and backarc extension.This constrain the timing of subduction within the South Qinling belt and the northern Yangtze Block(YB)to 750–711 Ma,with this Neoproterozoic subduction associated with an ocean to the north overprinting an existing continental rift-type tectonic setting within the northern margin of the Yangtze Block and the South Qinling belt. | WANG Shuo LIU Yunhua YANG Benzhao TAN Le LI Xiaoyan DENG Nan | 2023 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,1: | 0 |
