| 3 | High-precision,gelatin-based,hybrid,bilayer scaffolds using melt electro-writing to repair cartilage injury显示文摘Articular cartilage injury is a common disease in the field of orthopedics.Because cartilage has poor self-repairing ability,medical intervention is needed.Using melt electro-writing(MEW)technology,tissue engineering scaffolds with high porosity and high precision can be prepared.However,ordinary materials,especially natural polymer materials,are difficult to print.In this study,gelatin was mixed with poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)to prepare high-concentration and high-viscosity printer ink,which had good printability and formability.A composite scaffold with full-layer TGF-β1 loading mixed with hydroxyapatite was prepared,and the scaffold was implanted at the cartilage injury site;microfracture surgery was conducted to induce the mesenchyme in the bone marrow.Quality stem cells thereby promoted the repair of damaged cartilage.In summary,this study developed a novel printing method,explored the molding conditions based on MEW printing ink,and constructed a bioactive cartilage repair scaffold.The scaffold can use autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and induce their differentiation to promote cartilage repair. | Yu Han Bo Jia Meifei Lian Binbin Sun Qiang Wu Benlin Sun Zhiguang Qiao Kerong Dai | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,7: | 2 |
| 4 | Corrosion Behavior of Anodic Oxidized TiO_2 Film in Seawater显示文摘TiO2 films were formed on metallic titanium substrates by the anodic oxidation method in H2SO4 solution under the 80V D.C..Phase component and microstructure were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Water contact angles on titanium oxide film surface were measured under both dark and sunlight illumination conditions.Corrosion tests were carried out in seawater under different illumination conditions by electrochemistry impedance spectrum (EIS) and polarization curves.The result showed that the TiO2 film prepared by the anodic oxidation method was anatase with a uniform structure and without obvious pores or cracks on its surface.The average water contact angle of the film was 116.4? in dark, in contrast to an angle of 42.7? under the UV illumination for 2 hours, which demonstrates good hydrophobic property.The anti-corrosion behavior of the TiO2 film was declining with the extended immersion time.Under dark conditions, however, the hydrophobic TiO2 film retarded the water infiltrating into the substrate.The impedance changed slowly and the corrosion current density was 2 orders of magnitude lower than that with the film illuminated by sunlight.All of those mentioned above indicate that the TiO2 film possesses much better performance under dark condition, and it can be applied as an engineering material under dark seawater environment. | WANG Min WANG Wei HE Benlin SUN Mingliang YIN Yansheng LIU Lan ZOU Wuyuan XU Xuefei | 2010 | Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,4: | 2 |

| 20 | Construction of a novel Ag/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/MIL-68(In)-NH_(2)plasmonic heterojunction photocatalyst for high-efficiency photocatalysis显示文摘To boost the visible light catalytic performance of typical metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)materials(MIL-68(In)-NH_(2)),a novel stable Z-scheme Ag/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/MIL-68(In)-NH_(2)plasmonic photocatalyst was constructed by electrostatic attraction,co-precipitation reaction,and in-situ photoreduction reaction methods for the first time.The photocatalytic activities of the photocatalysts are systematically explored by the photocatalytic degradation of bisphenol A(BPA)and reduction of Cr(VI)under visible light.Ag/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/MIL-68(In)-NH_(2)displays the best photocatalytic performance among the as-prepared photocatalysts.The rate constant of BPA degradation on Ag/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/MIL-68(In)-NH_(2)is 0.09655 min^(-1),which is better than many reported photocatalytic materials.It also achieved a maximum rate constant of 0.02074min^(-1)for Cr(VI)reduction.The boosted photocatalytic performance is due to the improved absorption caused by localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR),effective interface charge transfer and separation,and more reactive sites provided by the large specific surface area.Besides,the photocatalytic degradation pathway of BPA is concluded according to GC-MS analysis.Finally,a more reasonable Z-scheme mechanism is speculated and verified through a series of characterizations and simulations,such as timeresolved photoluminescence spectroscopy(TRPL),electron spin resonance(ESR),and finite difference time domain(FDTD)method. | Feihu Mu Benlin Dai Wei Zhao Shijian Zhou Haibao Huang Gang Yang Dehua Xia Yan Kong Dennis Y.C Leung | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,6: | 0 |
