| 1 | 田间微集雨技术研究及应用显示文摘过去30a,田间微集雨技术逐渐发展成为黄土高原雨养农业区的主要耕作技术。自上世纪八十年代以来,不同田间微集雨及覆盖(地膜、砂石和秸秆)栽培技术在黄土高原不断更新换代,先后经历了垄沟无覆盖技术、平地覆盖技术、垄沟半覆盖技术和垄沟全覆盖技术等发展过程,特别是沟垄地膜全覆盖技术大面积推广和应用,为西北旱区粮食单产大幅度提高提供了强大的支撑作用。本文综述了田间微集雨技术的演变历程及对农田生态系统的影响及机理,归纳了垄沟和覆盖模式及播种方式对作物产量形成、水分利用效率、作物生理生态、土壤质量、土壤微生物、杂草、病虫害、覆盖物残留和作物物候等的影响,并分析了该技术的高产高效和生态风险以及两者的互作关系。文章最后还对该技术的高效性、可持续性和发展潜力进行了讨论,旨在对雨养农业生态系统的可持续管理提供理论指导。 | 莫非 周宏 王建永 赵鸿 张恒嘉 吴姗 陈应龙 杨通 邓浩亮 Asfa Batool 王润元 Simon Nzou Nguluu 李凤民 熊友才 | 2013 | 农业工程学报2013,29,8: | 78 |
| 2 | 丛枝菌根真菌与植物共生对植物水分关系的影响及机理显示文摘自1885年Frank首次提到菌根(mykorhiza)概念以来,大量的试验证实了丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)与植物根系之间形成具有一定结构和功能的共生体,促进植物生长并提高干旱耐受能力,在干旱生态系统中发挥重要的作用。该研究多集中在对宿主植物生理生态的影响及其机制方面,然而菌根共生对宿主植物水分吸收和信号产生、传递的影响研究少而分散,缺少系统总结。综述了最近四十多年丛枝菌根真菌与植物共生体对宿主植物干旱适应性影响研究进展,讨论了菌根共生对植物根冠通讯的影响及机理。干旱胁迫下AMF与植物共生,通过影响宿主植物一系列生理生态过程,提高宿主植物横向根压和纵向蒸腾拉力。经典的Ohm吸水模型是该方向最有代表性的研究成果,该模型揭示了菌根共生的根外菌丝具有不同于根细胞的细胞结构和水分运输性能,这为宿主植物提供一种特殊的快速吸水方式,可提高植物对土壤水分的吸收和运输能力。研究表明,AMF会影响宿主植物根冠通讯过程,如诱发信号级联反应,诱导根系尽早感知水分胁迫并产生非水力根源信号,提高宿主对干旱的耐受性。讨论了AMF在根冠通讯分子机制研究方面存在的问题及可能的解决途径,展望了AMF在干旱农业生产中的应用潜力。 | 祝英 熊俊兰 吕广超 Asfa Batool 王兆滨 李朴芳 熊友才 | 2015 | 生态学报2015,35,8: | 33 |
| 3 | 旱地小麦理想株型与生长冗余显示文摘自1968年Donald提出作物理想株型(ideotype)以来,众多学者在如何减少生长冗余、塑造理想株型方面做了大量努力,在旱地小麦育种策略和栽培管理模式创新方面取得了一定进展。而该方面的进展有限,不同领域的研究者对理想株型和生长冗余的认识存在严重分歧。综述了近年来旱地小麦理想株型研究进展,以过去20年黄土高原雨养农业区的观测数据为主进行了集成分析,将产量分别与根系生物量、地上生物量和株高等指标进行回归分析,勾画了旱地小麦在根系、茎秆和分蘖等器官中生长冗余的演变趋势,对生长冗余产生的生态学机制展开了分析,并对理想株型与生长冗余的互作关系进行了讨论。已有的研究进展表明,旱地小麦理想株型演变是一个不断消减生长冗余,但又无法完全消除冗余的复杂过程,一定程度的冗余存在是理想株型发生的物质基础。旱地小麦理想株型育种必须以基因型和环境互作关系为基础,通过减少个体间的竞争强度和个体大小不整齐性,促进物质和能量更多地向籽粒迁移,最终提高种群产量。综上所述,旱地小麦理想株型选择需建立在生长冗余理论基础上,根据生态学基本原理对基因型和表现型进行耦合分析与选择权衡。 | 王建永 李朴芳 程正国 Asfa Batool 吕广超 祝英 熊友才 | 2015 | 生态学报2015,35,8: | 23 |
| 4 | 季节性冻融对盐荒地水盐运移的影响及调控显示文摘季节性冻融是干旱区土壤盐碱化形成的主要驱动因子,但冻融过程中土壤水盐耦合关系及热量调控机理仍不清楚。通过分析2009年11月~2010年5月新疆玛纳斯河流域典型盐荒地季节性冻融过程中土壤剖面160cm以内的水分、盐分和温度动态变化,探讨了不同土层冻融过程中水热盐的耦合关系。结果表明:土壤最大冻结深度为150cm左右,表土层(0~40cm)温度与气温关系密切;土壤剖面水分呈现“C”型垂直分布,表土层和底土层(100~160cm)含水量较大,而心土层(40~100em)含水量不足10%,土层平均含水率在冻融前期增加了12.91%,而在初蒸期减少了10.01%;土壤剖面盐分在冻结期和初蒸期表聚作用明显,心土层和底土层含盐量稳定,土壤剖面含盐量表现为“积盐-脱盐-再积盐”的变化过程。水热盐之间具有高度协同性,心土层和底土层表现为水盐相随、而表土层为水去盐留的耦合特征,热量传输是调控水盐运移的关键因素。 | 富广强 李志华 王建永 王绍明 王慧莉 Asfa Batool 熊友才 | 2013 | 干旱区地理2013,36,4: | 20 |

| 6 | 极端干旱条件下燕麦垄沟覆盖系统水生态过程显示文摘围绕极端气候条件下沟垄沟覆盖系统水文过程和水生产力变化问题开展两年的大田试验研究。以裸燕麦坝莜3号品种为材料,于2010年和2011年在甘肃定西进行,以充分灌溉为对照组,设置平地无种植、垄沟无覆膜种植、垄沟覆膜种植、裸地4个处理(此4个处理均无灌溉),测定生育期降雨、气温、0—140 cm土壤剖面水分变化、作物生长和产量等指标。结果表明,2010年和2011年分别为阶段性极端干旱和全生育期极端干旱两个类型,均导致所有处理组中土壤剖面60—100 cm的'土壤干层'现象,垄沟覆膜处理对'土壤干层'现象具有显著的缓解效应。与对照组相比,垄沟覆膜处理显著促进了收获期土壤剖面贮水量的回升,其贮水量分别提高了41.2 mm(2010年)和22.4 mm(2011年),全生育期水分利用效率和水生产力分别提高了1.7、0.4 kg·hm-2·mm-1(2010年)和6.5、9.8 kg·hm-2·mm-1(2011年)。另外,垄沟覆膜处理组的地上生物量比对照组降低了30.5%(2010年)和67.42%(2011年),但收获指数较对照分别提高了33.4%(2010年)和55.6%(2011年)。研究表明,垄沟覆膜处理促进了降水向土壤水和作物水的转化效率,显著地缓解了作物水分供需矛盾,是应对极端气候变化的重要生态策略。 | 周宏 张恒嘉 莫非 赵鸿 王润元 吴姗 邓浩亮 Asfa Batool Baoluo Ma 熊友才 | 2014 | 生态学报2014,34,7: | 11 |

| 10 | Post-traumatic stress disorder among paramedic and hospital emergency personnel in south-east Iran显示文摘BACKGROUND:Paramedic and emergency personnel may encounter directly many events that threat their own wellbeing during their daily work.This study was conducted to examine the prevalence rate of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) among two groups of paramedic and emergency personnel in south-east Iran.METHODS:The study employed a descriptive design and was conducted in four hospital emergency wards and a pre-hospital emergency base supervised by Kerman Medical University.Using Mississippi PTSD,we assessed the prevalence rate in paramedics(n=150) and emergency personnel(n=250).RESULTS:The two groups had different levels of education,marital status,experience of traumatic events,work hours per month,and gender.Most(94%) of paramedic and hospital emergency personnel reported moderate PTSD.The two groups had significant different levels of PTSD in all subscale.CONCLUSION:The study suggests that health care managers should organize systematic and dynamic policies and procedures in dealing with PTSD to assist both groups of personnel. | Sedigheh Iranmanesh Batool Tirgari Hojat Sheikh Bardsiri | 2013 | World Journal of Emergency Medicine2013,4,1: | 5 |

| 12 | Inhibitory activities of extracts of Rumex dentatus, Commelina benghalensis, Ajuga bracteosa, Ziziphus mauritiana as well as their compounds of gallic acid and emodin against dengue virus显示文摘Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects against dengue virus serotype 2(DENV-2) by five different fractions(extracted by methanol, ethanol, benzene, chloroform and n-hexane) of Rumex dentatus, Commelina benghalensis, Ajuga bracteosa and Ziziphus mauritiana, as well as their constituents(gallic acid, emodin, and isovanillic acid). Methods: All the samples were tested for cytotoxicity on baby hamster kidney cells by MTT assay and for anti-DENV-2 activity by plaque reduction neutralization assay using two DENV-2 doses(45 and 90 plaqueforming units or PFU). Results: All the samples except isovanillic acid exhibited significant prophylactic effects against DENV-2 infectivity(without cytotoxicity) when administered to cells before infection, but were not effective when given 6 h post-infection. The methanol extract of Rumex dentatus demonstrated the highest antiviral efficacy by inhibiting DENV-2 replication, with IC_(50) of 0.154 μg/mL and 0.234 μg/mL, when added before infection with 45 and 90 PFU of virus, respectively. Gallic acid also exhibited significant antiviral effects by prophylactic treatment prior to virus adsorption on cells, with IC_(50) of 0.191 μg/mL and 0.522 μg/mL at 45 and 90 PFU of DENV-2 infection, respectively. | 14 | Mutagenic and cytotoxic potential of Endosulfan and Lambda-cyhalothrin—In vitro study describing individual and combined effects of pesticides显示文摘Excessive use of pesticides poses increased risks to non target species including humans. In the developing countries, lack of proper awareness about the toxic potential of pesticides makes the farmer more vulnerable to pesticide linked toxicities, which could lead to diverse pathological conditions. The toxic potential of a pesticide could be determined by their ability to induce genetic mutations and cytotoxicity. Hence, determination of genetic mutation and cytotoxicity of each pesticide is unavoidable to legislate health and safety appraisal about pesticides. The objective of current investigation was to determine the genotoxic and cytotoxic potential of Endosulfan(EN) and Lambda-cyhalothrin(LC); individually and in combination. 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-Diphenyltetrazolium Bromide(MTT) assay was utilized to determine cytotoxicity, while two mutant histidine dependent Salmonella strains(TA98, TA100) were used to determine the mutagenicity of EN and LC.Moreover, mutagenicity assay was conducted with and without S9 to evaluate the effects of metabolic activation on mutagenicity. Even though a dose dependent increase in the number of revertant colonies was detected with EN against both bacterial strains, a highly significant(p < 0.05) increase in the mutagenicity was detected in TA98 with S9. In comparison, data obtained from LC revealed less mutagenic potential than EN. Surprisingly,the non-mutagenic individual-concentrations of EN and LC showed dose dependent mutagenicity when combined. Combination of EN and LC synergistically induced mutagenicity both in TA98 and TA100. MTT assay spotlighted comparable dose dependent cytotoxicity effects of both pesticides. | 17 | A comprehensive musculoskeletal and peripheral nervous system assessment of war-related bilateral upper extremity amputees显示文摘Background: Upper limb amputations are one of the unpleasant war injuries that armed forces are exposed to frequently. The present study aimed to assess the musculoskeletal and peripheral nervous systems in Iraq-Iran war veterans with bilateral upper extremity amputation.Methods: The study consisted of taking a history and clinical examinations including demographic data, presence and location of pain, level of amputation, passive and active ranges of movement of the joints across the upper and lower extremities and spine, manual palpation, neurological examination, blood circulation pulses and issues related to a prosthetic limb. In this study, 103 Iranian bilateral upper extremity amputees(206 amputations) from the IranIraq war were evaluated, and a detailed questionnaire was also administered.Results: The most common level of amputation was the finger or wrist level(108, 52.4%). Based on clinical examination, we found high frequencies of limited active and passive joint range of movement across the scapula, shoulder, elbow, wrist and metacarpophalangeal, interphalangeal and thumb joints. Based on muscle strength testing, we found varying degrees of weakness across the upper limbs. Musculoskeletal disorders included epicondylitis(65, 31.6%), rotator cuff injury(24, 11.7%), bicipital tendonitis(69, 33.5%), shoulder drop(42, 20.4%) and muscle atrophy(19, 9.2%). Peripheral nerve disorders included carpal tunnel syndrome in 13(6.3%) and unilateral brachial plexus injury in 1(1%). Fifty-three(51.5%) were diagnosed with facet joint syndrome at the level of the cervical spine(the most frequent site). Using a prosthesis was reported by 65(63.1%), both left and right sides. | 19 | Group psychological intervention for maternal depression: A nested qualitative study from Karachi, Pakistan显示文摘AIM To understand the experience of maternal depression, the factors implicated in accessing health, and the acceptability of the psychosocial intervention. METHODS The participants were recruited from the paediatrics outpatient department of Civil Hospital Karachi, Pakistan. The study started in December 2009 and completed in December 2010. Women with maternal depression, aged 18-44 years with children aged 0-30 mo who had received nutritional supplements, and participated in the intervention programme [called Learning through Play(LTP) plus] were included in the study. Qualitative interviews were conducted with 8 participants before the intervention and 7 participants after the intervention. A semi structured topic guide was used to conduct the interviews.RESULTS Framework analysis procedures were used to analyse the qualitative data. Four themes emerged:(1) the women's contextual environment: Interpersonal conflicts, lack of social support and financial issues being the major barriers in assessing healthcare;(2) women's isolation and powerlessness within the environment: Sense of loneliness was identified as a restricting factor to access healthcare;(3) the impact of the intervention(LTP-Plus): Women felt 'listened to' and seemed empowered; and(4) empowered transformed women within the same contextual environment: The facilitator provided a 'gardening role' in nurturing the women resulting in a positive transformation within the same environment.
