| 1 | Appendiceal mucocele: Case reports and review of current literature显示文摘The mucocele of the appendix is an uncommon disorder which is often asymptomatic but sometimes causes acute appendicitis-like symptoms. Sometimes, patients with mucocele can present with confusing symptoms. Preoperative suspicion and diagnosis of appendiceal mucocele are important. Ultrasonography and computed tomography are useful tools for the diagnosis of appendiceal mucocele. It may be also recognised by colonoscopy as a smooth submucosal lesion of the cecum. Optima management of the mucocele could be achieved through accurate preoperative diagnosis. Preoperative diagnosis is a major component for minimizing intra-operative and post-operative complications. | 2 | 匹克威克综合征和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关性假性脑瘤(英文)显示文摘目的:报告1例男性患者合并有匹克威克综合征和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA),其临床表现为假性脑瘤和视力下降。方法:病例报告。结果:患者,男,54岁,过度肥胖,诉双眼视力渐降3mo,检查示:视力:右眼20/200,左眼20/400,左眼合并色觉异常,眼底镜示双视乳头水肿和视盘旁出血,左眼合并黄斑部渗出。体格检查和实验室检查符合阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与匹克威克综合征诊断。腰椎穿刺:开放压350mmHg,脑部扫描正常。诊断:OSA和匹克威克综合征相关性假性脑瘤。眼底表现和视力随采血治疗、血压控制、体重控制及双层正压通气治疗而改善。结论:对于患有假性脑瘤的患者,必须对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与匹克威克综合征有所警惕。 | Ozlem Barut Selver Meltem Soylev Bajin Oya Itil Ali Osman Saatci | 2011 | 国际眼科杂志2011，11，4： | 5 |
| 3 | Renoportal anastomosis in living donor liver transplantation with prior proximal splenorenal shunt显示文摘For transplant surgeons, end-stage liver disease with portal venous thrombosis and a previous splenorenal shunt(SRS) is a significant challenge during liver transplantation. Thrombosis of the portal vein can be corrected by surgical interventions, such as portal venous thrombectomy or surgical removal of the thrombosed portal vein. Even also placement of a graft between the mesenteric vein and the graft portal vein can be performed. If these maneuvers fail, a renoportal anastomosis(RPA) can be performed to achieve adequate graft inflow. A 51-year-old male patient who had a history of proximal SRS and splenectomy underwent living donor liver transplantation(LDLT) due to cryptogenic cirrhosis. LDLT was performed with RPA using a cadaveric iliac vein graft. The early postoperative course of the patient was completely uneventful and he was discharged 20 d after transplantation. | 4 | Acupuncture Enhances Chances of Pregnancy in Unexplained Infertile Patients Who Undergo A Blastocyst Transfer in A Fresh-Cycle显示文摘Objective: To analyze the effects of acupuncture on in vitro fertilization patients with unexplained infertility.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the charts of a total of 302 cycles performed in 273 patients attending Assisted Reproductive Technology(ART) Centre from August 2013 to August 2016.During the study period,embryo transfer with acupuncture(Acupuncture group,46 cases) and without acupuncture(Control group,42 cases) were applied.Prior to embryo transfer,the following points were used in the acupuncture group: Neiguan(CX 6),Diji(SP 8),Taichong(Liv 3),Baihui(Gv 20),and Guilai(S 29).These sessions were carried out two times before and after embryo transfer in a single day.In addition,auricular acupuncture was also performed at ear points,including ear point 55(Shenmen),ear point 58(Zhigong),ear point 22(Neifenmi)and ear point 34(Naodian).The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate after transplantation were compared between two groups.Results: The clinical pregnancy rate in the acupuncture group was higher than that in the control group [60.9%(28/46) vs.33.3%(14/42),respectively,P<0.05].Likewise,the live birth rate in the acupuncture group was also higher than that in the control group [71.7%(33/46) vs.31.0%(12/42),P<0.01).Conclusion: Administration of acupuncture on the day of embryo transfer dramatically improved fertility results in women who underwent in vitro fertilization/intra-cytoplasm sperm injection for reproduction. | Hakan ?oksüer Mert Ula Barut Murat BozkurT Elif Agacayak Sibel Sak Mustafa Demir Eray Cal?skan | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2019，25，4： | 2 |
