| 7 | Model-driven engineering for multi-party business processes on multiple blockchains显示文摘As a disruptive technology, the blockchain is continuously finding novel application contexts, bringing new opportunities and radical changes. In this paper,we use blockchain as a communication infrastructure to support multi-party business processes. In particular, through smart contracts specifically generated by the mentioned business process,it is possible to derive a trustable infrastructure enabling the interaction among parties. Moreover, the emergence of different blockchain technologies, satisfying different characteristics, gives the possibility to support the same business process dealing with different non-functional needs. In this paper,we propose a novel engineering methodology supported by a practical framework called Multi-Chain.It permits to derive, using a model-driven strategy,a blockchain-based infrastructure, that can be deployed over a specific blockchain technology(e.g.,Ethereum or Hyperledger Fabric). The objective is to permit the single definition and multiple deployments of the business process,to deliver the same functionalities, but satisfying different nonfunctional needs. In such a way, organisations willing to cooperate can select the multi-party business process and the blockchain technology they would like to use to satisfy their needs.Using Multi-Chain,they will be able to automatically derive from a Business Process Modelling Notation(BPMN)choreography diagram a blockchain infrastructure ready to be used. This overcomes the need to get acquainted with many details of the specific technology. | Flavio Corradini Alessandro Marcelletti Andrea Morichetta Andrea Polini Barbara Re Emanuele Scala Francesco Tiezzi | 2021 | Blockchain(Research and Applications)2021,2,3: | 0 |
| 8 | Risk of Upper Extremity Biomechanical Overload in Automotive Facility显示文摘Objective To assess the risk factors for upper extremity-work-related musculoskeletal disorders(UE-WMSD) on 13 prod ucti on lines in an airbag factory using the threshold limit values-American conference of industrial hygienists-hand activity level(TLV-ACGIH-HAL) method and introduce the ergonomic improvement to reduce the repe titi veness and the peak force(Pf).Methods Professional exposure level on 13 production lines in a automobile factory was measured using the TLV-ACGIH-HAL method and a further risk was assessed according to the ergonomic improvement. Results The first assessment of 9 produc tion lines showed that the professional exposure level was above the TLV or HAL limit. The second assessment showed that the professional exposure level was below the AL limit on all production lines except 1,in which the professional exposure level was between TLV and HAL.Conclusion The assessment of UE-WMSD-related risk can ide ntif y the riskiest emplacements and evaluate the reduc tion of risk in professional exposure through interventi ons of structuralorganizati onal type. | Angela SANCINI Assunta CAPOZZELLA Tiziana CACIAR Francesco TOMEI Nadia NARDONE Barbara SCALA Maria FIASCHETTI Carlotta CETICA Lara SCIMITTO PierAgostino GIOFFRè Federica SINIBALDI Claudia Di PASTENA Paola CORBOSIERO Maria Pia SCHIFANO Gianfranco TOMEI Manuela CIARROCCA | 2013 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2013,26,1: | 0 |
| 9 | G protein signalling involved in host recognition and mycoparasitism-related chitinase expression in Trichoderma atroviride显示文摘Mycoparasitic species of Trichoderma are commercially applied as biological control agents against various fungal pathogens. The mycoparasitic interaction is host specific and includes recognition, attack and subsequent penetration and killing of the host. Investigations on the underlying events revealed that Trichoderma responds to multiple signals from the host (e.g. lectins or other ligands such as low molecular weight components released from the host’s cell wall) and host attack is accompanied by morphological changes and the secretion of hydrolytic enzymes and antibiotics. Degradation of the cell wall of the host fungus is-besides glucanases and proteases-mainly achieved by chitinases. In vivo studies showed that the ech42 gene (encoding endochitinase 42) is expressed before physical contact of Trichoderma with its host, probably representing one of the earliest events in mycoparasitism, whereas Nag1 (N-acetylglucosaminidase) plays a key role in the general induction of the chitinolytic enzyme system of T. atroviride . Investigations on the responsible signal transduction pathways of T. atroviride led to the isolation of several genes encoding key components of the cAMP and MAP kinase signaling pathways, as alpha and β subunits of heterotrimeric G proteins, the regulatory subunit of cAMP-dependent protein kinase, adenylate cyclase, and three MAP kinases. Analysis of knockout mutants, generated by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, revealed that at least two alpha-subunits of heterotrimeric G proteins are participating in mycoparasitism-related signal transduction. The Tga1 G alpha subunit was shown to be involved in mycoparasitism-related processes such as chitinase expression and overproduction of toxic secondary metabolites, whereas Tga3 was found to be completely avirulent showing defects in chitinase formation and host recognition. | Susanne Zeilinger Barbara Reithner Kurt Brunner Valeria Scala Isabel Peiβl Matteo Lorito Robert L Mach | 2004 | 浙江大学学报(农业与生命科学版)2004,30,4: | 0 |
