7牧绵羊日粮中添加栗子单宁提取物和挤压亚麻籽对牛奶产量、成分和脂肪酸组成的影响显示文摘单宁通过与日粮蛋白质形成非降解配合物,通过调节一些细菌的活动,干扰瘤胃内蛋白质和脂质的代谢,包括多不饱和脂肪酸的生物氢化,其是一种生物活性物质。试验研究日粮中添加栗子水解单宁提取物对母羊奶产量和品质的影响。将经产的萨尔达母羊96头在泌乳中期阶段均匀分为两组,对照组(C组)和补充栗子单宁提取物(CHE组),每组48头,进行饲养试验。两组动物每天在相同的牧场放牧8 h,牧场是黑麦草、燕麦和白三叶的混合牧场(比例为1??1??1)。两组日粮仅在精料补充上不同。对照组母羊每头每天饲喂不含栗子单宁提取物的浓缩料450 g,而CHE组母羊每头每天饲喂与对照组原料相同且添加80.0 g·kg-1栗单宁提取物干物质的日粮500 g。为获得等蛋白和等能日粮处理动物的预期干物质采食量,试验对两组母羊浓缩料饲喂量进行了计算。浓缩料中添加板栗单宁使羊产乳量得到较大提高,提高了18.64%(P<0.001)。两组羊奶的酪蛋白部分组成无差异,CHE组酪蛋白指数比对照组更大(P=0.034)。关于脂肪酸组成,与对照组相比,CHE组奶的ω-3脂肪酸的浓度更高,C组和CHE组总脂质中α-亚麻酸含量分别为2.18、2.57 g·100 g-1,而CHE组共轭亚油酸和trans11C18??1的百分比较小,C和CHE两组总脂质中CLA含量分别为2.20·100 g-1、1.85 g·100 g-1(P=0.001),trans11C18??1含量分别为3.89、3.57 g·100 g-1(P=0.001)。栗子单宁提取物实际剂量的使用可以改善放牧绵羊对日粮亚麻籽的反应,从而提高奶中α-亚麻酸浓度。Buccioni A Serra A Minieri S Mannelli F Cappucci A Benvenuti D Rapaccini S Conte G Mele M 2015饲料博览2015,0,9:1
