| 1 | 上颌四眼圈簧扩弓后对上颌牙齿及上颌骨变化影响的CBCT研究显示文摘目的:使用锥体束CT(CBCT)评估上颌四眼簧慢速扩弓后上颌牙齿及上颌骨宽度的变化。方法:选择13例需要综合性正畸治疗的患者(男5例,女8例),平均年龄(14.4±2.2)岁,使用上颌四眼圈簧扩弓。对患者扩弓前(T1)后(T2)的变化进行CBCT扫描,测量扩弓前后两侧尖牙、第一前磨牙、第二前磨牙和第一磨牙之间的牙冠和根尖之间的宽度,第一磨牙的倾斜度,基骨弓和腭中缝宽度的变化。应用SPSS 17.0软件对测量结果进行配对t检验。结果:四眼圈簧扩弓后牙弓变化明显。4对牙的牙间距分别增加了(2.47±1.05)mm、(2.97±1.90)mm、(2.79±1.21)mm、(3.15±1.15)mm,根尖距分别减小了(1.19±0.40)mm、(2.12±0.68)mm、(2.02±0.65)mm、(1.34±0.63)mm,左侧磨牙倾斜度减小了4.45°±2.86°,右侧磨牙倾斜度减小了4.02°±1.45°,基骨弓宽度增加了(2.37±0.96)mm,腭中缝宽度增加了(1.21±0.50)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:四眼圈簧扩弓器对上颌牙弓的扩弓主要通过牙齿倾斜移动完成,而非整体移动。 | 张月兰 韦大鹏 Blessing Sayi 杨亚欣 杨亚普 王晨曦 | 2016 | 实用口腔医学杂志2016,32,2: | 10 |
| 2 | 不同玉米大豆间作行比对大豆光合特性及产量的影响显示文摘为研究适合东北黑土区玉米大豆间作行比,促进玉米大豆间作模式推广应用,本研究以玉米大豆间作系统为主要研究对象,设置玉米单作(M)、大豆单作(S)、玉米大豆行比2∶4间作(M2S4)、玉米大豆行比4∶4间作(M4S4)和玉米大豆行比4∶6间作(M4S6)处理,分析不同间作行比对大豆株高及干物质积累、光合特性相关指标、产量及经济产值分析的影响。结果表明:间作显著增加了大豆株高,降低了干物质量,同时,随着玉米条带数的降低及大豆条带数的增加,光合参数Gs和Tr与单作处理之间呈显著性差异,而Ci则呈现相反的变化趋势。4∶4间作行比(M4S4)处理具有较好的间作优势,土地当量比为1.26,在考虑了政府补贴后,间作复合经济产值显著高于各单作处理,其中,M4S4处理最具有增收潜力。综上,M4S4模式为东北黑土区最佳玉米大豆间作配置方式。 | 曹曼君 王婧瑜 崔悦 Deborah Joy Blessing 李双 陈喜凤 谷岩 | 2023 | 大豆科学2023,42,1: | 7 |
| 3 | 不同南方籼稻品种对土壤锑的富集及其健康风险评估显示文摘为探讨不同水稻品种对土壤锑(Sb)的富集能力,本文采用福建部分区域13个籼稻品种的稻米和对应的表层土壤样品(138对),研究了不同品种水稻对土壤Sb的富集能力和累积特征,并评估了稻米Sb对人类健康的潜在风险.结果表明,调查区域土壤Sb全量介于0.12—1.02 mg·kg^(-1),其中39.5%的土壤Sb全量高于福建土壤Sb的背景值;水稻不同部位Sb含量依次为:根>>叶>茎>糙米;不同水稻品种糙米中Sb含量介于2.2μg·kg^(-1)(宜优673)和14.6μg·kg^(-1)(Ⅱ优673)之间;水稻对土壤有效Sb的平均富集系数表现出明显的品种差异,常规稻(东联5号)和两系杂交稻(培杂泰丰、扬两优6号)的富集系数均处于中-低水平.风险评估结果表明,在未遭受Sb污染的农田上生产的籼稻稻米中的Sb不至于对人体健康构成危害. | 张未利 JAMES Blessing 陈炎辉 谢团辉 王果 | 2018 | 环境化学2018,37,3: | 5 |

| 7 | Emerging contaminants: Evaluation of degradable chelators towards enhancing cadmium phytoextraction efficiency of bioenergy crop grown on polluted soil显示文摘Exogenous application of chelators towards enhancing heavy metals extraction efficiency of bioenergy crop has received considerable attention in recent time.However,little is known about optimal application rate,comparative evaluation of degradable versus non-degradable chelators and their impact on cadmium(Cd)speciation and uptake,physiological and biochemical activity of sweet sorghum grown under Cd stress.Four chelators namely,Nitrilotriacetic acid(NTA),tetrasodium N,N-diacetate(TDA),Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA),iminodisuccinic acid(IDA)and control(CK)were applied and compared at rates of 2,5,and 10 mmol kg^(-1) towards augmenting phytoextraction efficiency of sweet sorghum for Cd remediation in a screen house study.Results showed that sweet sorghum augmented with TDA significantly(P<0.05)increased biomass,enhanced Cd uptake and accumulation when compared to EDTA at application rate of 2-5 mmol kg1.TDA influenced Cd speciation via increasing acid-soluble,reducible,oxidizable,and residual fractions of Cd,thus increasing Cd bioavailability.NTA and TDA increased proline concentrations,antioxidant enzymes and net photosynthetic activity rate(Pn)comparably to EDTA in sweet sorghum,thus enhancing stress tolerance and stabilizing photosynthetic activities.Overall,exogenous application of degradable TDA at 2-5 mmol kg^(-1) could be recommended as replacement for non-degradable EDTA in a chelate assisted approach towards augmenting bioenergy crop for phytoremediation of Cd polluted soil. | Segun O.Oladele Blessing B.Oladele Rasheedat Ajala Bukola F.Dada | 2021 | Emerging Contaminants2021,7,1: | 3 |

| 9 | Low prevalence of epilepsy and onchocerciasis after more than 20 years of ivermectin treatment in the Imo River Basin in Nigeria显示文摘Background:High epilepsy prevalence and incidence have been reported in areas with high onchocerciasis transmission.Recent findings suggest that proper community-directed treatment with ivermectin(CDTI)is potentially able to prevent onchocerciasis-associated epilepsy(OAE).We assessed the epilepsy prevalence and onchocerciasis transmission in two Nigerian villages following more than 20 years of CDTI.Methods:A cross-sectional door-to-door survey was performed in two villages in the Imo River Basin reported to be mesoendomic for onchocerciasis(Umuoparaodu and Umuezeala).Individuals were screened for epilepsy using a validated 5-item questionnaire.Persons suspected to have epilepsy were examined by a neurologist or a physician with training in epilepsy for confirmation.Onchocerciasis was investigated via skin snip microscopy and rapid diagnostic tests for Ov16 antibodies.Results were compared with previous findings from the Imo river basin.Results:A total of 843 individuals from 257 households in the two villages were encountered.We detected four persons with epilepsy(PWE)giving a crude epilepsy prevalence of 0.5%.This finding differs from observations reported 14 years ago which showed an epilepsy prevalence of 2.8%in the neighbouring village of Umulolo(P=0.0001),and 1.2%from 13 villages in the Imo river basin(P=0.07).The seroprevalence of Ov16 antibodies was found to be 0%.Only 4.6%of skin snips were positive compared to 26.8%in previous surveys(P<0.0001).Ivermectin mass distribution coverage in the study sites in 2017 was 79.7%.Conclusions:A low epilepsy and onchocerciasis prevalence was observed following more than 20 years of CDTI in the Imo River Basin.Absence of Ov16 antibodies indicates minimal transmission of onchocerciasis.These results contrast with observations from areas of high onchocerciasis transmission,where epilepsy prevalence and incidence remain high.Findings from this study suggest that sustained efforts could eventually achieve elimination of onchocerciasis in these villages. | Joseph N.F.Siewe Chinyere N.Ukaga Ernest O.Nwazor Murphy O.Nwoke Modebelu C.Nwokeji Blessing C.Onuoha Simon O.Nwanjor Joel Okeke Kate Osahor Lilian Chimechefulam Ann I.Ogomaka Augustine A.Amaechi Chika I.Ezenwa Monika N.Ezike Chidimma I.kpeama Ogechi Nwachukwu Austine I.Eriama-Joseph Berthram E.B.Nwoke Robert Colebunders | 2019 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2019,8,1: | 2 |
