1Flow Behaviour Analysis and Experimental Investigation for Emitter Micro-channels显示文摘The existing research of the flow behavior in emitter micro-channels mainly focuses on the single-phase flow behavior.And the recent micro-particle image velocimetry(PIV) experimental research on the flow characteristics in various micro-channels mainly focuses on the single-phase fluid flow.However,using an original-size emitter prototype to perform the experiments on the two-phase flow characteristics of the labyrinth channels is seldom reported.In this paper,the practical flow of water,mixed with sand escaped from filtering,in the labyrinth channel,is investigated.And some research work on the clogging mechanism of the labyrinth channel's structure is conducted.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) analysis has been performed on liquid-solid two-phase flow in labyrinth-channel emitters.Based on flow visualization technology-micro-PIV,the flow in labyrinth channel has been photographed and recorded.The path line graph and velocity vector graph are obtained through the post-treatment of experimental results.The graphs agree well with CFD analysis results,so CFD analysis can be used in optimal design of labyrinth-channel emitters.And the optimized anti-clogging structures of the rectangular channel and zigzag channel have been designed here.The CFD numerical simulation and the micro-PIV experiments analysis on labyrinth-channel emitter,make the 'black box' of the flow behavior in the emitter channel broken.Furthermore,the proposed research promotes an advanced method to evaluate the emitter's performance and can be used to conducting the optimal design of the labyrinth-channel emitters.WEI Zhengying CAO Meng LIU Xia TANG Yiping LU Bingheng 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,4:11
2中国城市中大气分粒级的粒子数浓度与每日死亡率显示文摘[背景]大气颗粒物-9健康结局之间的相关性已在全球范围内广为报道。然而,有关不同粒径颗粒物对健康影响的研究却十分有限。[目的]以中国沈阳为例,探索不同粒径颗粒物的数量浓度(particle number concentrations,PNCs)与每日死亡率之间的关系。[方法]研究时间为2006年12月1日至2008年11月30日,分别收集每日死因别死亡率和直径为0.25~10岬颗粒物的每日PNCs。用基于半泊松回归的广义相加模型来评估PNCs-9死亡率之间的相关性,同时采用自然样条平滑函数校正随时间变化的协变量、长期趋势及季节性趋势。[结果]在研究时间内,归因于非意外的自然死亡、心血管疾病和呼吸系统疾病的平均每日死亡数分别为67、32和7。直径为0.25-0.50gm的颗粒物PNCs与总死亡率和心血管疾病死亡率明显相关,但与呼吸系统疾病死亡率无明显相关性。与冷季相比,暖季里PNCs效应估计值较大,并且效应值随着颗粒物粒径的减小而增加。0.25~0.28p,m、O.35~0.40μm和0.45—0.50gm的颗粒物PNCs每增加1个IQR浓度,与之相关的总死亡风险分别增大2.41%(95%CI:1.23%~3.58%)、1.31%(95%CI:0.52%~2.09%)和0.45%(95%CI:0.04%-0.87%)。校正大气颗粒物和气态污染物的质量浓度后,这种相关性仍然保持稳定。[结论]研究结果提示,直径〈0.5μm的颗粒物可能是空气污染颗粒中导致不良健康影响的最主要成分,并且对健康的不利影响随着颗粒直径的减小而增加。Xia Meng Yanjun Ma Renjie Chen Zhijun Zhou Bingheng Chen Haidong Kan 张伊人 汪源 金泰廙 2014环境与职业医学2014,31,4:2
3Fuzzy Cluster Neural Network Based on Wavelet Transform and Its Vibration Application显示文摘This paper advances a new approach based on wavelet and wavelet packettransforms in tandem with a fuzzy cluster neural network,abbreviated WPFCNN.Wavelets andwavelet packets decompose a vibration signal into different bands at different levels andprovides multiresolution or multiscale views of a signal which is stationary or nonstationary.Fuzzy mathematics processes uncertain problems in engineering and converts the attributesextracted by wavelet packets to fuzzy membership degree.To achieve self-organizingclassification,the MAXNET neural network is employed.WPFCNN integrates the advantagesof wavelet packets and fuzzy cluster with MAXNET.The approach is adopted to process andclassify vibration signal of a NH3 compressor in a petrochemical plant.The results indicate thatit is a useful and effective intelligence classification in the field of condition monitoring and faultdiagnosis.Zhao Jiyuan He Zhengjia Meng Qingfeng Lu Bingheng Department of Mechanical Engineering Xi’an Jiaotong University,Xi’an 710049,P.R.China 1997International Journal of Plant Engineering and Management1997,2,1:1

5Perovskite/GaAs-nanowire hybrid structure photodetectors with ultrafast multiband response enhancement by band engineering显示文摘We developed a hybrid structure photodetector combining one-dimensional(1D)inorganic GaAs nanowires and two-dimensional(2D)organic perovskite materials,which can achieve various performance enhancements using a relatively simple structure.Via the optical absorption enhancement of perovskite and the type-II energy band structure formed by the heterostructure,the responsivity and detectivity of the photodetector from ultraviolet(UV)to visible(Vis)wavelengths are significantly enhanced,reaching 75 A/W and 1.49×10^(11)Jones,respectively.The response time of the photodetector was significantly decreased by 3 orders,from 785 ms to 0.5 ms,and the dark current was further reduced to 237 fA.A photodetector was prepared with enhanced responsivity and ultrafast response time in the multiband region from the UV to Vis wavelength.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first time to combine inorganicⅢ-ⅤGaAs nanomaterials with organic perovskite materials,which verifies the effective combination of inorganic and organic materials in a mixed dimension.The excellent photoelectric performance of the perovskite/GaAs-nanowire hybrid structure photodetector makes it a potential candidate material for a wide range of photoelectric applications such as multiband photodetection.XIAOBING HOU XITONG HONG FENGYUAN LIN JINZHI CUI QIAN DAI QIANLEI TIAN BINGHENG MENG YANJUN LIU JILONG TANG KEXUE LI LEI LIAO ZHIPENG WEI 2023Photonics Research2023,11,4:0
