| 18 | 世界家庭医生组织(WONCA)研究论文摘要汇编——沙特阿拉伯西部地区国民警卫队全科医疗中心医务人员戒烟相关知识的知晓水平、对开展戒烟咨询服务的态度及提供的干预的调查研究显示文摘背景吸烟是导致全球死亡率增加的最大可控危险因素。世界卫生组织在2015年指出,全球每年大约有600万人死于烟草相关疾病,其中的大多数人属于'过早死'。本研究旨在调查沙特阿拉伯基层医务人员对戒烟相关知识的知晓水平、对开展戒烟咨询服务的态度及其向患者提供的干预措施。材料和方法本项横断面研究于2016-06-10至2017-03-31在位于沙特阿拉伯西部的吉达地区的国民警卫队卫生事务部下属的5个全科医疗中心开展。研究对象为以便利抽样抽取的167例临床医生、家庭医生及牙科医生,其中130例完成了问卷调查。结果半数以上的研究对象(53.2%)为中年人,大部分为家庭医生住院医师(25.4%)和临床医师(24.6%)。14例临床医师抽烟,其中8例(57.1%)曾尝试戒烟。互联网是研究对象获取戒烟相关知识的主要途径,其次为研究生阶段的学习(19.4%)。研究对象对戒烟知识了解的总体水平较低,平均分数为(35.25±18.40)分,不过其对开展戒烟咨询服务的态度较好,平均分数为(76.81±8.63)分,但是向吸烟者提供戒烟干预的总体情况为中等水平,平均分数为(55.23±21.54)分。职位不同的研究对象戒烟相关知识的知晓水平、对开展戒烟咨询服务的态度以及为患者提供的戒烟干预情况有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论尽管沙特阿拉伯吉达地区基层医务人员认为其在开展戒烟咨询服务中起到了重要作用,但是其戒烟相关知识的知晓水平较低,为患者提供的戒烟干预情况也不理想,这对戒烟服务的开展造成了影响。研究生阶段学习、参加研讨会及戒烟知识培训均是必要的可以有效提高基层医务人员为患者、个人、家庭及社区提供戒烟咨询服务意识的方法。 | SARAH A J SAMAR M BASIM A 本刊编辑部 | 2018 | 中国全科医学2018，21，34： | 0 |
