| 2 | 胸主动脉钝性损伤:高危外膜破裂的超声心动图表现显示文摘简介:经食道超声心动描记法(TEE)近来被用于评估疑有外伤性主动脉撕裂(TAD)的患者。虽然传统的TAD治疗以尽快手术修补为基础,但对于有些患者可以将手术延迟。目前提出保守治疗浅表动脉损伤(SAL),可是这些患者的疗效还不清楚。我们力图描述高危外膜破裂的TEE表现,以选出必须尽快手术治疗的患者。
方法:我们回顾性研究了23例患者(平均年龄42±17岁),通过TEE,18例诊断为外膜下TAD,5例为SAL。所有的TAD患者都通过其他影像检查或手术得以证实,并被分成两组:11人接受了尽快手术治疗(≤12h),7人接受了延期手术或未行手术。所有的患者都被测定了如下数据(单位:mm):假性动脉瘤直径与胸主动脉降支直径的比值(FA/DA),中间瓣厚度,纵隔积血和左侧血胸量。也记录了缩窄综合征的出现情况。所有的SAL患者都采用保守治疗,并用TEE连续性随访。 | P.Viginon G.Rambaud B.Francois 王凯 | 2001 | 德国医学2001，18，3： | 0 |
