1Discovery of ultrahigh-pressure magnesite-bearing garnet lherzolite (>3.8 GPa) in the Altyn Tagh, Northwest China显示文摘Magnesite-bearing garnet Iherzolite from the Altyn Tagh, associated with garnet pyroxenite, and garnet-bearing felsic gneiss, crops out as lenses in Proterozoic gneiss about 100 km east of the Jianggelasayi River. The garnet Iherzolite, together with the eclogite in western Jianggelasayi, composes a high-pressure to ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt in the southern margin of the Altyn Tagh. Parageneses of minerals from magnesite-bearing garnet Iherzolite indicate that the rock evolved a multi-stage metamorphism. The peak-stage metamorphism produces an assemblage of Grt+Ol+Opx+Cpx±Mgs, in which A12O3 content of Opxis very low (0.30-0.66wt%). The calculated P-T condition of the peak stage is 3.8-5.lGPa and 880-970°C, some exsolution rods of clinopyroxene and rutile occur in the Grt and magnesite is rimed by dolomite and orthopyroxene, all implying that the peak stage was a UHP metamorphic process. 2Distribution and genesis of the anomalously high porosity zones in the middle-shallow horizons of the northern Songliao Basin显示文摘High-quality reservoirs occur in the middle-shallow horizons of the northern Songliao Basin. The distribution and genesis of their anomalously high porosity zones were studied using measured porosities, examination of ordinary thin sections and blue epoxy resin-impregnated thin sections and by SEM. The results show that there are three anomalously high porosity zones at the depth of 450-900 m, 1,300-1,900 m, 2,050-2,350 m respectively, named zone i, zone ii and zone iii from top to bottom. Horizontally, zone i and zone ii are distributed all over the basin except in the Southeastern Uplift, while zone iii is only distributed in the Central Depression. Zone i was formed by meteoric water leaching as well as organic acid dissolution. Zones ii and iii were dominantly formed by organic acid dissolution. 4In situ LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb age of ultrahigh-pressure eclogites in the Yukahe area, northern Qaidam Basin显示文摘Zircon grains were selected from two types of ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) eclogites, coarse-grained phengite eclogite and fine-grained massive eclogite, in the Yukahe area, the western part of the North Qaidam UHP metamorphic belt. Most zircon grains show typical metamorphic origin with residual cores in some irregular grains and sector, planar or misty internal textures on the cathodoluminescence (CL) images. The contents of REE and HREE of the core parts of grains range from 173 to 1680 μg/g and 170 to 1634 μg/g, respectively, in phengite eclogite, and from 37 to 2640 (g/g and 25.7 to 1824 μg/g, respectively, in massive eclogite. The core parts exhibit HREE-enriched patterns, representing the residual zircons of protolith of the Yukahe eclogite. The contents of REE and HREE of the rim parts and the grains free of residual cores are much lower than those for the core parts. They vary from 13.1 to 89.5 (g/g and 12.5 to 85.7 μg/g, respectively, in phengite eclogite, and from 9.92 to 45.8 μg/g and 9.18 to 43.8 (g/g, respectively, in massive eclogite. Negative Eu anomalies and Th/U ratios decrease from core to rim. Positive Eu anomalies are shown in some grains. These indicate that the presence of garnet and the absence of plagioclase in the peak metamorphic mineral assemblage, and the zircons formed under eclogite facies conditions. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb age data indicate that phengite eclogite and massive eclogite have similar metamorphic age of 436±3Ma and 431±4Ma in the early Paleozoic and magmatic protolith age of 783―793 Ma and 748―759 Ma in the Neo-proterozoic. The weighted mean age of the metamorphic ages (434±2 Ma) may represent the UHP metamorphic age of the Yukahe eclogites. The metamorphic age is well consistent with their direct country rocks of gneisses (431(3 Ma and 432±19 Ma) and coesite-bearing pelitic schist in the Yematan UHP eclogite section (423―440 Ma). These age data together with field observation and lithology, allow us to conclude that the Yukahe eclogites were Neo-proterozoic igneous rocks and may have experienced subduction and UHP metamorphism with continental crust at deep mantle during the early Paleozoic, therefore the metamorphic age of 434±2 Ma of the Yukahe eclogites probably represents the continental deep subduction time in this area.CHEN DanLing SUN Yong LIU Liang ZHANG AnDa LIN CiLuan 2007Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,z2:10
5Real-time three-dimensional myocardial contrast echocardiography in assessment of myocardial perfusion defects显示文摘Background Both real-time three-dimensional echocardi ography (RT3DE) and myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) are novel imaging techniques. The purpose of this study was to confirm the feasibility and accuracy of RT3DE combined with MCE for quantitative evaluation of myocardial perfusion defects. Methods Thirteen dogs underwent ligation of the left anterior descending artery (LAD, n=6) or distal branch of the left circumflex artery (LCX, n=7) under general anaesthesia. Three to four ml of a perfluoropropane (C 3F 8) microbubble contrast agent was injected intravenously to assess the resulting myocardial perfusion defects with a commercially available Philips SONOS-7500 ultrasound system. After removal of the dog hearts, Evans blue dye was injected via the left and righ t coronary arteries to stain the myocardium at risk. In vitro anatomic measurements of myocardial mass after removal of the animals’ hearts were used as control s. Results Left ventricular (LV) mass determined by RT3DE ranged 36.7-68.9 g [mean, (54.6±9.6) g] before coronary artery ligation, and correlated highly (r=0.99) with in vitro measurement of LV mass [range, 38.9-71.1 g; mean, (55.6±9.3) g]. There was no significant difference between RT3DE and in vitro measurements of LV mass [range, 36.7-68.9 g; mean, (51.3±12.5) g. Or range, 38.9-71. 1 g; mean, (53.7±12.3) g, respectively] and under-perfused mass [range, 0-21.4 g; mean, (12.0±6.9) g. Or range, 0-19.8 g; mean, (10.8±6.3) g, respectively] after th e LAD ligation (P>0.05). Likewise, no significant difference was present between RT3DE and in vitro measurements of LV mass [range, 50.1-65.4 g; mean, (57.5±5.9 ) g. Or range, 51.5-65.8 g; mean, (57.3±6.4) g, respectively] and under-perfused m ass [range, 0-25.6 g; mean, (13.3±9.6) g. Or range, 0-22.7 g; mean, (12.8±8.1 ) g, respectively] after the LCX ligation (P>0.05). For all the animals with coronary ligation, LV mass measured by RT3DE ranged 35.9-68.6 g [mean, (54.8±10.0) g] a nd there was no significant difference between RT3DE and in vitro measurements of LV mass and under-perfused mass (P>0.05, r=0.99). Further, the under-perfused mass derived from RT3DE [range, 0-25.6 g; mean, (12.7±8.2) g] correlate d strongly with the in vitro measurements [range, 0-22.7 g; mean, (11.9±7.2) g] ( r=0.96). 11Evaluation of Heavy Metals and Pesticide Residues in Dendrobium officinale Produced in Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives]To establish a method for the determination of heavy metals and pesticide residues in Dendrobium officinale produced in Guangxi and its culture substrate.[Methods]The contents of five heavy metals(Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu)were determined by the atomic absorption spectrophotometric(AAS)method;residues of 9 organochlorine pesticides(α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC,p,p′-DDT,p,p′-DDE,p,p′-DDD,o,p′-DDT and pentachloronitrobenzene)were determined by gas chromatography(GC).[Results]The contents of five heavy metals in the medicinal materials of D.officinale produced in Guangxi were 0.96,0.21,0.021 mg/kg,and not detected,and 0.35 mg/kg.The contents of five heavy metals in the culture substrate were 0.03,0.19,0.21,0.004 and 1.80 mg/kg,respectively;the content of 9 organochlorine pesticide residues in the sample was not detected.[Conclusions]The detection results of heavy metal content and organochlorine pesticide residues in D.officinale produced in Guangxi and its substrate are consistent with the limit requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.This experiment is expected to provide reliable data reference for ensuring the safety of the drug resources of D.officinale in Guangxi.Hua ZHU Ruiting HE Piaoling HUANG Wenqi YANG Anda WEI Yuanjing TAO Zhonghua DAI 2019Medicinal Plant2019,10,5:3

14History of polio vaccination显示文摘Poliomyelitis is an acute paralytic disease caused by three poliovirus(PV)serotypes.Less than 1%of PV infections result in acute flaccid paralysis.The disease was controlled using the formalin-inactivated Salk polio vaccine(IPV)and the Sabin oral polio vaccine(OPV).Global poliomyelitis eradication was proposed in 1988by the World Health Organization to its member states.The strategic plan established the activities required for polio eradication,certification for regions,OPV cessation phase and post-OPV phase.OPV is the vaccine of choice for the poliomyelitis eradication program because it induces both a systemic and mucosal immune response.The major risks of OPV vaccination are the appearance of Vaccine-Associated Paralytic Poliomyelitis cases(VAPP)and the emergence of Vaccine Derived Polioviruses strains.The supplementary immunization with monovalent strains of OPV type 1 or type 3 or with a new bivalent oral polio vaccine b OPV(containing type1 and type 3 PV)has been introduced in those regions where the virus has been difficult to control.Most countries have switched the schedule of vaccination by using IPV instead of OPV because it poses no risk of vaccine-related disease.Until 2008,poliomyelitis was controlled in Romania,an Eastern European country,predominantly using OPV.The alternative vaccinationschedule(IPV/OPV)was implemented starting in September 2008,while beginning in 2009,the vaccination was IPV only.The risk of VAPP will disappear worldwide with the cessation of use of OPV.The immunization for polio must be maintained for at least 5 to 10 years using IPV.Anda Baicus 2012World Journal of Virology2012,1,4:2
15Artificial Intelligence Rehabilitation Evaluation and Training System for Degeneration of Joint Disease显示文摘Degeneration of joint disease is one of the problems that threaten global public health.Currently,the therapies of the disease are mainly conservative but not very effective.To solve the problem,we need to find effective,convenient and inexpensive therapies.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,we innovatively propose to combine Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)with artificial intelligence to design a rehabilitation assessment system based on TCM Daoyin.Our system consists of four subsystems:the spine movement assessment system,the posture recognition and correction system,the background music recommendation system,and the physiological signal monitoring system.We incorporate several technologies such as keypoint detection,posture estimation,heart rate detection,and deriving respiration from electrocardiogram(ECG)signals.Finally,we integrate the four subsystems into a portable wireless device so that the rehabilitation equipment is well suited for home and community environment.The system can effectively alleviate the problem of an inadequate number of physicians and nurses.At the same time,it can promote our TCM culture as well.LIU Weichen SHEN Mengqi ZHANG Anda CHENG Yiting ZHANG Wenqiang 2021ZTE Communications2021,19,3:2
