4辽诱系列玉米单倍体诱导系的选育显示文摘采用多个测验种逐代跟踪测定诱导率的方法,利用俄罗斯引进的单倍体诱导系资源,经过5年7代选育出辽诱系列玉米单倍体诱导系辽诱1号、辽诱2号、辽诱3号和辽诱4号。对22个品种的诱导效果试验表明,辽诱1号、辽诱2号、辽诱3号和辽诱4号的综合诱导率分别为6.85%、7.53%、6.66%和6.03%,比对照高诱五号分别高出0.6倍、0.8倍、0.6倍和0.4倍。诱导基因检测结果表明,辽诱系列诱导系具有诱导率高、花粉量大、抗病、抗倒、易繁殖等优良特性,且存在和高诱五号共同的诱导基因GRMZM2G471240,是开展玉米单倍体育种的理想诱导系。刘欣芳 马骏 齐欣 弓雪 孟庆国 Eduard Khatefov Suprunov Anatoly 赵念力 白添 姜敏 王延波 2020玉米科学2020,28,1:9
5新型金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管探测器在放疗剂量监控中的应用显示文摘目的探索和评估自行开发研制的新型金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)探测器在体实时剂量测量中的应用特性。方法分别使用医科达加速器8、15MV光子线,以及6、8、12、18 MeV电子束刻度MOSFET探测器。根据探测器灵敏度随能量变化情况评估MOSFET探测器能量依赖性。使用8MV光子线在0~50 Gy范围内观察MOSFET探测器读数随累积剂量变化的线性情况,确定MOSFET探测器剂量测量的线性区间。将MOSFET探测器固定在圆柱形PMMA体模中央,顺时针每15°检测探测器信号响应,判断MOSFET探测器方向性。对1例乳腺癌放疗患者应用MOSFET探测器进行了全程剂量监测。在使用NE-2571指形电离室对该患者放疗计划剂量计算进行物理验证后,分别于首次治疗、每周1次治疗及最后1次治疗中应用MOSFET探测器测量患者体表吸收剂量,并将测量结果与该处计划剂量进行比较,确定乳腺癌三维放疗的总体剂量偏差。结果对8、15 MV光子线和6~18MeV电子束测量结果显示,MOSFET探测器灵敏度随能量变化的幅度<2.5%。这表明MOSFET探测器对中高能射线具有较好的能量响应。在6 V门控电压状态下,MOSFET探测器在0~50 Gy的剂量范围内保持了较好的剂量线性,最大偏差<3.0%。在每次测量前和测量后分别刻度MOSFET探测器并取其平均值可使其剂量线性误差控制在1%以内。该MOSFET探测器信号响应在270~90°之间呈现出各向同性,读数偏差<1.5%。但在探测器背面(135~225°之间)的信号响应明显变小,背面与正面的读数偏差最大可达10.0%。应用于患者实时剂量监测的结果显示,实际测量剂量与计划剂量相比平均偏差2.8%,最大偏差<5.0%,符合AAPM 13号报告对体外放疗剂量总不确定度的质量控制标准。结论该MOSFEYT探测器体积小,操作简单,对中高能辐射具有较好的能量响应和剂量线性,为治疗计划剂量验证和人体吸收剂量测量提供了一种较好的剂量工具。祁振宇 邓小武 黄劭敏 康德华 Anatoly Rosenfeld 2006中华放射肿瘤学杂志2006,15,4:8

9Characteristics of shallow gas hydrate in Okhotsk Sea显示文摘Multidisciplinary field investigations were carried out in Okhotsk Sea by R/V Akademik M.A. Lavrentyev (LV) of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) in May 2006, supported by funding agencies from Ko- rea, Russia, Japan and China. Geophysical data including echo-sounder, bottom profile, side-scan- sonar, and gravity core sample were obtained aimed to understand the characteristics and formation mechanism of shallow gas hydrates. Based on the geophysical data, we found that the methane flare detected by echo-sounder was the evidence of free gas in the sediment, while the dome structure de- tected by side-scan sonar and bottom profile was the root of gas venting. Gas hydrate retrieved from core on top of the dome structure which was interbedded as thin lamination or lenses with thickness varying from a few millimeters to 3 cm. Gas hydrate content in hydrate-bearing intervals visually amounted to 5%―30% of the sediment volume. This paper argued that gases in the sediment core were not all from gas hydrate decomposition during the gravity core lifting process, free gases must existed in the gas hydrate stability zone, and tectonic structure like dome structure in this paper was free gas central, gas hydrate formed only when gases over-saturated in this gas central, away from these struc- tures, gas hydrate could not form due to low gas concentration.Anatoly OBZHIROV 2008Science China Earth Sciences2008,51,3:6
10Experimental demonstration of linear and spinning Janus dipoles for polarisation-and wavelength-selective near-field coupling显示文摘The electromagnetic field scattered by nano-objects contains a broad range of wavevectors and can be efficiently coupled to waveguided modes.The dominant contribution to scattering from subwavelength dielectric and plasmonic nanoparticles is determined by electric and magnetic dipolar responses.Here,we experimentally demonstrate spectral and phase selective excitation of Janus dipoles,sources with electric and magnetic dipoles oscillating out of phase,in order to control near-field interference and directional coupling to waveguides.We show that by controlling the polarisation state of the dipolar excitations and the excitation wavelength to adjust their relative contributions,directionality and coupling strength can be fully tuned.Furthermore,we introduce a novel spinning Janus dipole featuring cylindrical symmetry in the near and far field,which results in either omnidirectional coupling or noncoupling.Controlling the propagation of guided light waves via fast and robust near-field interference between polarisation components of a source is required in many applications in nanophotonics and quantum optics.Michela F.Picardi Martin Neugebauer Jorg S.Eismann Gerd Leuchs Peter Banzer Francisco J.Rodriguez-Fortuno Anatoly V.Zayats 2019Light(Science & Applications)2019,8,1:4

12高剂量率后装近距离治疗^(192)铱放射源的校准显示文摘[目的]探讨使用井式电离室现场校准后装近距离治疗用192铱放射源的方法和规范。[方法]通过测量井式电离室对放射源位置的响应确定其最佳测量点;分别使用井式电离室和0.6cc指形电离室对临床后装治疗用高剂量率192铱放射源的活度进行重复校准测量,比较两者的测量重复性与精确度。[结果]井式电离室最佳校准测量点±5mm的测量误差小于5‰;对192铱放射源10次校准测量的平均偏差为0.71%,标准误0.37%,最大偏差小于1%。指形电离室借助测量定位支架在空气中对同一192铱放射源校准测量的平均偏差为1.48%,标准误1.99%;最大偏差小于3%。[结论]使用井式电离室可以极大地减少铱源校准测量的环节,测量重复性和精度均优于指形电离室。祁振宇 邓小武 黄劭敏 ANATOLY ROSENFELD 2008中国肿瘤2008,17,8:3
