| 2 | Survey on gastrointestinal parasites and detection of Cryptosporidium spp. on cattle in West Java,Indonesia显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the presence of gastrointestinal parasites on cattle in Indonesia because the prevalence of parasites varies between counlries depending on the terrain surrounding livestock farms and investigations in Indonesia have never been performed.Methods:Fecal samples from cattle at 35 farms in 7 districts in West Java,Indonesia,has been examined using the floatation or sedimentation methods,and a immunofluorescence assay and experimentally inoculation to mice for Cryptosporidium or Giardia spp.Results:153 of 394 examined cattle(38.8%)were infected with gastrointestinal parasites.The prevalence of Eimeria spp.,Nematoda spp.(including Oesophagustomum and Bunostomum-like),Fasciola gigantica and Paramphistomum spp.was 22.4%,11.2%,12.5%and 3.8%,respectively.Cryptosporidium andersoni(C.andersoni)was also found in two samples.One isolate of this parasite was confirmed to be transmitted to mice,in contrast to the isolates from other countries.Conclusions:although this survey is preliminary,the results shows that the infection of gastrointestinal parasites in Indonesia was not high,but these infected cattle could be as a potential source leading to economic losses in livestock production. | Sylvia Maharani Ananta Suharno Adi Hidayat Makoto Matsubayashi | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2014，7，3： | 3 |

| 4 | Analysis of modified double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with implantless fixation on tibial side显示文摘Purpose To avoid potential problems of double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR),various modifications have been reported.This study analyzed a novel technique of modified double-bundle(MDB)ACLR without implant on tibial side in comparison to single-bundle(SB)ACLR.Methods Eighty cases of isolated anterior cruciate ligament tear(40 each in SB group or MDB group)were included.SB ACLR was performed by outside in technique with quadrupled hamstring graft fixed with interference screws.In MDB group,ACLR harvested tendons were looped over each other at the center and free ends whipstitched.Femoral tunnel was created by outside in technique.Anteromedial tibial tunnel was created with tibial guide at 55°.The anatomic posterolateral aiming guide(Smith-Nephew)was used to create posterolateral tunnel.With the help of shuttle sutures,the free end of gracillis was passed through posterolateral tunnel to femoral tunnel followed by semitendinosus graft through anteromedial tunnel to femoral tunnel.On tibial side the graft was looped over bone-bridge between external apertures of anteromedial and posterolateral tunnel.Graft was fixed with interference screw on femoral side in 10°knee flexion.International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC),Tegner score,Pivot shift and knee laxity test(KLT,Karl-Storz)were recorded pre-and post-surgery.At one year magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)was done.Statistical analysis was done by SPSS software.Results Mean preoperative KLT reading of(10.00±1.17)mm in MDB group improved to(4.10±0.56)mm and in SB group it improved from(10.00±0.91)mm to(4.80±0.46)mm.The mean preoperative IKDC score in MDB group improved from(49.49±8.00)to(92.5±1.5)at one year and that in SB group improved from(52.5±6.9)to(88.4±2.6).At one-year 92.5%cases in MDB group achieved their preinjury Tegner activity level as compared to 60%in SB group.The improvement in IKDC,KLT and Tegner scale of MDB group was superior to SB group.MRI confirmed graft integrity at one year and clinically at 2 years.Conclusion MDB ACLR has shown better outcome than SB ACLR.It is a simple technique that does not require fixation on tibial side and resultant graft is close to native ACL. | Skand Sinha Ananta KNaik Appan Kumar Tista Jacob Santanu Kar | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Traumatology2020，23，6： | 1 |

| 13 | Effect of Pest Exclusion Net(PEN)on the Sustainable Production of Late Season Broad Leaf Mustard(BLM)in Chitwan,Nepal显示文摘Broad leaf mustard(BLM)(Brassica juncea L.var.rugosa,Brassicaceae)is one of the most widely consumed vegetable crops in Nepal.The production of crop in open field is constrained by major pests like mustard aphid and flea beetle.This study was aimed to determine the effects of pest exclusion net(PEN)on pest-infestation and yield of BLM cultivar“Khumal Broad Leaf”.The experiment was carried out in randomized complete block design(RCBD)with five treatments and four replications.The treatments included control(no mulch+no net+no pesticide spray),black plastic mulch only,reflective plastic mulch only,black plastic mulch+no net+pesticide spray,and PEN+black plastic mulch+no pesticide spray.Data were analyzed with RSTAT software package and means were separated by Duncan’s multiple range test(DMRT)at 5%level of significance.The result revealed that crop under PEN had highest plant height(38.99 cm),lowest number of aphid(0-0.86 per plant),flea beetle(0-1.07 per plant)and highest total marketable yield(77.50 ton/ha)while control had lowest plant height(20.06 cm),highest number of aphid(maximum 2.49 per plant),flea beetle(maximum 2.00 per plant)and lowest total marketable yield(13.75 ton/ha).Economic analysis revealed highest benefit-cost ratio in PEN(9.90).This study indicates that the use of PEN protect BLM against aphid and flea beetle,increases yield and can be considered as a viable technology for BLM production by smallholder growers of Nepal. | Ram Chandra Neupane Arjun Kumar Shrestha Rajendra Regmi Kim Fooyontphanich Ananta Raj Devkota | 2018 | Journal of Agricultural Science and Technology(A)2018，8，5： | 1 |
