1Hierarchical composite of biomass derived magnetic carbon framework and phytic acid doped polyanilne with prominent electromagnetic wave absorption capacity显示文摘To solve the electromagnetic pollution,herein,a CoFe_(2)O_(4)/C/PANI composite was developed by a green route,which was constructed with spinel of metal oxide,graphitized carbon and conductive polymer composites.Benefiting from the designable interfaces and increased dipoles,the microwave dielectric response capability can be boosted significantly and resulted in the enhanced microwave absorbing performance.As revealed by the reflection loss curve,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin) reached-51.81 dB at 12.4 GHz under a matched thickness of 2.57 mm.At 2.5 mm,the effective absorbing band covered 8.88 GHz,suggesting the desirable wideband feature.In our case,the method of utilization of a novel green way to fabricate multiple-component EM absorber can be a promising candidate for high-performance EM absorber.Tianqi Hou Zirui Jia Ailing Feng Zehua Zhou Xuehua Liu Hualiang Lv Guanglei Wu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,9:8
2Controlled synthesis of Ce(OH)CO_3 flowers by a hydrothermal method and their thermal conversion to CeO_2 flowers显示文摘Highly uniform Ce(OH)CO3 flowers were successfully prepared in large quantities using a facile hydrothermal approach from the reaction of Ce(NH4)(NO3)4 with CO(NH2)2 at 160 ℃ in a water-N 2H4 complex.The influences of the N2H4 content and temperature on flower formation were discussed.CeO2 flowers were prepared by thermal conversion of Ce(OH)CO3 flowers at 500℃ in air.Both Ce(OH)CO3 and CeO2 flowers were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The UV-vis adsorption spectrum of the CeO2 flowers showed that the band gap energy(Eg) is 2.66 eV,which is lower than that of bulk ceria.Dongen Zhang Feng Li Jian Gu Qing Xie Shanzhong Li Xiaobo Zhang Guiquan Han Ailing Ying Zhiwei Tong 2012Particuology2012,10,6:4
3Induction of xenogeneic islet transplantation tolerance by simultaneously blocking CD28-B7 and OX40-OX40L co-stimulatory pathways显示文摘It has been demonstrated that prolonged graft survival can be achieved through inhibiting the activation of T cells, and addition of soluble CTLA4Ig and OX40Ig proteins to mixed lymphocyte reactions can effectively inhibit T cell proliferation. To explore the potential of this type of treatment in xenotransplantation, we infected streptozotocin-induced diabetic BalB/c mice (H-2d) (200 mg/kg, IV) with 5×108 pfu AdCTLA4Ig-IRES-OX40Ig on day 1 before islets trans-plantation through the tail vein. The results showed that this treatment prolonged the islet xeno-grafts survival significantly. The reaction to exogenous glucose stimulation was normal and the cytokine secretion of the type Th1 cells was inhibited. The AdCTLA4Ig-IRES-OX40Ig-mediated treatment effectively induced the T cells into anergy and the Th1/Th2 cells into deviation. 4Chicory polysaccharides alleviate high-fat diet-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease via alteration of lipid metabolism-and inflammation-related gene expression显示文摘Administration of chicory polysaccharides(CP) can modify lipid metabolism, improve dyslipidemia, and reduce liver inflammation, all of which may help alleviate non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). However, the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study aimed to gain further understanding of the potential molecular mechanisms that mediate the protective effects of CP against NAFLD via transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses. Hepatic RNA-sequencing analysis demonstrated that long-term intake of CP restored expression of lipid metabolism-related genes Xbp1, Insig2, and Cth in NAFLD rats, thereby inhibiting de novo lipogenesis. Moreover, CP consumption restored expression levels of genes involved in pro-inflammatory responses, such as Irf1. In addition, metabolic data confirmed that CP treatment increased levels of L-palmitoylcarnitine and hexadecanoyl-Co A, implying that CP administration can promote hepatic fatty acid β-oxidation. 8Effect of Kushen(Radix Sophorae flavescentis) extract on laryngeal neoplasm Hep2 cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of fermented extract of Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis) or non-fermented ESF on laryngeal neoplasms Hep2 cells.METHODS:Use 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay to explore the effect of fermented ESF and non-fermented ESF on Hep2 cells,and detect the mRNA and protein expression level of Bcl-2,Bax and Caspase-3 with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) andWestern blot.RESULTS:Both fermented ESF and non-fermented ESF could inhibit laryngeal neoplasm's Hep2 cells,but and the cells did not response to the dilution 1:320 of fermented ESF,nor to the 1:1280 dilution of non-fermented ESF.As time progressed,the dilution 1:80 of fermented ESF and 1:320 dilution of non-fermented ESF could significantly reduce Bcl-2 mRNA and protein expression and down-regulate Caspase-3 mRNA and protein expression.Bax mRNA and protein were not expressed in Hep2 cells.CONCLUSIONS:Both fermented ESF and non-fermented ESF could inhibit the proliferation of Hep2 cells,and the effect of non-fermented ESF was significantly better than that of the fermented.Yingzi Wang Chunchao Han Xinsheng Fang Xinyuan Shi Ailing Feng Kuibang He Shenghai Zhang Xiuyu Sun 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:1

11Melatonin improves synapse development by PI3K/Akt signaling in a mouse model of autism spectrum disorder显示文摘Autism spectrum disorders are a group of neurodevelopmental disorders involving more than 1100 genes,including Ctnnd2 as a candidate gene.Ctnnd2knockout mice,serving as an animal model of autis m,have been demonstrated to exhibit decreased density of dendritic spines.The role of melatonin,as a neuro hormone capable of effectively alleviating social interaction deficits and regulating the development of dendritic spines,in Ctnnd2 deletion-induced nerve injury remains unclea r.In the present study,we discove red that the deletion of exon 2 of the Ctnnd2 gene was linked to social interaction deficits,spine loss,impaired inhibitory neurons,and suppressed phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt) signal pathway in the prefrontal cortex.Our findings demonstrated that the long-term oral administration of melatonin for 28 days effectively alleviated the aforementioned abnormalities in Ctnnd2 gene-knockout mice.Furthermore,the administration of melatonin in the prefro ntal cortex was found to improve synaptic function and activate the PI3K/Akt signal pathway in this region.The pharmacological blockade of the PI3K/Akt signal pathway with a PI3K/Akt inhibitor,wo rtmannin,and melatonin receptor antagonists,luzindole and 4-phenyl-2-propionamidotetralin,prevented the melatonin-induced enhancement of GABAergic synaptic function.These findings suggest that melatonin treatment can ameliorate GABAe rgic synaptic function by activating the PI3K/Akt signal pathway,which may contribute to the improvement of dendritic spine abnormalities in autism spectrum disorders.Luyi Wang Man Xu Yan Wang Feifei Wang Jing Deng Xiaoya Wang Yu Zhao Ailing Liao Feng Yang Shali Wang Yingbo Li 2024Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,7:0
12Combination of CTLA4-FasL gene transfer and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation led to durable macrochimerism and donor-specific tolerance in mouse model显示文摘Mixed hemopoietic chimerism is capable of inducing donor specific tolerance, thus eliminating the chronic immunosuppressive therapy following organ trans- plantation. As yet no safe and effective tolerance protocol is available for clinical implementation. Here we describe an alternative nonmyeloablative based strategy of using a single injection of recombination adenovirus vector encoding CTLA4-FasL fusing gene and donor bone marrow cells to promote durable mixed macrochimerism (>20% on 140 d). Chimeras exhibited robust donor-specific tolerance, as evi- denced by acceptance of fully allogeneic skin grafts (the mean survival time (MST)>200 d) and rejection of third- party skin grafts in a normal manner (MST<10 d). 13Thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of bismaleimide/cyanate ester copolymer显示文摘The blend was synthesised with bismaleimide(BMI)resin and bisphenol A-based cyanate ester(BADCy)resin.The BMI/BADCy copolymer showed excellent dielectric and thermal conductivity properties.The volume resistivity of the copolymer was a little lower than BADCy system.The volume resistivity of blend was 7.8×10^(15)Ω·cm when the BMI content was 20 wt%,which still showed good insulation performance.The dielectric property of modified BADCy copolymer remained the good stability from 0.1 Hz to 1 MHz.Compared to pure BADCy system,the breakdown property of BMI/BADCy blend reached the maximum value of 77.9 kV/mm when the content of BMI was 20 wt%,which was still about 1.22 times.The thermal property and thermal conductivity property of the copolymer were higher than BADCy system.Lin Wan Xia Zhang Guanglei Wu Ailing Feng 2017High Voltage2017,2,3:0
14Treatment of colorectal cancer by anticancer and antibacterial effects of hemiprotonic phenanthroline-phenanthroline^(+) with nanomicelle delivery显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a common digestive tract tumor worldwide.Specific microorganisms,including Fusobacterium nucleatum(F.nucleatum)and Escherichia coli(E.coli),are abundant in colonic mucosa and can promote the cancer progression and malignancy.Therefore,a therapeutic strategy is proposed to deliver effective drugs to colorectum for both anticancer and antibacteria.Here we used thin-film dispersionmethod to encapsulate hemiprotonic phenanthroline-phenanthroline^(+)(ph-ph^(+))into nanomicelle.The results showed that the drug-loading nanomicelle had good dispersion,and the particle size was about 28 nm.In vitro assay indicated that the nanomicelle was active against CRC-related obligate and facultative anaerobes.In human CRC cells,the nanomicelle could effectively inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis.In vivo distribution showed that the nanomicelle could release ph-ph^(+) mainly in the colorectum.In CRC model mice,the nanomicelle significantly reduced tumor number and volume,and decreased the bacteria load and colorectal inflammation.Together,the study identifies that the ph-ph^(+) nanomicelle has the potential to apply in treating CRC,and also suggests that anticancer combined with antimicrobial therapy would be a feasible way for CRC therapy.Yingying Zhang Zizhen Zhao Jingli Li Qinghua Wang Zhigang Fan Zhibo Yuan Yixiao Feng Ailing Fu 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,3:0

17High fidelity virtual try-on network via semantic adaptation and distributed componentization显示文摘Image-based virtual try-on systems have significant commercial value in online garment shopping.However,prior methods fail to appropriately handle details,so are defective in maintaining the original appearance of organizational items including arms,the neck,and in-shop garments.We propose a novel high fidelity virtual try-on network to generate realistic results.Specifically,a distributed pipeline is used for simultaneous generation of organizational items.First,the in-shop garment is warped using thin plate splines(TPS)to give a coarse shape reference,and then a corresponding target semantic map is generated,which can adaptively respond to the distribution of different items triggered by different garments.Second,organizational items are componentized separately using our novel semantic map-based image adjustment network(SMIAN)to avoid interference between body parts.Finally,all components are integrated to generatethe overall result by SMIAN.A priori dual-modalinformation is incorporated in the tail layers of SMIAN to improve the convergence rate of the network.Experiments demonstrate that the proposed method can retain better details of condition information than current methods.Our method achieves convincing quantitative and qualitative results on existing benchmark datasets.Chenghu Du Feng Yu Minghua Jiang Ailing Hua Yaxin Zhao Xiong Wei Tao Peng Xinrong Hu 2022Computational Visual Media2022,8,4:0
