5燃料浓度对可燃气云爆炸影响的实验研究与数值模拟显示文摘以0.02mm厚度的聚乙烯薄膜为约束物,进行了半径0.5m的半球形乙炔/空气气云爆炸实验。结果表明,在100mJ弱点火条件下,乙炔的爆炸界限(乙炔的质量分数)由1.5%~82.2%缩小到5.3%~17.8%,乙炔的最危险质量分数为13.3%。建立了描述可燃气云爆炸的数学模型,并采用SIMPLE算法对模型进行求解,得到了不同燃料质量分数的爆炸超压分布。计算结果与实验值相比较,最大相对偏差为10.11%。对甲烷/空气、乙烯/空气、乙炔/空气等气云爆炸威力进行了预测,当处于最危险质量分数时,大体积的3种气云爆炸均可造成建筑物的损坏,而随着质量分数偏离最危险质量分数,破坏能力随之降低。杨国刚 丁信伟 毕明树 Abuliti Abudula 2004石油学报(石油加工)2004,20,5:8
6宫颈癌发生与ApoE、 CLU和RelB表达调控的关系及意义显示文摘目的:以往研究显示,宫颈癌发生可能与体内ApoE、 CLU、 RelB和mTOR等血浆蛋白质表达水平变化存在一定的关系。此研究探讨宫颈癌发生与肿瘤组织中上述蛋白质的表达水平的关系,为建立宫颈癌早期预警指标提供依据。方法收集维吾尔族和汉族妇女宫颈鳞癌( cervical squamous cell carcinoma, CSCC)组织标本36例和正常对照组织25例。设计与合成ApoE、 CLU、 RelB和mTOR的mRNA序列特异性引物,采用定量RT?PCR方法,对宫颈癌和正常对照组织RNA进行mRNA表达水平鉴定。结果肿瘤组织中ApoE、 CLU和RelB 3种基因的转录水平上调,与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),但是mTOR表达水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),其中ApoE、 CLU和RelB表达水平变化与以往研究报道的血浆水平变化一致。结论宫颈癌的发生与肿瘤组织内ApoE、 CLU和RelB表达水平上调存在密切关系,与血浆水平变化一致,证明这些基因可能成为宫颈癌早期预警的组织和血浆检测指标。迪拉热·力迪甫 努尔满古力·肉孜 热孜亚·肉孜阿洪 艾尔肯·肉孜比拉力 吾尼且木·吐拉克 卿松 Abulizi Abudula 2016医学分子生物学杂志2016,13,3:7
7宫颈癌及癌前病变的全基因组表达谱分析及下调表达候选基因鉴定显示文摘目的探讨维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌组织特异的下调表达基因谱,建立基于下调表达基因的宫颈癌早期诊断方法。方法收集维吾尔族妇女宫颈病变新鲜组织标本72例,其中宫颈鳞癌(cervical squamous cell carcino-ma,CSCC)25例,宫颈内上皮瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)22例,正常宫颈组织(normal cervix,NC)25例。选择20例组织标本(CSCC 7例,CINⅢ6例,NC 7例),提取组织RNA,通过人类全基因组表达谱芯片及生物信息分析,筛选宫颈癌及癌前病变(CIN)特异性下调表达候选基因。通过对CSCC与正常对照(NC)组的基因差异表达谱进行比较分析,选取10种差异表达倍数较高的候选基因,利用72例宫颈病变组织RNA,对10种下调表达候选基因的表达水平进行半定量RT-PCR鉴定,确定宫颈癌及癌前病变与该基因表达水平变化的关系。结果以2倍及以上表达差异为量化标准,有下调表达候选基因112种。72例宫颈病变组织RNA的半定量RT-PCR筛查分析,发现在CSCC与正常对照组之间,FOSB、DNASE1L3、SCARA5、EGR1、ABI3BP、FOS、KLF4、RHOB、IER2和ID4等10种下调表达基因的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DNASE1L3、EGR1、FOS、KLF4和IER2等5种基因的表达水平差异在CIN与正常对照组之间有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是除了FOS基因外,其余4种基因表达在CSCC与CIN组之间无差异(P>0.05)。结论维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌发病进程可能与一系列基因的下调表达密切相关,而DNASE1L3、EGR1、FOS、KLF4和IER2等5种基因的表达水平变化可能成为宫颈癌早期预警指标。阿丽叶古丽.艾皮热 西尔扎提.苏来曼 刘开江 吐尔逊帕夏.吾布力卡 玛依拉.卡米力江 Abulizi Abudula 2013新疆医科大学学报2013,36,7:6
8Removal of biomass tar by steam reforming over calcined scallop shell supported Cu catalysts显示文摘In this study, the main purpose is to develop low-cost catalysts with high activity and stability for high quality syngas production via steam reforming of biomass tar in biomass gasification process. The calcined waste scallop shell(CS) supported copper(Cu) catalysts are prepared for steam reforming of biomass tar. The prepared Cu supported on CS catalysts exhibit higher catalytic activity than those on commercial CaO and Al_2O_3. Characterization results indicate that Cu/CS has a strong interaction between Cu and CaO in CS support, resulting in the formation of calcium copper oxide phase which could stabilize Cu species and provide new active sites for the tar reforming. In addition, the strong basicity of CS support and other inorganic elements contained in CS support could enhance the activity of Cu/CS. 9高良姜总黄酮对宫颈癌细胞生长和肿瘤干细胞标记物表达水平的影响及意义显示文摘目的:前期研究中,我们报道高良姜根来源的总黄酮( general flavonoids, GFs)可抑制SiHa宫颈癌细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡。以往研究证明肿瘤干细胞是SiHa细胞群体的重要组成部分,故本研究探讨高良姜GFs影响细胞凋亡、细胞周期相关基因及肿瘤干细胞标记物表达调控的机理,为抗肿瘤药物研发提供依据。方法以0、100和200μg/ml剂量的高良姜GFs干预SiHa宫颈癌细胞24 h,提取细胞总RNA,采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法对CDK4、 bcl-2、 ALDH1 A1、 OCT4和Twist1等5种基因表达水平进行定量分析。结果高良姜GFs干预SiHa宫颈癌细胞后, CDK4和bcl-2基因表达水平显著下降( P<0.05),呈剂量依赖性,说明该GFs可能调节细胞增殖和生存相关的基因表达调控,诱导细胞凋亡;随着药物剂量增加,肿瘤干细胞标记物ALDH1 A1、 OCT4和Twist1表达水平也梯度性下降,并有统计学差异( P<0.05)。结论本研究结果提示高良姜GFs可能抑制肿瘤干细胞基因表达水平,从而抑制细胞增殖,促进细胞凋亡,此为揭示宫颈癌发病机制及抗肿瘤新药研发提供重要依据。吾尼且木·吐拉克 赛米热·艾尼瓦尔 古扎力努尔·买提沙 木塔力甫·艾买提 迪拉热·力地甫 Abulizi Abudula 2016医学分子生物学杂志2016,13,2:5
10蜂胶黄酮Pinobanksin-3-acetate对结肠癌HCT-116细胞增殖及凋亡的影响显示文摘为探讨蜂胶黄酮(Pinobanksin-3-acetate,PB3A)对结肠癌HCT-116细胞增殖及细胞凋亡的影响,采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法,检测不同浓度、不同时间PB3A、5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)及两种药物联合作用对HCT-116细胞生长所产生的影响,倒置显微镜观察细胞的形态学变化特点,Annexin V-FITC/PI双染色、流式细胞仪检测药物作用24 h后的细胞凋亡率。结果显示,PB3A对HCT-116细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用,并呈浓度和时间依赖性。其抑制活性与5-FU几乎没有显著性差异,联合用药具有协同效应;在一定剂量范围内,可见凋亡细胞明显增多。流式细胞仪分析结果表明,细胞凋亡率明显上升,呈剂量依赖性。PB3A对HCT-116细胞具有明显的增殖抑制和诱导细胞凋亡作用。木塔力甫.艾买提 盛磊 Abulizi Abudula 买热艳木.艾尔肯 祖丽比亚.司马义 依米提.热合曼 2015科技导报2015,33,9:5

12HPV16编码蛋白与宫颈癌细胞内CALCA和TFPI-2表达的关系显示文摘目的:研究人乳头瘤病毒16(HPV16)编码蛋白的表达与宫颈癌细胞内CALCA和TFPI-2基因表达水平的关系,探讨依赖于HPV感染的宫颈癌发病机制。方法:设计与合成HPV16编码基因E6和E7序列特异性短发夹RNA(sh RNA)寡聚核苷酸片段,构建表达sh RNA的p RNAi载体,其中携带绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)报告基因,以此感染HPV16阳性的Si Ha宫颈癌细胞,采用荧光成像和实时荧光定量PCR(q PCR)分析等方法,评价载体转染效率、抑制效率及候选基因转录表达水平的变化。结果:在激光共聚焦显微镜下,观察到释放绿色荧光的细胞群,转染成功;根据定量q PCR分析,HPV16编码基因E6和E7的m RNA表达水平明显下降,sh RNA表达载体转染产生抑制效率;CDK4和BCL-2 m RNA表达水平明显下降,推测抑制HPV基因转录后,可能抑制宫颈癌细胞生长,引起细胞周期停滞;抑制E7基因表达后,CALCA和TFPI-2 m RNA表达水平明显上升,而抑制E6基因表达后,对上述基因表达水平的影响不明显。结论:HPV16编码蛋白质E7可能引起宫颈癌细胞内CALCA和TFPI-2基因表达下调,此为揭示依赖于HPV感染的宫颈癌发病机制提供了依据。迪拉热·力迪甫 木塔力甫·艾买提 盛磊 古扎力努尔买提沙 艾尔肯·肉孜比拉力 ABULIZI Abudula 2017癌变.畸变.突变2017,29,6:4

14Efficacy of radiotherapy for the treatment of cystic echinococcosis in naturally infected sheep显示文摘Background:Radiotherapy is commonly used to treat cancers.To date,there has been no study focusing on the effects of radiotherapy on hydatid disease in large animals.In this study,we aim to investigate the efficiency and safety of radiotherapy for treating hydatid disease caused by Echinococcus granulosus in naturally infected sheep.Methods:Ultrasound was used to screen naturally infected sheep in an echinococcosis endemic area in Xinjiang,China.A computer tomography(CT)scan confirmed the presence of hydatid cysts.Twenty sheep naturally infected with E.granulosus in the liver and/or lungs were randomly assigned into four groups receiving no irradiation,or X-ray irradiation of low(30 Gy),medium(45 Gy),and high dose(60 Gy),respectively.After three months of radiotherapy,a CT scan was performed to measure the changes in the cysts.The hepatic parasite cysts and host tissues were collected for histology and gene expression analysis.Results:In the animals subject to irradiation,no significant differences were observed in their appetite,daily activities,and weight before and after radiotherapy.Severe calcification was noticed in the cysts subject to a high dose of radiation compared with the groups subject to low and medium doses.Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that irradiation contributed to the damage of the cyst structure and nucleus in the germinal layers.Quantitative PCR demonstrated that expression of TPX and HSP70 significantly decreased in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.05).The expression of the EPC1 decreased in the medium-and high-dose groups compared with the low-dose group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the expression of radiation-related apoptosis genes caspase-3 and Gadd45 decreased with an increase in the irradiation dose.Conclusions:Radiotherapy is an option with satisfactory efficiency and safety for treating cystic echinococcosis in sheep with partial response or stable disease at month 3.In future,inhibition of cystic activity using radiotherapy may serve as a new regimen for treating hydatid disease.Rui Mao Wen-Bao Zhang Hong-Zhi Qi Tao Jiang Ge Wu Peng-Fei Lu Abudula Ainiwaer Ge Shang Lin Xu Jie Hao Xi Shou Hai-Tao Li Jun Li Song-An Zhang Yong-Xing Bao Hao Wen 2017Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1:4
15Mn-Co oxide decorated on Cu nanowires as efficient catalysts for catalytic oxidation of toluene显示文摘Mn-Co mixed oxides were electrodeposited on Cu nanowires generated on Cu foam(CF)and used for effectively catalytic oxidation of toluene.The physical and chemical properties of the prepared catalysts were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,H_(2)-TPR,O_(2)-TPD and XPS.It is found that the Mn-Co mixed metal oxides were uniformly coated on the Cu nanowires by the electrochemical method,whose Mn/Co ratio can be tuned by adjusting the molar ratio of Mn/Co in the initial solution for the electrodeposition.The intimate contact between Mn and Co nanocrystals was found by HRTEM,which is important for realizing synergetic effects on improving catalytic activity.Meanwhile,the formation of the active surface oxygen species and the increase of the active species of Mn^(4+)and Co^(3+)were considered to make significant contribution to the catalytic oxidation of toluene.Mn-Co mixed metal oxide catalysts exhibited higher performance than the single metal oxide,and especially 0.10Mn-0.01Co/CF catalyst with the Mn/Co molar ratio of 10:1 in the initial solution for the electrodeposition achieved the highest catalytic activity with a low toluene conversion temperature(T_(90%))of 251℃,and displayed excellent catalytic stability even in the presence of water vapor.It is expected that such a simply-electrodeposited mixed metal oxides based catalysts could be applied for the oxidation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in a practical process.Jing Wang Peifen Wang Akihiro Yoshid Qiang Zhao Shasha Li Xiaogang Hao Abuliti Abudula Guangwen Xu Guoqing Guan 2020Carbon Resources Conversion2020,3,1:4
16常规流场下各向异性扩散层对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)性能影响显示文摘为了研究扩散层各向异性对电池性能的影响,以XD=Diy,j/Dix,j为各向异性的表征,建立了使用常规流场的质子交换膜燃料电池二维传质模型。考虑了阴阳极内物质的对流和扩散、水和质子在膜内传递以及催化层的电化学反应。利用有限差分法对控制方程进行离散,采用逐次超松驰法求解得到了阴阳极反应气体和水的浓度分布以及催化层电流密度、膜中水含量、膜中电势和电流密度的分布。分析结果表明:在1≤XD≤4时增大XD有利于提高电池性能,但随着XD增大其对电池性能的影响逐渐减小;并且XD对电池性能的影响主要体现在对阴极和膜性能的影响上,其对阳极性能的影响甚微。何广利 丁信伟 由宏新 Abuliti Abudula 2005高校化学工程学报2005,19,6:3
17基于IPA^@生物信息平台筛选维吾尔族宫颈癌前病变患者血浆预警蛋白显示文摘目的依托IPA@在线生物信息学平台探讨维吾尔族患者宫颈癌前病变的发生与癌变机理,寻找血浆预警蛋白。方法运用IPA@在线生物信息学软件,针对前期研究中通过蛋白质组学方法筛选出的在维吾尔族妇女癌前病变宫颈内上皮瘤样病变CINⅡ和Ⅲ级患者血浆中31个差异蛋白进行生物学功能注释、调控网络分析、典型通路分析和生物标志物筛查分析。结果 IPA@分析发现CINⅡ/Ⅲ患者血浆中的差异蛋白的生物功能主要集中在炎症反应、细胞与细胞之间信号与作用和细胞生长与增殖,涉及的通路主要是急性期反应通路、JAK/Stat通路和IL-4通路,并且筛选出2种生物标志性蛋白,它们是代谢相关蛋白(ApoAⅠ)、信号传导相关蛋白(mTOR)。结论 ApoAⅠ和mTOR可作为宫颈癌及癌前病变的候选血浆预警蛋白。郭霞 伊力努尔.沙比提 玛依拉.卡米力江 刘开江 阿仙姑.哈斯木 哈丽丹.热依木 武贵臻 Abulizi Abudula 2014基础医学与临床2014,34,1:3
18绝经后女性乳腺癌与体内IGFBP2、FGA表达上调的关系及意义显示文摘目的对乳腺癌患者外周血标本进行蛋白质水平筛查分析,明确女性乳腺癌发生及绝经前后与IGFBP-2和FGA表达调控的关系。为建立乳腺癌早期预警及临床治疗疗效评估指标提供依据。方法收集病理确诊为乳腺癌的患者和健康志愿者外周血标本共85例,其中绝经后患者29例,未绝经患者36例,正常对照20例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,检测外周血(血浆)胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2( insulin-like growth factor binding protein 2, IGFBP2)和纤维蛋白原α链( fibrinogen alpha chain, FGA)含量。结果绝经后乳腺癌患者体内IGFBP-2含量升高,与未绝经患者和正常对照有显著差异(P〈0.05)。正常对照组患者血浆FGA含量低于未绝经及绝经后乳腺癌患者(P〈0.05)。未绝经乳腺癌与绝经后乳腺癌患者之间,FGA含量也存在显著差异(P〈0.05)。受信者操作特性( receiver operating characteristic, ROC)曲线分析显示,血浆IGFBP-2和FGA表达水平均有较高的灵敏度和特异性。结论绝经后和未绝经乳腺癌患者伴有血浆IGFBP-2与FGA含量升高,可能与乳腺癌IGFBP-2、FGA蛋白质的表达调控异常存在内在联系,此为进一步揭示乳腺癌发病机制、早期预警和临床治疗疗效评估提供依据。热孜亚·肉孜阿洪 迪拉热·力迪甫 迪丽米娜·伊拉木 古扎力努尔买提沙 Abulizi Abudula 2018医学分子生物学杂志2018,15,4:3

20宫颈癌发生与血浆RelB和PSMD10蛋白质表达调控的关系及临床意义显示文摘目的在前期蛋白质组学研究中,明确了一系列候选血浆差异蛋白指标,包括Rel B、PSMD10等含量上调可能是宫颈癌的候选血浆蛋白质指标。本研究对上述指标进行定量验证,探讨宫颈癌发生及进展与血浆蛋白质表达调控的关系及临床意义。方法收集维吾尔族女性宫颈病变患者外周血标本共70例,其中宫颈炎(cervicitis,CV)20例,宫颈内上皮瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasisa,CIN)Ⅱ~Ⅲ20例及宫颈鳞癌(cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CSCC)30例,采用酶联免疫法对血浆Rel B、PSMD10表达水平进行定量鉴定。结果宫颈病变进展伴有血浆Rel B、PSMD10蛋白质含量梯度性上调,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过不同血浆蛋白质含量变化的相关性分析,发现血浆PSMD10与Rel B呈低度正相关(r<0.4,P<0.01)。对不同蛋白质指标的检测对宫颈癌及癌前病变的预测能力分析,发现血浆Rel B蛋白质检测的敏感度、特异性和准确度较高(依次为90.0%、50.0%和75.7%),对宫颈癌诊断可能有较高的预测价值。结论宫颈癌发生与血浆蛋白质表达调控存在密切关系,血浆Rel B、PSMD10含量上调可能是宫颈癌发生的早期预警的血浆检测指标,对其检测对宫颈癌诊断具有较高的预测价值。玛依拉.卡米力江 哈丽丹.热依木 阿丽叶古丽.艾皮热木 伊力努尔.沙比提 Abulizi Abudula 2017医学研究杂志2017,46,5:3
