10API J55套管腐蚀损伤剩余强度研究显示文摘为了准确评估腐蚀损伤后的API J55级HFW套管剩余强度,以在石油钻机中使用了70 000 h的套管为研究对象,通过加工不同损伤程度的人工缺陷对管道进行压力试验,研究了套管腐蚀损伤后管道内的最大允许压力评估标准,并进行了有限元数值模拟。采用ASME B31G标准、修订后的ASME B31G标准、 CHoi’s结论的三种表达式估算了腐蚀损伤后管道的剩余强度值,并与有限元分析结果进行了比较。结果表明,腐蚀损伤缺陷的深度小于管体的50%时,不会影响其结构的完整性;有限元模拟计算结果与试验结果吻合;利用有限元方法进行腐蚀损伤预测时很大程度上取决于其参考应力值。田永强 何石磊 晁利宁 李远征 郭克星(编译) SEDMAK A Arsic M Sarkocevic Z 2021焊管2021,44,6:1
