1转向架区域简化对高速列车气动性能的影响显示文摘为探究列车底部转向架区域结构对列车底部流场以及列车气动性能的影响,本文采用SST k-ω湍流模型对不同简化程度转向架、雷诺数Re=2.25×10^(6)下的三车编组高速列车周围流场进行仿真分析,并结合风洞试验结果验证数值方法的正确性。分析结果表明:与原始带转向架的列车模型相比,移除转向架并光顺列车车身的简化模型,可实现列车减阻38.2%;将转向架区域进行全包裹并光顺风挡区域,列车气动阻力减少30.3%;而当移除转向架并保留转向架腔外形时,列车气动阻力不减反增10.2%。因此,在进行高速列车气动外形减阻设计时,可考虑封闭转向架腔的方式,实现列车整车气动减阻。张洁 ADAMU Abdulmalik 苏新超 郭展豪 高广军 2022Journal of Central South University2022,29,5:5
2Plant community and ecological analysis of woodland vegetation in Metema Area,Amhara National Regional State,Northwestern Ethiopia显示文摘We studied woodland vegetation in broad-leaved deciduous woodlands of Metema in northwestern Amhara regional state,Ethiopia to determine plant community types and species distribution patterns and their relationships with environmental variables,including altitude,pH,cation exchange capacity,electrical conductivity(EC),and moisture.We used a selective approach with a systematic sampling design.A total of 74 quadrats,each 25m × 25m at intervals of 150 200 m were sampled along the established transect lines.For herbaceous vegetation and soil data collection,five subquadrats each 1m × 1m were established at the four corners and the center of each quadrat.Three community types were identified using TWINSPAN analysis.All three community types showed high diversity(Shannon-Weiner index),the highest in community type II at 3.55.The highest similarity coefficient was 0.49(49%) between community types II and III,reflecting 0.51(51%) dissimilarity in their species richness.The canonical correspondence ordination diagram revealed that the distribution pattern of community type I was explained by moisture while that of community types III and II was explained by EC and altitude and moisture,respectively.Altitude was the most statistically significant environmental variable,followed by moisture and EC in determining the total variation in species composition and distribution patterns while pH and cation exchange capacity were non significant.In conclusion,we recommend that any intervention should take into account these three discrete community types and their environmental settings to make the intervention more successful.Haile Adamu Wale Tamrat Bekele Gemedo Dalle 2012Journal of Forestry Research2012,23,4:5
3Floristic diversity, regeneration status, and vegetation structure of woodlands in Metema Area, Amhara National Regional State, North-western Ethiopia显示文摘We studied woodland vegetation in broad-leaved deciduous woodlands of Metema in northwestern Amhara regional state, Ethiopia Our objective was to describe plant species composition, diversity, regeneration status, and population structure by a selective approach with asystematic sampling design. A total of 74 quadrats (each for 25 m × 25 m,spaced at intervals of 150 200 m) were sampled along established transect lines following the homogeneity of the vegetation. Vegetation data including cover-abundance, height, diameter at breast height (DBH), and numbers of seedlings and saplings of woody species were analyzed using Excel spreadsheet, Shannon Weiner diversity index, and PAST version 1.62. A total of 87 vascular plant species of 74 genera and 36 families were recorded. The dominant family was Fabaceae represented by 16(18.39 %) species of 13 genera. Shannon Weiner diversity and evenness were 3.67 and 0.82, respectively, which showed that the area was endowed with rich floral diversity evenly distributed. The vegetation structure, as quantified by cumulative diameter class frequency distribution,plotted as an interrupted inverted-J-shape pattern with a sharp decreasein the 2nd diameter class. This indicated poor vegetation structure. The diameter classes frequency distributions of selected species plotted infour general patterns i.e., interrupted Inverted-J-shape, J-shape,Bell-shape and Irregular-shape. 4Heavy metal concentrations in soils and plants in the vicinity of Arufu lead-zinc mine, Middle Benue Trough, Nigeria显示文摘This study focused on the influence of base metal mining on heavy metal levels in soils and plants in the vicinity of Arufu lead-zinc mine, Nigeria. Soil samples (0-15 cm depth) and plant samples were collected from cul-tivated farmlands in and around the mine, the unmineralized site and a nearby forest (the control site). The samples were analyzed for heavy metals (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Pb, Cr and Cd) by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). The physical properties of soils (pH and LOI) were also measured. Results showed that soils from cultivated farm-lands have neutral pH values (6.5-7.5), and low organic matter contents (<10%). Levels of Zn, Pb and Cd in culti-vated soils were higher than the concentrations obtained from the control site. These heavy metals are most probably sourced from mining and agricultural activities in the study area. Heavy metal concentrations measured in plant parts decreased in the order of rice leaves>cassava tubers>peelings. In the same plant species, metal levels decreased in the order of Zn>Fe>Mn>Cu>Pb>Cr>Cd. Most heavy metals were found in plant parts at average concentrations normally observed in plants grown in uncontaminated soil, however, elevated concentrations of Pb and Cd were found in a few cassava samples close to the mine dump. 6Monochromatic green light stimulation during incubation shortened the hatching time via pineal function in White Leghorn eggs显示文摘Background:Effect of monochromatic green light illumination on embryo development has been reported in chickens.The avian pineal gland is an important photo-endocrine organ formed by a mediodorsal protrusion during embryonic development.However,the involvement of pineal gland in the light transduction process remains to be elucidated.In the present study,we investigated the influence of monochromatic green light on hatching time and explored the possible mechanism via pineal function.Results:A total of 600 eggs of White Leghorn(Shaver strain)were incubated under photoperiods of either 12 h of light and 12 h of darkness using monochromatic green light(12L:12D group)or 24 h of darkness(0L:24D group)for 18 d.Compared to 0L:24D group,the green light stimulation shortened the hatching time without extending the hatch window or impairing hatchability.The liver of embryos incubated in the 12L:12D light condition was heavier than those of the 0L:24D group on d 21 post incubation which may be linked to the observed increase in the serum concentration of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1);primary secretion of the liver.Histological structure analysis of pineal gland demonstrated that the light stimulation increased follicle area,wall thickness and lumen area on d 10 and d 12 post incubation.Rhythmic function analysis demonstrated that three clock related genes(brain and muscle ARNT-like-1,BMAL1;circadian locomotor output cycles kaput,CLOCK;and cryptochrome-1,CRY1)and a melatonin rate-limiting enzyme related gene(arylalkylamine N-acetyltransferase,AANAT)were rhythmically expressed in the pineal gland of the 12L:12D group,but not in the 0L:24D group.Simultaneously,the light stimulation also increased the concentration of melatonin(MT),which was linked to hepatocyte proliferation and IGF-1 secretion in previous studies.Conclusions:The 12L:12D monochromatic green light stimulation during incubation shortened hatching time without impairing hatching performance.Pineal gland’s early histological development and maturation of its rhythmic function were accelerated by the light stimulation.It may be the key organ in the photo-endocrine axis that regulates embryo development,and the potential mechanism could be through enhanced secretion of MT in the 12L:12D group which promotes the secretion of IGF-1.Panlin Wang Yanyan Sun Yunlei Li Jing Fan Yunhe Zong Adamu Mani Isa Lei Shi Yuanmei Wang Aixin Ni Pingzhuang Ge Linlin Jiang Shixiong Bian Hui Ma Zhengdong Yuan Xiaolin Liu Jilan Chen 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,3:3
7Fusarium wilt of banana:Current update and sustainable disease control using classical and essential oils approaches显示文摘Fusarium species were reported to produce biofilms.Biofilms are superficial societies of microbes bounded and endangered by being situated or taking place outside a cell or cells.The most destructive fungal diseases caused by phytopathogens are as a result of biofilms formation.Fusarium wilt of banana(Panama disease)is caused by a soil-borne pathogen called Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense.Fusarium oxysporum occurs in a form of a species complex(FOSC)which encompasses a crowd of strains.Horizontal genetic factor transfer may donate to the observed assortment in pathogenic strains,while sexual reproduction is unknown in the FOSC.Fusarium wilt is a notorious disease on several crops worldwide.Yield loss caused by this pathogen is huge,and significant to destroy crop yields annually,thereby affecting the producer countries in various continents of the world.The disease is also resistant to various synthetic chemical fungicides.However,excessive use of synthetic fungicides during disease control could be lethal to humans,animals,and plants.This calls for alternative eco-friendly management of this disease by targeting the biofilms formation and finally suppressing this devastating phytopathogen.In this review,we,therefore,described the damage caused by Fusarium wilt disease,the concept of filamentous fungal biofilms,classical control strategies,sustainable disease control strategies using essential oils,and prevention and control of vegetables Fusarium wilt diseases.Abubakar Abubakar Ismaila Khairulmazmi Ahmad Yasmeen Siddique Muhammad Aswad Abdul Wahab Abdulaziz Bashir Kutawa Adamu Abdullahi Syazwan Afif Mohd Zobir Arifin Abdu Siti Nor Akmar Abdullah 2023Horticultural Plant Journal2023,9,1:2
8CPPCNDL: Crude oil price prediction using complex network and deep learning algorithms显示文摘Crude oil price prediction is a challenging task in oil producing countries.Its price is among the most complex and tough to model because fluctuations of price of crude oil are highly irregular,nonlinear and varies dynamically with high uncertainty.This paper proposed a hybrid model for crude oil price prediction that uses the complex network analysis and long short-term memory(LSTM)of the deep learning algorithms.The complex network analysis tool called the visibility graph is used to map the dataset on a network and K-core centrality was employed to extract the non-linearity features of crude oil and reconstruct the dataset.The complex network analysis is carried out in order to preprocess the original data to extract the non-linearity features and to reconstruct the data.Thereafter,LSTM was employed to model the reconstructed data.To verify the result,we compared the empirical results with other research in the literature.The experiments show that the proposed model has higher accuracy,and is more robust and reliable.Makumbonori Bristone Rajesh Prasad Adamu Ali Abubakar 2020Petroleum2020,6,4:2
9母鸡持续受精能力的群体变异分析显示文摘旨在探究母鸡持续受精能力在品种间的差异和群体内的变异程度及相关性状之间的相关性,为制定合理的输精间隔和开展母鸡持续受精能力的选育提供理论依据。本研究以27周龄的白来航、哥伦比亚洛克、芦花和洛岛红4个品种健康的母鸡各158只为试验材料,连续输精2d,第3天开始按照母鸡个体收集种蛋孵化,统计输精后4周内的种蛋受精情况,比较各品种输精后产蛋数、日/周受精率、4周平均受精率、最长受精天数和最大连产受精蛋数等性状,并计算部分性状间的相关系数。结果显示,4个品种输精后日受精率随着天数的增加而降低,但程度不同,白来航、哥伦比亚洛克、芦花和洛岛红日受精率大于90%的输精后最大天数分别为10、9、8和11d。4个品种输精后前9d种蛋的日受精率除了第4天(P=0.01)外均无显著差异(P>0.05),第10~18天种蛋的日受精率除了第13(P=0.08)和16天(P=0.19)外均差异显著(P<0.05),第19~28天无显著差异(P>0.05);输精后品种间第1(P>0.05)和4周(P>0.05)的周受精率均无显著差异,第2(P=0.005)和3周(P=0.04)均差异显著;不同品种母鸡的产蛋数、4周受精蛋数、4周平均受精率、最长受精天数、最大连产受精蛋数、第1周受精蛋数、第2周受精蛋数、第3周受精蛋数和第2~3周受精蛋数均存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中洛岛红的各个指标均最高;品种内个体间上述性状也存在变异,其中洛岛红变异较小,哥伦比亚洛克和芦花变异较大;母鸡受精能力相关性状间均为正相关,其中第2周受精蛋数(r=0.86,P<0.0001)、第2~3周受精蛋数(r=0.92,P<0.0001)与4周受精蛋数相关系数较大。本研究结果表明,不同品种母鸡持续受精能力存在差异,可制定品种特异性输精间隔;品种内母鸡持续受精能力存在较大变异,具有进一步选育的基础;第2周受精蛋数可以在保证准确性的前提下减少性状测定的工作量,相较而言是评估和选育母鸡持续受精能力的理想性状。范静 马腾壑 王攀林 石雷 李云雷 Adamu ManiIsa 黄子妍 倪爱心 麻慧 孙研研 陈继兰 2019畜牧兽医学报2019,50,10:2
10鸽毛滴虫外泌体的分离鉴定及蛋白质谱分析显示文摘旨在研究鸽毛滴虫是否分泌外泌体及虫源外泌体的蛋白组成和功能,为探索外泌体在鸽毛滴虫寄生过程中的作用奠定基础。采集鸽毛滴虫感染个体口腔及咽部病灶处样本,进行分离培养及纯化,使用显微镜鉴定虫体形态,提取DNA并比对其序列,确定培养物是否为鸽毛滴虫虫株;通过对培养液上清进行超速离心,透射电子显微镜、Western blot技术和纳米颗粒追踪分析(nanoparticle tracking analysis,NTA)鉴定培养液上清中是否含有虫源外泌体;最后通过Label-free技术分析虫源外泌体的蛋白质谱表达。结果显示,虫体具有明显的毛滴虫形态及特征,与鸽毛滴虫ITS1/5.8S/ITS2基因比对率达98%。从虫体培养液中提取的囊泡经透射电子显微镜观察具有明显的茶托样结构;NTA结果显示,粒径集中于125.1 nm,峰值粒径为132.3 nm,占比99.3%;CD63和TSG101等外泌体标记蛋白的条带明显,表明提取物为外泌体。质谱结果显示,烯醇酶、3-磷酸甘油醛-脱氢酶、磷酸甘油酸变位酶和延伸因子为表达量较高的蛋白质。GO功能注释显示外泌体蛋白富集到细胞内和胞浆等细胞组分,发挥GTP连接和GTP酶活性功能,参与小GTPase介导的信号转导与糖酵解等过程。KEGG通路富集表明,虫源外泌体蛋白主要富集于代谢途径、糖酵解/糖异生、抗生素的生物合成和次级代谢产物的生物合成等通路。本研究发现鸽毛滴虫可以分泌外泌体,并对虫源外泌体进行蛋白质谱分析,提示虫源外泌体中的蛋白质在寄生虫的能量代谢、信号转导及生物合成等过程中发挥重要作用。倪爱心 李云雷 葛平壮 王攀林 Adamu Mani Isa 石雷 范静 孙研研 孙鸿 麻慧 陈继兰 2020畜牧兽医学报2020,51,7:2
