1可变速抽水蓄能发电技术应用与进展显示文摘可变速抽水蓄能可成为电网负荷频率控制、平衡可再生能源发电出力波动的有效手段。论文在介绍可变速抽水蓄能整体结构的基础上,重点介绍了交交方式和交直交方式变频励磁单元的拓扑和构成。说明了交交方式具有器件少、可靠性高、易于大容量化等优点,但存在频率只能整数倍减小、无法实现大范围连续调节、响应速度较慢等缺点。而交直交方式具有频率可大范围连续调节、响应速度较快等特点,其性价比呈快速上升趋势。分析了机组在发电方式和电动方式时运行的变速原理和调节过程。通过发电出力与转速的关系曲线说明通过转速控制实现最佳出力的过程。通过泵类负荷输入功率与转速的关系,描述了电动方式下调节转速对电网功率调节的作用。综合考虑能量平衡、波动负荷与可再生能源发电出力跟踪控制及电压稳定控制的需求,形成参考功率。在此基础上,采用d-q解耦方法实现可变速机组有功与无功功率的控制。最后,通过电网功率调节、电压波动控制及风电功率波动抑制示例,阐述了可变速机组对电网运行的控制作用。韩民晓 Othman Hassan ABDALLA 2013科技导报2013,31,16:37
2Deceptive jamming suppression in multistatic radar based on coherent clustering显示文摘This paper proposes a suppression method of the deceptive false target(FT) produced by digital radio frequency memory(DRFM) in a multistatic radar system. The simulated deceptive false targets from DRFM cannot be easily discriminated and suppressed with traditional radar systems. Therefore, multistatic radar has attracted considerable interest as it provides improved performance against deception jamming due to several separated receivers. This paper first investigates the received signal model in the presence of multiple false targets in all receivers of the multistatic radar. Then, obtain the propagation time delays of the false targets based on the cross-correlation test of the received signals in different receivers. 4新疆药用植物牛至内生细菌多样性与抗菌活性显示文摘【背景】植物内生菌作为微生物群落中一类非常重要的组成部分,在多个领域都有广泛的应用价值,如促进植物生长、抵抗病虫害、生物固氮、降解有毒有害化合物等。【目的】进一步丰富新疆野果林苹果腐烂病害的生防资源以及分析牛至内生细菌多样性特征。【方法】通过纯培养方法,对健康植物牛至组织进行内生细菌的分离纯化,并进行16S rRNA基因序列分析;再利用平板对峙法筛选具有抑制苹果腐烂病病原菌生长的内生细菌。【结果】共分离到168株内生细菌,最终确定为4门5纲8目12科17属,其中优势属为芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus)。由分离实验结果可知,M1号TSA培养基,M5号组氨酸-棉子糖培养基和M6号NA培养基是分离牛至内生细菌较为理想的培养基;采自新源县野果林的牛至内生细菌多样性较为丰富,在牛至根部内生细菌种类更多;通过拮抗实验共筛选出59株牛至内生细菌具有较好的抑菌效果。【结论】新疆药用植物牛至内生细菌的物种多样性较为丰富,而且富含一批有效抑制野苹果腐烂病病原菌生长的内生细菌菌株。因此,本研究在新疆野果林苹果腐烂病的生物防治和药用植物内生细菌种质资源的填补等方面具有重要意义。高磊 刘永红 马金彪 Osama Abdalla Abdelshafy Mohamad 李文均 李丽 2021微生物学通报2021,48,4:8

7Experimental Investigation of Immiscible Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Foam Rheology for Improved Oil Recovery显示文摘This paper presents the rheological behaviour of supercritical CO_2(s CO_2) foam at reservoir conditions of 1 500 psi and 80 °C. Different commercial surfactants were screened and utilized in order to generate a fairly stable CO_2 foam. Mixed surfactant system was also introduced to generate strong foam. Foam rheology was studied for some specific foam qualities using a high pressure high temperature(HPHT) foam loop rheometer. A typical shear thinning behaviour of the foam was observed and a significant increase in the foam viscosity was noticed with the increase of foam quality until 85%. A desired high apparent viscosity with coarse texture was found at 85% foam quality. Foam visualization above 85% showed an unstable foam due to extremely thin lamella which collapsed and totally disappeared in the loop rheometer. Below 5_2%, a non-homogenous and unstable foam was found having low viscosity with some liquid accumulation at the bottom of the circulation loop. 8Endocrine and ovarian responses in water buffalo cows immunized against inhibin and subjected to the Ovsynch protocol显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of stimulating ovarian follicle development in order to improve fertility in water buffalo cows by immunization against inhibin. The experiment was carried out in early summer(May) and included 24 multi-parity crossbred Murrah-Swamp buffaloes that were divided into immunized(n=11) and control(n=13) groups. Each immunized cow was administered with a 2-m L immunogen of mineral oil adjuvant containing 2 mg of recombinant inhibin α-subunit fusion protein. The controls were treated with the adjuvant only. All animals received Ovsynch protocol treatment, starting on the day of the antigen administration, and they were artificially inseminated upon behavioral estrus. As a result, all of the immunized buffaloes generated antibodies against inhibin during the experimental period and had higher plasma concentrations of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), activin, and estradiol(E2) related to estrous expression. A higher proportion of immunized animals expressed estrus behavior than did the controls(72% vs. 30%, P<0.05). On average, inhibin-immunized buffaloes had significantly more large follicles(≥9 mm in diameter) than the controls(mean±SEM; 1.2±0.1 vs. 0.84±0.1, respectively; P<0.05) and a slightly higher mean total number of follicles(≥2 mm; 11.4±0.7 vs. 9.0±1.1, respectively; P=0.09) and small(2–4 mm) follicles(8.81±0.6 vs. 6.84±1.0, respectively; P=0.12). A higher percentage of cows ovulated in the immunized group than in the control group(91%(10/11) vs. 54%(7/13), respectively; P<0.05). Moreover, inhibin-immunized cows had slightly larger corpus luteum(CL) than the controls 9 days after ovulation and significantly higher(P<0.01) post-ovulation peak plasma progesterone(P4) concentrations. Immunization against inhibin also marginally increased the conception rate 42 days after insemination(45.8% vs. 15.4%; P>0.05). 9Endophytes as Producers of Peptides:An Overview About the Recently Discovered Peptides from Endophytic Microbes显示文摘An endophyte is a fungus or bacterium that lives within a plant in a symbiotic relationship.Extensive colonization of the plant tissue by endophytes creates a barrier effect,where they outcompete and prevent pathogenic organisms from taking hold.This happens by producing secondary metabolites that inhibit the growth of the competitors or pathogens.In this way they play a very important role in the plant defence mechanisms.The metabolites produced by these endophytes fall within a wide range of classes of compounds that include peptides which are the focus of this review.Peptides are increasingly being selected for drug development because they are specific for their targets and have a higher degree of interactions.There have been quite a number of endophytic peptides reported in the recent past indicating that endophytes can be used for the production of peptide based drugs.Molecular screening for NRPS,which shows peptide producing capability,has also shown that endophytes are potential producers of peptides.The presence of NRPS also offers the possibility of genetic modifications which may generate peptides with high pharmacological activities.This review,therefore,aims to show the current status of peptides isolated from endophytic bacteria and fungi in the recent decade.Endophytes as potential sources of peptides according to NRPS studies will also be discussed.Muna Ali Abdalla Josphat C.Matasyoh 2014Natural Products and Bioprospecting2014,4,5:5
10Effect of smart sprinkler irrigation utilization on water use efficiency for wheat crops in arid regions显示文摘The smart irrigation system(SIS)developed in this research is a valuable tool for scheduling irrigation and quantifying water required by plants.SIS was implemented and tested under sprinkler irrigation system to irrigate wheat crops(YecoraRojo).Results obtained from this system were compared with the control irrigation system(CIS),whose scheduling method was based on data from an automatic weather station.Results indicated significant savings in applied water using the SIS.In addition,the use of the SIS conserved 12%of irrigation water compared to CIS and obtained an economical yield.The water use efficiency(WUE)under SIS had generally higher values(1.64 kg/m^(3))compared to CIS(1.46 kg/m^(3)).Hence,the application of SIS technology provides significant advantages on WUE and irrigation water use efficiency(IWUE).Relatively high WUE and IWUE were found for the irrigation treatment(80%of evapotranspiration under SIS).Results showed that the irrigation requirements of wheat increased(100%of ETc under CIS)with increasing evapotranspiration(ETc)but excessive irrigation could decrease WUE and IWUE.These results indicated that extreme irrigation might not produce higher yield or optimal economic benefit,thus,suitable irrigation schedules by using SIS must be established and extendable to other agricultural crops.Hussein Mohammed Al-Ghobari Mohamed Said Abdalla El Marazky 2014International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,1:5
11Does an association exist between chronic pancreatitis and liver cirrhosis in alcoholic subjects?显示文摘AIM: To study the possible association between chronic pancreatitis (CP) and liver cirrhosis (LC) of alcoholic etiology,after excluding any other causes.METHODS: One hundred and forty consecutive alcoholic patients were subdivided into three groups: CP (n = 53),LC (n = 57),and asymptomatic alcoholic (n = 30).Clinical,biochemical and morphological characteristics,Child-Pugh index,indocyanine green test,and fecal pancreatic elastase-1 test were assessed.RESULTS: In patients with cirrhosis,major clinical manifestations of CP such as pancreatic pain and steatorrhea,as well as imaging alterations of CP such as calcifications,duct dilation and pseudocysts were absent; insulin-dependent diabetes was present in 5.3% of cases,and elastase-1 test was altered in only 7%,and severely altered in none.In patients with CP,clinical characteristics of cirrhosis such as ascites,encephalopathy and gastrointestinal hemorrhage were present in one case,Child-Pugh grade > A in 5.7%,and altered indocyanine green test in 1.9% cases.In asymptomatic alcoholism,there was only a non-coincident alteration of elastase-1 test and indocyanine test in 14.8% and 10%,respectively,but other characteristics of cirrhosis or CP were absent.An inverse correlation (r = -0.746) between elastase-1 test and indocyanine test was found in alcoholic patients.CONCLUSION: There is a scarce coincidence in clinical and morphological alterations among patients with CP or LC of alcoholic etiology,but an inverse correlation between pancreatic and liver function tests.These findings support that these alcoholic diseases evolve in a different manner and have different etiopathogenesis.Luis Aparisi Luis Sabater Juan Del-Olmo Juan Sastre Miguel-Angel Serra Ricardo Campello Daniel Bautista Abdalla Wassel José-Manuel Rodrigo 2008World Journal of Gastroenterology2008,14,40:4

16Hepatocellular injury and the mortality risk among patients with COVID-19: A retrospective cohort study显示文摘BACKGROUND Clearly,infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 is not limited to the lung but also affects other organs.We need predictive models to determine patients’prognoses and to improve health care resource allocation during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.While treating COVID-19,we observed differential outcome prediction weights for markers of hepatocellular injury among hospitalized patients.AIM To investigate the association between hepatocellular injury and all-cause inhospital mortality among patients with COVID-19.METHODS This multicentre study employed a retrospective cohort design.All adult patients admitted to Al-Azhar University Hospital,Assiut,Egypt and Abo Teeg General Hospital,Assiut,Egypt with confirmed COVID-19 from June 1,2020,to July 30,2020 were eligible.We categorized our cohort into three groups of(1)patients with COVID-19 presenting normal aminotransferase levels;(2)patients with COVID-19 presenting one-fold higher aminotransferase levels;and(3)patients with COVID-19 presenting two-fold higher aminotransferase levels.We analysed the association between elevated aminotransferase levels and all-cause in-hospital mortality.The survival analysis was performed using the Kaplan–Meier method and tested by log-rank analysis.RESULTS In total,376 of 419 patients met the inclusion criteria,while 29(8%)patients in our cohort died during the hospital stay.The median age was 40 years(range:28-56 years),and 51%were males(n=194).At admission,54%of the study cohort had liver injury.The pattern of liver injury was hepatocellular injury with an aspartate aminotransferase(AST)predominance.Admission AST levels were independently associated with all-cause in-hospital mortality in the logistic regression analysis.A one-fold increase in serum AST levels among patients with COVID-19 led to an eleven-fold increase in in-hospital mortality(P<0.001).Admission AST levels correlated with C-reactive protein(r=0.2;P<0.003)and serum ferritin(r=0.2;P<0.0002)levels.Admission alanine aminotransferase levels correlated with serum ferritin levels(r=0.1;P<0.04).Serum total bilirubin levels were independently associated with in-hospital mortality in the binary logistic regression analysis after adjusting for age and sex but lost its statistical significance in the fully adjusted model.Serum ferritin levels were significantly associated with in-hospital mortality(P<0.01).The probability of survival was significantly different between the AST groups and showed the following order:a two-fold increase in AST levels>a one-fold increase in in AST levels>normal AST levels(P<0.0001).CONCLUSION Liver injury with an AST-dominant pattern predicts the severity of COVID-19.Elevated serum ferritin levels are associated with fatal outcomes.Ali Madian Ahmed Eliwa Hytham Abdalla Haitham A Azeem Aly 2021World Journal of Hepatology2021,13,8:3
17Optimization of MgO/Al_2O_3 ratio for the maximization of active site densities in the Ni_2P/MgAlO catalysts for the hydrotreating reactions显示文摘The Ni_2P/MgAlO catalysts with different MgO/Al_2O_3 ratios were prepared by the phosphidation of corresponding Ni/Mg Al O catalysts with triphenylphosphine in liquid phase.It was found that the MgO/Al_2O_3 ratio affected the Ni_2P/MgAlO catalysts significantly.The Ni_2P/Mg Al O catalyst with the MgO/Al_2O_3 ratio of 3(w/w) exhibited the highly dispersed Ni_2 P particles(~9 nm) with the highest CO uptake(344 μmol/g)and thus the highest activities for the hydrotreating reactions.However,based on the CO uptakes on the used catalysts,the TOF values for the hydrodesulphurization of dibenzothiophene as well as those for the hydrogenation of tetralin on all the Ni_2P/MgAlO catalysts were respectively similar,indicating that the MgO/Al_2O_3 ratio did not affect the intrinsic activities of Ni_2 P supported on the MgAlO support for the hydrotreating reactions.Junen Wang Xiaogan Wang Yamei Yuan Abdalla Shuaib Jianyi Shen 2016Journal of Energy Chemistry2016,25,4:3

19Effects of tilt angle of disk plough on some soil physical properties, work rate and wheel slippage under light clay soil显示文摘Standard Disk Plough(SDP)is the integral element of traditional farming system in Middle and Northern Sudan.In SDP,the tilt angle between the planes of the cutting edge of the disk which is inclined to a vertical line may be altered according to the field conditions.Tractor drivers usually use an angle close to maximum in order to decrease the tillage depth,consequently decreasing power requirements,without considering the tillage quality and the impact on the soil properties.This experiment was conducted at the College of Agricultural Studies farm of Sudan University of Science and Technology to study the effects of three tilt angles(15°,20°and 25°)on soil bulk density,mean weight diameter,wheel slippage,work rate(or effective field capacity)and soil volume disturbed using mounted disk plough.The nature of soil on the farm found to be light clay.The theoretical forward speed was maintained at 6 km/h.The results showed that increasing tilt angle of the plough significantly(p<0.05)increased the bulk density,mean weight diameter and field capacity while significantly decreasing the tractor wheel slippage and soil volume disturbance.Abdalla N Osman Li Xia Zhang Dongxing 2011International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2011,4,2:3
20高超音速双楔形升力面的主动热气动弹性控制问题的研究(英文)显示文摘非线性热弹性和气动不稳定性问题在再入大气层运载工具和高超音速飞行器上都是极为重要的问题,应该在飞行器的设计阶段给予特别的重视。尤其是热力学问题更为重要,因为温度环境的变化可对高超音速飞行器结构的静力学与动力学特性产生显著影响,进而导致动力学不稳定乃至于灾难性的结构疲劳破坏。为了深入理解这类'热'结构的动力学行为,本文分析一种双楔形升力面,该升力面在沉浮和俯仰两个自由度方向都有自由间隙与三次非线性结构刚度。三阶空气动力学活塞理论被用来计算施加于升力面上的非线性非定常气动载荷。还考虑了由于升力面气动加热产生的轴向应力所导致的扭转刚度的损失。根据高速气流产生的隔热层温度可以预估气动加热的影响。主动控制是今年来兴起的主要用于航空宇航结构系统的新技术,为了抑制颤振边界上和颤振后的动力响应,我们采用了线性和非线性主动控制策略,给出了建模方法及其仿真结果。值得强调的是,当扭转刚度损失较大时有可能引发升力面的动力学不稳定状态。此外,主动控制策略还可以拓展颤振边界,并且能将不稳定极限环振动转变为稳定极限环振动,或者可以将这两种状态的转捩点推向更高的马赫数。Laith K Abbas 陈前 Piergiovanni Marzocca Gürdal Zafer Abdalla Mostafa 2008Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2008,21,1:3
