| 1 | Natural Convection Heat Transfer From a Hot Rectangular and a Square Corrugated Plate to a Cold Flat Plate显示文摘Experimental study of natural convection heat transfer across air layers bounded by a lower hot rectangular and a square corrugated plates to an upper cold flat plate has been carried out. The surroundings of this space are adiabatic. The effect of the angle of inclination, the aspect ratio, the temperature potential and the Rayleigh number on average heat transfer coefficients are investigated within a range of 0°≤75°,, 2.33≤A≤6.33, 10°≤T ≤35°, and 3.29xl04≤RaL≤ 2.29x106. | 2 | Designing for Long Campaign Life Blast Furnace (1)──The Mathematical Model of Temperature Field for Blast Furnace Lining and Cooling Apparatus and New Concept of Long Campaignship Blast Furnace Cooler Design显示文摘The physical and mathematical model of temperature field for blast furnace stave coolers was established. The computation results show that the heat resistance of 2-6 mm water scale within the cooling pipe is about 7%-20% of the total heat resistance of cooling stave body, as for drilling duct type, the heat resistance of 2-6 mm water scale is about 88%-98% of the total heat resistance. Using drilling duct or full cast pipe can eliminate gas clearance and coating layer between pipes and cast iron body and reduce the heat resistance of the cooler sharply and improve the coefficient of heat transfer to a great extent. These states,which are markedly inhomogeneous in the length as well as in the height of the deformation zone,were taken as the basis for physical simulation of rolling the material at a certain lavel(i. e. stream line) of the deformation zone.Their influences on local yield stresses and on the development of the microstructure were checked.The efficiency of physical simulation of rolling with the Gleeble 1500 simulating equipment was examined.The states at which the transport of metallic material through the deformation zone between smooth rolls takes place were analysed by a visioplastic method,while physical simulation of rolling was made by thermomechanically controlled cylindrical compression tests.The tests were made with industrially manufactrued X5Grni8.9 austenitic stainless steel. | R.
