| 2 | Hybridizing grey wolf optimization with differential evolution for global optimization and test scheduling for 3D stacked SoC显示文摘A new meta-heuristic method is proposed to enhance current meta-heuristic methods for global optimization and test scheduling for three-dimensional(3D) stacked system-on-chip(SoC) by hybridizing grey wolf optimization with differential evolution(HGWO). Because basic grey wolf optimization(GWO) is easy to fall into stagnation when it carries out the operation of attacking prey, and differential evolution(DE) is integrated into GWO to update the previous best position of grey wolf Alpha, Beta and Delta, in order to force GWO to jump out of the stagnation with DE's strong searching ability. The proposed algorithm can accelerate the convergence speed of GWO and improve its performance.Twenty-three well-known benchmark functions and an NP hard problem of test scheduling for 3D SoC are employed to verify the performance of the proposed algorithm. Based on these, a kind of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy multi-criteria decision making method is proposed. By using these aggregation operators, criteria values are aggregated and integrated intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers of alternatives are attained. By comparing score function and accuracy function values of integrated fuzzy numbers, a ranking of the whole alternative set can be attained. Its accuracy excessively depended on the threshold, and no efficient way was given to select its suitable value, i.e., the value was suggested be estimated on the basis of empirical experience. A new way is proposed to automatically extract the optimal value of threshold by using the potential entropy of data field from the original dataset. For any dataset to be clustered, the threshold can be calculated from the dataset objectively instead of empirical estimation. | 8 | Resemblance Coefficient Based Intrapulse Feature Extraction Approach for Radar Emitter Signals显示文摘Radar emitter signal recognition plays an important role in electronic intelligence and electronic support measure systems. To enhance accurate recognition rate of advanced radar emitter signals to meet the requirement of modern electronic warfare, Resemblance coefficient (RC) approach is proposed to extract features from radar emitter signals with different intrapulse modulation laws. Definition of RC is given. Properties and advantages of RC are analyzed. Feature extraction algorithm using RC is described in detail. The noise-suppression performances of RC features are also analyzed. Subsequently, neural networks are used to design classifiers. Because RC contains the change and distribution information of amplitude, phase and frequency of radar emitter signals, RC can reflect the intrapulse modulation laws effectively. The results of theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that RC features have good characteristic of not being sensitive to noise. 9 radar emitter signals are chosen to make the experiment of RC feature extraction and automatic recognition. A large number of experimental results show that good accurate recognition rate can be achieved using the proposed approach. In this system,the air combat game is regarded as a Markov process, so that the air combat situation can be effectively calculated via Bayesian inference theory. According to the situation assessment result,adaptively adjusts the weights of maneuver decision factors, which makes the objective function more reasonable and ensures the superiority situation for UCAV. As the air combat game is characterized by highly dynamic and a significant amount of uncertainty,to enhance the robustness and effectiveness of maneuver decision results, fuzzy logic is used to build the functions of four maneuver decision factors. Accuracy prediction of opponent aircraft is also essential to ensure making a good decision; therefore, a prediction model of opponent aircraft is designed based on the elementary maneuver method. Finally, the moving horizon optimization strategy is used to effectively model the whole air combat maneuver decision process. However, there are still deficiencies in ABC regarding its local search ability and global search efficiency. Aiming at these deficiencies,an ABC variant named hybrid ABC(HABC) algorithm is proposed.Firstly, the variable neighborhood search factor is added to the solution search equation, which can enhance the local search ability and increase the population diversity. Secondly, inspired by the neuroscience investigation of real honeybees, the memory mechanism is put forward, which assumes the artificial bees can remember their past successful experiences and further guide the subsequent foraging behavior. Semantic and emotional information of sentences and their relations are adaptively encoded to vector representations of document.We used softmax regression classifier to identify the sentiment tendencies in the text. Compared with other methods, the CCLA model can well capture the local and long distance semantic and emotional information.Experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of CCLA model.
