Future Physics Programme of BESⅢ显示文摘There has recently been a dramatic renewal of interest in hadron spectroscopy and charm physics. This renaissance has been driven in part by the discovery of a plethora of charmonium-like XYZ states at BESⅢ and B factories, and the observation of an intriguing proton-antiproton threshold enhancement and the possibly related X(1835) meson state at BESⅢ, as well as the threshold measurements of charm mesons and charm baryons. We present a detailed survey of the important topics in tau-charm physics and hadron physics that can be further explored at BESⅢ during the remaining operation period of BEPCⅡ. This survey will help in the optimization of the data-taking plan over the coming years, and provides physics motivation for the possible upgrade of BEPCⅡ to higher luminosity. | M.Ablikim M.N.Achasov P.Adlarson S.Ahmed M.Albrecht M.Alekseev A.Amoroso F.F.An Q.An Y.Bai O.Bakina R.Baldini Ferroli Y.Ban K.Begzsuren J.V.Bennett N.Berger M.Bertani D.Bettoni F.Bianchi J Biernat J.Bloms I.Boyko R.A.Briere L.Calibbi H.Cai X.Cai A.Calcaterra G.F.Cao N.Cao S.A.Cetin J.Chai J.F.Chang W.L.Chang J.Charles G.Chelkov Chen G.Chen H.S.Chen J.C.Chen M.L.Chen S.J.Chen Y.B.Chen H.Y.Cheng W.Cheng G.Cibinetto F.Cossio X.F.Cui H.L.Dai J.P.Dai X.C.Dai A.Dbeyssi D.Dedovich Z.Y.Deng A.Denig Denysenko M.Destefanis S.Descotes-Genon F.De Mori Y.Ding C.Dong J.Dong L.Y.Dong M.Y.Dong Z.L.Dou S.X.Du S.I.Eidelman J.Z.Fan J.Fang S.S.Fang Y.Fang R.Farinelli L.Fava F.Feldbauer G.Felici C.Q.Feng M.Fritsch C.D.Fu Y.Fu Q.Gao X.L.Gao Y.Gao Y.Gao Y.G.Gao Z.Gao B.Garillon I.Garzia E.M.Gersabeck A.Gilman K.Goetzen L.Gong W.X.Gong W.Gradl M.Greco L.M.Gu M.H.Gu Y.T.Gu A.Q.Guo F.K.Guo L.B.Guo R.P.Guo Y.P.Guo A.Guskov S.Han X.Q.Hao F.A.Harris K.L.He F.H.Heinsius T.Held Y.K.Heng Y.R.Hou Z.L.Hou H.M.Hu J.F.Hu T.Hu Y.Hu G.S.Huang J.S.Huang X.T.Huang X.Z.Huang Z.L.Huang N.Huesken T.Hussain W.Ikegami Andersson W.Imoehl M.Irshad Q.Ji Q.P.Ji X.B.Ji X.L.Ji H.L.Jiang X.S.Jiang X.Y.Jiang J.B.Jiao Z.Jiao D.P.Jin S.Jin Y.Jin T.Johansson N.Kalantar-Nayestanaki X.S.Kang R.Kappert M.Kavatsyuk B.C.Ke I.K.Keshk T.Khan A.Khoukaz P.Kiese R.Kiuchi R.Kliemt L.Koch O.B.Kolcu B.Kopf M.Kuemmel M.Kuessner A.Kupsc M.Kurth M.G.Kurth W.Kuhn J.S.Lange P.Larin L.Lavezzi H.Leithoff T.Lenz C.Li Cheng Li D.M.Li F.Li F.Y.Li G.Li H.B.Li H.J.Li J.C.Li J.W.Li Ke Li L.K.Li Lei Li P.L.Li P.R.Li Q.Y.Li W.D.Li W.G.Li X.H.Li X.L.Li X.N.Li X.Q.Li Z.B.Li H.Liang H.Liang Y.F.Liang Y.T.Liang G.R.Liao L.Z.Liao J.Libby C.X.Lin D.X.Lin Y.J.Lin B.Liu B.J.Liu C.X.Liu D.Liu D.Y.Liu F.H.Liu Fang Liu Feng Liu H.B.Liu H.M.Liu Huanhuan Liu Huihui Liu J.B.Liu J.Y.Liu K.Y.Liu Ke Liu Q.Liu S.B.Liu T.Liu X.Liu X.Y.Liu Y.B.Liu Z.A.Liu Zhiqing Liu Y.F.Long X.C.Lou H.J.Lu J.D.Lu J.G.Lu Y.Lu Y.P.Lu C.L.Luo M.X.Luo P.W.Luo T.Luo X.L.Luo S.Lusso X.R.Lyu F.C.Ma H.L.Ma L.L.Ma M.M.Ma Q.M.Ma X.N.Ma X.X.Ma X.Y.Ma Y.M.Ma F.E.Maas M.Maggiora S.Maldaner S.Malde Q.A.Malik A.Mangoni Y.J.Mao Z.P.Mao S.Marcello Z.X.Meng J.G.Messchendorp G.Mezzadri J.Min T.J.Min R.E.Mitchell X.H.Mo Y.J.Mo C.Morales Morales N.Yu.Muchnoi H.Muramatsu A.Mustafa S.Nakhoul Y.Nefedov F.Nerling I.B.Nikolaev Z.Ning S.Nisar S.L.Niu S.L.Olsen Q.Ouyang S.Pacetti Y.Pan M.Papenbrock P.Patteri M.Pelizaeus H.P.Peng K.Peters A.A.Petrov J.Pettersson J.L.Ping R.G.Ping A.Pitka R.Poling V.Prasad M.Qi T.Y.Qi S.Qian C.F.Qiao N.Qin X.P.Qin X.S.Qin Z.H.Qin J.F.Qiu S.Q.Qu K.H.Rashid C.F.Redmer M.Richter M.Ripka A.Rivetti V.Rodin M.Rolo G.Rong J.L.Rosner Ch.Rosner M.Rump A.Sarantsev M.Savrie K.Schoenning W.Shan X.Y.Shan M.Shao C.P.Shen P.X.Shen X.Y.Shen H.Y.Sheng X.Shi X.D Shi J.J.Song Q.Q.Song X.Y.Song S.Sosio C.Sowa S.Spataro F.F.Sui G.X.Sun J.F.Sun L.Sun S.S.Sun X.H.Sun Y.J.Sun Y.K Sun Y.Z.Sun Z.J.Sun Z.T.Sun Y.T Tan C.J.Tang G.Y.Tang X.Tang V.Thoren B.Tsednee I.Uman B.Wang B.L.Wang C.W.Wang D.Y.Wang H.H.Wang K.Wang L.L.Wang L.S.Wang M.Wang M.Z.Wang Wang Meng P.L.Wang R.M.Wang W.P.Wang X.Wang X.F.Wang X.L.Wang Y.Wang Y.F.Wang Z.Wang Z.G.Wang Z.Y.Wang Zongyuan Wang T.Weber D.H.Wei P.Weidenkaff H.W.Wen S.P.Wen U.Wiedner G.Wilkinson M.Wolke L.H.Wu L.J.Wu Z.Wu L.Xia Y.Xia S.Y.Xiao Y.J.Xiao Z.J.Xiao Y.G.Xie Y.H.Xie T.Y.Xing X.A.Xiong Q.L.Xiu G.F.Xu L.Xu Q.J.Xu W.Xu X.P.Xu F.Yan L.Yan W.B.Yan W.C.Yan Y.H.Yan H.J.Yang H.X.Yang L.Yang R.X.Yang S.L.Yang Y.H.Yang Y.X.Yang Yifan Yang Z.Q.Yang M.Ye M.H.Ye J.H.Yin Z.Y.You B.X.Yu C.X.Yu J.S.Yu C.Z.Yuan X.Q.Yuan Y.Yuan A.Yuncu A.A.Zafar Y.Zeng B.X.Zhang B.Y.Zhang C.C.Zhang D.H.Zhang H.H.Zhang H.Y.Zhang J.Zhang J.L.Zhang J.Q.Zhang J.W.Zhang J.Y.Zhang J.Z.Zhang K.Zhang L.Zhang S.F.Zhang T.J.Zhang X.Y.Zhang Y.Zhang Y.H.Zhang Y.T.Zhang Yang Zhang Yao Zhang Yi Zhang Yu Zhang Z.H.Zhang Z.P.Zhang Z.Q.Zhang Z.Y.Zhang G.Zhao J.W.Zhao J.Y.Zhao J.Z.Zhao Lei Zhao Ling Zhao M.G.Zhao Q.Zhao S.J.Zhao T.C.Zhao Y.B.Zhao Z.G.Zhao A.Zhemchugov B.Zheng J.P.Zheng Y.Zheng Y.H.Zheng B.Zhong L.Zhou L.P.Zhou Q.Zhou X.Zhou X.K.Zhou Xingyu Zhou Xiaoyu Zhou Xu Zhou A.N.Zhu J.Zhu J.Zhu K.Zhu K.J.Zhu S.H.Zhu W.J.Zhu X.L.Zhu Y.C.Zhu Y.S.Zhu Z.A.Zhu J.Zhuang B.S.Zou J.H.Zou 无 | 2020 | Chinese Physics C2020,44,4: | 517
A NEW METHOD FOR STRUCTURAL TOPOLOGICAL OPTIMIZATION BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF INDEPENDENT CONTINUOUS VARIABLES AND SMOOTH MODEL显示文摘A concept of the independent-continuous topological variable is pro-posed to establish its corresponding smooth model of structural topological optimiza-tion. | 3 | Application of entransy dissipation extremum principle in radiative heat transfer optimization显示文摘The concepts of entransy flux and entransy dissipation in radiative heat transfer were introduced based on the analogy with heat conduction and heat convection processes. Entransy will be partially dissipated during the radiative heat transfer processes due to the irreversibility. The extremum principle of entransy dissipation was developed for optimizing radiative heat transfer processes. This principle states that for a fixed boundary temperature the radiative heat transfer is optimized when the entransy dissipation is maximized, while for a fixed boundary heat flux the radiative heat transfer process is optimized when the entransy dissipation is minimized. Finally, examples for the application of the entransy dissipation extre- mum principle are presented. | Jing Wu XinGang Liang | 2008 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,8: | 56
Entransy dissipation minimization for liquid-solid phase change processes显示文摘The liquid-solid phase change process of a simple one-dimensional slab is studied in this paper.By taking entransy dissipation minimization as optimization objective, the optimal external reservoir temperature profiles are derived by using optimal control theory under the condition of a fixed freezing or melting time. The entransy dissipation corresponding to the optimal heat exchange strategies of minimum entransy dissipation is 8/9 of that corresponding to constant reservoir temperature operations, which is independent of all system parameters. The obtained results for entransy dissipation minimization are also compared with those obtained for the optimal heat exchange strategies of minimum entropy generation and constant reservoir temperature operations by numerical examples. The obtained results can provide some theoretical guidelines for the choice of optimal cooling or heating strategy in practical liquid-solid phase change processes. | XIA ShaoJun,CHEN LinGen & SUN FengRui Postgraduate School,Naval University of Engineering,Wuhan 430033,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,4: | 41
Autonomous air combat maneuver decision using Bayesian inference and moving horizon optimization显示文摘To reach a higher level of autonomy for unmanned combat aerial vehicle(UCAV) in air combat games, this paper builds an autonomous maneuver decision system. In this system, the air combat game is regarded as a Markov process, so that the air combat situation can be effectively calculated via Bayesian inference theory. According to the situation assessment result, adaptively adjusts the weights of maneuver decision factors, which makes the objective function more reasonable and ensures the superiority situation for UCAV. As the air combat game is characterized by highly dynamic and a significant amount of uncertainty,to enhance the robustness and effectiveness of maneuver decision results, fuzzy logic is used to build the functions of four maneuver decision factors. Accuracy prediction of opponent aircraft is also essential to ensure making a good decision; therefore, a prediction model of opponent aircraft is designed based on the elementary maneuver method. Finally, the moving horizon optimization strategy is used to effectively model the whole air combat maneuver decision process. Various simulations are performed on typical scenario test and close-in dogfight, the results sufficiently demonstrate the superiority of the designed maneuver decision method. | HUANG Changqiang DONG Kangsheng HUANG Hanqiao TANG Shangqin ZHANG Zhuoran | 2018 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2018,29,1: | 49
Homogenization of temperature field and temperature gradient field显示文摘The homogenization of temperature field and temperature gradient field are very important for many devices, systems and equipments, such as satellites and electronic devices. This paper discusses the distribution optimization of the limited high conductivity material with the simulated annealing algorithm to homogenize the temperature field in a two-dimensional heat conduction problem. At the same time, the temperature gradient field is homogenized with the bionic optimization method. The results show that the two optimization targets are consistent to some extent, while the bionic optimization method could save much computing time. In addition, there are threshold values for the amount of high conductivity material and the ratio of the high conductivity to the low conductivity beyond which further increasing these values brings very little improvement on the homogenization of temperature field and temperature gradient field. | CHENG XueTao XU XiangHua LIANG XinGang | 2009 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,10: | 35
Constructal optimization for geometry of cavity by taking entransy dissipation minimization as objective显示文摘The entransy dissipation extremum principle provides new warranty and criterion for optimization of heat transfer. For two cases(body with heat generation and body heated externally)of a solid conducting wall with an open cavity,a dimensionless equivalent thermal resistance based on entransy dissipation definition was taken as the optimization objective to optimize the model constructal ge- ometry.Numerical results validated the necessity and feasibility of the presented method.Comparisons of the numerical results based on minimization of dimensionless maximum thermal resistance and minimization of dimensionless equivalent thermal resistance, respectively, showed that there was no obvious difference between the two results when the volume fractionΦoccupied by cavity was small, but the difference between the two results increased with the increases ofΦand the body aspect ratio H/L for any model. The optimal cavities for bodies heated externally were more slender than those for bodies with heat generation.Heat origin had obvious effect on the global performance of heat transfer. The entransy dissipation of body heated externally increased 2―3 times than that of body with heat generation, indicating that the global performance of heat transfer weakened. The method presented herein provides some guidelines for some relevant thermal design problems. | XIE ZhiHui CHEN LinGen SUN FengRui | 2009 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,12: | 37
Optimization of the head shape of the CRH3 high speed train显示文摘Aiming at optimizing the head shape of the CRH3 high speed train, an efficient optimization approach is proposed. The CFD analysis by solving Navier-Stokes equations is coupled with optimization calculation based on the multi-objective genetic algorithm, meanwhile the arbitrary shape deformation technique (ASD) is also introduced into the design flow, which greatly shortens the time consumption for geometry regeneration and flow field remeshing. As a result, the efficiency of the optimization calculation is highly improved. Statistical analysis is done to the designs in the design space, and the correlation between the design variables and the objective is studied to find out the key variables that most affect the objective. Response surface analysis is also performed to get the nonlinear relationship between the key design variables and the objective with the Kriging algorithm. Finally, after the optimization, an aerodynamic performance comparison between the optimal shape and the original shape reveals that the original shape of CRH3 high speed train owns a very stable aerodynamic performance and can be trustingly used in industry. | SUN ZhenXu1, SONG JingJing1 & AN YiRan1 College of Engineering, State Key Laboratory for Turbulence and Complex Systems, Peking University, Beijing 100871, China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,12: | 35

Max-Min Adaptive Ant Colony Optimization Approach to Multi-UAVs Coordinated Trajectory Replanning in Dynamic and Uncertain Environments显示文摘Multiple Uninhabited Aerial Vehicles (multi-UAVs) coordinated trajectory replanning is one of the most complicatedglobal optimum problems in multi-UAVs coordinated control. Based on the construction of the basic model of multi-UAVscoordinated trajectory replanning, which includes problem description, threat modeling, constraint conditions, coordinatedfunction and coordination mechanism, a novel Max-Min adaptive Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) approach is presented indetail. In view of the characteristics of multi-UAVs coordinated trajectory replanning in dynamic and uncertain environments, the minimum and maximum pheromone trails in ACO are set to enhance the searching capability, and the point pheromone isadopted to achieve the collision avoidance between UAVs at the trajectory planner layer. Considering the simultaneous arrivaland the air-space collision avoidance, an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is decided first. Then the trajectory and flight velocityof each UAV are determined. Simulation experiments are performed under the complicated combating environment containingsome static threats and popup threats. Then, the electromagnet working at steady state (constant magnetic field, constant heat generating rate per unit volume) is optimized for entransy dissipation minimization (i.e. mean temperature difference minimization) with and without volume constraint. | 12 | Constructal optimization of discrete and continuous-variable cross-section conducting path based on entransy dissipation rate minimization显示文摘Using constructal entransy dissipation rate minimization method based on discrete variable cross-section conducting path, constructal optimizations of elemental area with variable cross-section conducting path are performed, and the results are compared with the optimization results of elemental area with the constant cross-section conducting path. The comparison shows that the minimum mean temperature difference based on elemental area with variable cross-section conducting path increases and approaches a constant as the assembly's order increases, but the minimum mean temperature difference based on elemental area with constant cross-section conducting path decreases and approaches a constant as the assembly's order increases. The difference between them is caused by the different dimensionless mean temperature difference of the first order assembly.A universal constructal optimization method by self similar organization to improve heat transfer ability and its corresponding rule are proposed. With the constructal optimization method by self similar organization based on entransy dissipation rate minimization objective, the mean temperature difference approaches a constant as the assembly's order increases. | WEI ShuHuan,CHEN LinGen & SUN FengRui Postgraduate School,Naval University of Engineering,Wuhan 430033,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,6: | 27
Constructal entransy dissipation rate and flow-resistance minimizations for cooling channels显示文摘Based on constructal theory,a construct of a volume that generates heat at every point and is cooled by the coolant in the constant or tapered channel is optimized by minimizing entransy dissipation rate and flow resistance. The optimal constructs of the rectangular elements with dimensionless mean thermal resistance minimization as well as the first-,secondand thirdorder assemblies with dimensionless global flow resistance minimizations are obtained respectively. The results show that both the mean temperature difference and the limiting temperature difference of rectangular elements based on EDR (entransy dissipation rate) and MTD (maximum temperature difference) minimizations respectively are almost equal.Comparing heat transfer performances from the two optimization procedures, the dimensionless global flow resistance is decreased more for the former procedure when the assembly’s order is high.It may create great superiority for constructal optimization to combine the entransy dissipation extreme principle with heat convection. | XIAO QingHua,CHEN LinGen & SUN FengRui Postgraduate School,Naval University of Engineering,Wuhan 430033,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,9: | 27

Global optimization of tool path for five-axis flank milling with a cylindrical cutter显示文摘In this paper, optimum positioning of cylindrical cutter for five-axis flank milling of non-developable ruled surface is addressed from the perspective of surface approximation. Based on the developed interchangeability principle, global optimization of the five-axis tool path is modeled as approximation of the tool envelope surface to the data points on the design surface following the minimum zone criterion recommended by ANSI and ISO standards for tolerance evaluation. By using the signed point-to-surface distance function, tool path plannings for semi-finish and finish millings are formulated as two constrained optimization problems in a unified framework. | 16 | Constructal optimization of a vertical insulating wall based on a complex objective combining heat flow and strength显示文摘For a vertical insulating wall,a product function of heat flow and strength with power weight is introduced as the complex optimization objective to compromise between insulating performance and mechanical performance.Under the global constraints of fixed external dimensions and safety requirements, the constructal optimization of the wall is carried out by taking the complex function maximization as the objective. It is shown that the maximum of the complex-objective function and its corresponding optimal internal structure design under a certain environmental condition can be obtained by allowing the internal structure of the wall to vary(evolve)freely. The validity, effectivity and applicability of the complex function are proved by the results and the power weight parameter in the range from 0.4 to 4 can compromise between the requirements of insulating and strength simultaneously and preferably. The constructal optimization with coequal attention to heat flow and strength and the corresponding results are discussed in detail. The optimal structure design and the corresponding performance analyses under various environmental conditions of application are presented. When the change of environment is greater and the total Rayleigh number is bigger, the insulating wall with large number of cavities should be employed. When the total Rayleigh number is small, the better performance can be obtained by reasonably employing the insulating wall with small number of cavities. The complex function has better selfadaptability, and the results in the recent literature are special cases of this paper. | XIE ZhiHui,CHEN LinGen &SUN FengRui Postgraduate School,Naval University of Engineering,Wuhan 430033,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,8: | 21
Constructal optimization of twice Y-shaped assemblies of fins by taking maximum thermal resistance minimization as objective显示文摘In this paper, constructal optimization of the twice Y-shaped assemblies of fins with six freedom degrees (characteristic parameters of geometry) is performed by employing finite element method and taking dimensionless maximum thermal resistance as a performance index, and the heat transfer performance of the twice Y-shaped assemblies of fins under various conditions with different freedom degrees are analyzed. The results show that the twice assemblies can improve the heat transfer performance of Y-shaped fin remarkably, and the minimum maximum thermal resistance of the twice Y-shaped assemblies of fins decreases by 36.37% compared with that of once Y-shaped assembly of fins. It is also proved again that the larger the number of freedom degrees for evolving is,the more perfect the system performance is. The effects of different characteristic parameters of geometry on the performance of the twice Y-shaped assemblies of fins are different, one should pay different attention to these parameters in practical engineering designs. The effects of two angles on the maximum thermal resistance are larger, but the optima of the two angles are robust. The effects of two height ratios on the maximum thermal resistance are more remarkable than those of two thickness ratios. | XIE ZhiHui, CHEN LinGen & SUN FengRui Postgraduate School, Naval University of Engineering, Wuhan 430033, China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,10: | 21

Collision free 4D path planning for multiple UAVs based on spatial refined voting mechanism and PSO approach显示文摘In this paper, a four-dimensional coordinated path planning algorithm for multiple UAVs is proposed, in which time variable is taken into account for each UAV as well as collision free and obstacle avoidance. A Spatial Refined Voting Mechanism(SRVM) is designed for standard Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) to overcome the defects of local optimal and slow convergence. For each generation candidate particle positions are recorded and an adaptive cube is formed with own adaptive side length to indicate occupied regions. Then space voting begins and is sorted based on voting results, whose centers with bigger voting counts are seen as sub-optimal positions. The average of all particles of corresponding dimensions are calculated as the refined solutions. A time coordination method is developed by generating specified candidate paths for every UAV, making them arrive the same destination with the same time consumption. A spatial-temporal collision avoidance technique is introduced to make collision free. Distance to destination is constructed to improve the searching accuracy and velocity of particles. In addition, the objective function is redesigned by considering the obstacle and threat avoidance, Estimated Time of Arrival(ETA), separation maintenance and UAV self-constraints. Experimental results prove the effectiveness and efficiency of the algorithm. | Yang LIU Xuejun ZHANG Yu ZHANG Xiangmin GUAN | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,6: | 20
The optimal path of piston motion for Otto cycle with linear phenomenological heat transfer law显示文摘An Otto cycle engine with internal and external irreversibilities of friction and heat leakage, in which the heat transfer between the working fluid and the environment obeys linear phenomenological heat transfer law [q ∝△(T -1)], is studied in this paper. The optimal piston motion trajectory for maximizing the work output per cycle is derived for the fixed total cycle time and fuel consumed per cycle. Optimal control theory is applied to determine the optimal piston trajectories for the cases of with and without piston acceleration constraint on each stroke and the optimal distribution of the total cycle time among the strokes. The optimal piston motion with acceleration constraint for each stroke consists of three segments, including initial maximum acceleration and final maximum deceleration boundary segments, respectively. Numerical examples for optimal configuration are provided, and the obtained results are compared with those obtained with Newton’s heat transfer law [q ∝△(T )]. The results also show that optimizing the piston motion can improve power and efficiency of the engine by more than 9%. This is primarily due to the decrease in heat leakage loss on the initial portion of the power stroke. | XIA ShaoJun CHEN LinGen SUN FengRui | 2009 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2009,52,5: | 18
