| 1 | 乌梅的药理作用研究进展显示文摘目的:为深入研究和开发应用乌梅提供参考。方法:以'乌梅''药理作用''Prunus mume''Pharmacological action''Modern pharmacological effects'等为关键词,组合查询2000-2015年在PubMed、ScienceDirect、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中的相关文献,并进行整理和归纳。结果:共检索到相关文献1 153篇,其中有效文献52篇。乌梅具有抑菌、镇咳、镇静催眠及抗惊厥、抗病毒、抗变态反应、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗纤维化、降低血脂、抑制黑色素、抗生育、治疗结肠炎、降血糖、防治结石和止血等多种药理作用;且乌梅不同炮制品、不同用药部位的药理作用不完全相同,镇咳作用可能与其所含的苦杏仁苷有关,降血糖作用与乌梅中的苹果酸和枸橼酸有关,齐墩果酸和熊果酸可能是乌梅抗菌、抗肿瘤等作用的活性成分。结论:乌梅是一种安全性高的药食同源药材,其药理作用广泛,目前在抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗变态反应、抗氧化作用、治疗结肠炎方面研究较多,但其降血糖及止血作用还有待深入研究。建议相关学者深入研究乌梅及其用药各部位、各炮制品的不同药理作用的具体活性成分及作用机制。 | 张小琼 侯晓军 杨敏 冷静 | 2016 | 中国药房2016,27,25: | 90 |
| 2 | 梅花不同样本间亲缘关系的AFLP初步分析显示文摘应用AFLP技术初步研究20个梅花株系间的亲缘关系,19对选择性引物扩增出清晰的总位点数918个,其中多态性位点324个,占总位点数的35.29%。采用SAS类平均法聚类分析AFLP数据,λ值为0.9759时,将20个梅花株系分为4个类群。半野生种曲梗梅的多态性位点数最高,‘多萼朱砂’、‘复瓣小宫粉’等梅花品种次之。在类群Ⅳ中,具有明显亲缘关系的两组亲本及其杂交子代各自聚为一组,表明AFLP技术和聚类分析方法可以用来研究梅花品种间的亲缘关系。‘小宫粉’、‘江南朱砂’和它们的子代亲缘关系密切,结果仍能区别其较小差异,这有助于解决梅花中存在的不同产地相同品种异名和同名而品种不同的问题。垂枝类梅花品种间有较近的亲缘关系或者遗传来源,支持枝姿作为梅花分类的重要形态特征,垂枝类品种属于梅花中比较进化的类群与其历史演化相吻合。本研究中所采用的DNA限制性内切酶酶切组合及所筛选的AFLP选择性引物对适合研究梅花品种间的亲缘关系和遗传多样性。 | 杨朝东 王健 张俊卫 张波 包满珠 | 2005 | 中国农业科学2005,38,10: | 16 |
| 3 | 响应面法优化超声辅助提取果梅果实有机酸工艺显示文摘以果梅(Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc)果实为原料,利用响应面法确定其有机酸的超声辅助提取最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,以超声温度、超声时间、料液比、超声频率为自变量,有机酸提取量为响应值,使用中心组合(Box-Behnken)试验设计对各个因素的显著性和交互作用进行分析。结果表明,果梅果实有机酸的最佳提取工艺为超声温度36℃、超声时间30 min、料液比1∶19(m L/g)、超声功率59 k Hz、提取次数2次。在此条件下有机酸提取量的预测值为6.40%,实测值为6.24%,两者较接近。表明BoxBehnken试验设计和响应面法可以优化果梅果实有机酸的超声辅助提取工艺。 | 靳志飞 陈红 | 2016 | 湖北农业科学2016,55,7: | 8 |
| 4 | Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma responds to MK615, a compound extract from the Japanese apricot “Prunus mume ”显示文摘MK615, a compound extracted from the Japanese apricot 'Prunus mume ' has been reported to have in vitro anti-tumor activities against several cancer cell lines,including hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). However, the clinical effects and feasibility of administering MK615for patients with HCC were unknown. We experienced a case with advanced HCC for which MK615 was effective against both lymph node and pulmonary metastases. A 60-year-old female underwent surgical resection of a 9 cm HCC in the right lobe. The pathological diagnosis was moderately differentiated HCC with vascular invasion. The HCC recurred in the liver 8 mo after the surgery. Radiofrequency ablation and transarterial infusion chemotherapy were performed, but the recurrence was not controlled. One year after the intrahepatic recurrence, pulmonary and lymph metastasis appeared.Sorafenib was administered, but was not effective.Then, MK615 was administered as a final alternative therapy after informed consent was obtained from the patient. Three months later, her alpha-fetoprotein level decrease and both the lymph node and pulmonary metastases decreased in size. The patient has survived for more than 17 mo after the MK615 administration, and was in good condition. | 5 | Orthogonal Test Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Fla-vonoids from Fruits and Leaves of Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc. and Its in Vitro Anti-oxidation Activity显示文摘[Objectives]To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids component,and investigate its in vitro anti-oxidation activity.[Methods]The single factor was inspected firstly. By orthogonal experiment,the best extraction conditions of total flavonoids from fruits and leaves of P. mume Sieb. et Zucc. were determined,and reducing ability of the extracted total flavonoids and its DPPH and ABTS scavenging abilities were explored. [Results] The best extraction technology conditions: solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 50,ethanol concentration of 50%,extraction time of 2. 5 h,extraction temperature of 85 ℃,two-time extraction. By detecting DPPH and ABTS scavenging abilities of total flavonoids,the anti-oxidation activity of the total flavonoids from fruits and leaves of P. mume Sieb. et Zucc. was analyzed and evaluated. | 6 | Genetic Relationships among Prunus mume var. pendula Using AFLP Markers显示文摘Genetic relationships among Prunus mume var. pendula were studied by using AFLP markers. 18 accessions representing 14 cultivars of Prunus mume var. pendula were selected from the germplasm collection at the Research Center of China Mei Flower. Seven Mse I-EcoR I AFLP primer combinations revealed 450 legible bands, and 269 of which were polymorphic markers. A similarity matrix was prepared using the simple matching coefficient of similarity and Neis (72) distance coefficient. A UPGMA dendrogram demonstrated the genetic relationships of the cultivars. The information given by AFLP markers was basically consistent with the morphological classification and the evolutionary history of the morphotypes, and roughly supported the new revised classification system for Chinese Mei Cultivars. | 9 | Inhibitory Activity of Prunus mume,Copitis chinensis and Crataegus pinnatifida on Vibrio harveyi and Its Biofilm显示文摘[Objective] This study was conducted to determine the in-vitro inhibitory effects of Prunus mume,Coptis chinensis and Crataegus pinnatifida on Vibrio harveyi and its biofilm. [Method]The inhibitory zone diameters of the three Chinese herbal medicines against V. harveyi were determined by agar diffusion method; the minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration( MBC) values of the three Chinese herbal medicines against V. harveyi were determined by doubling dilution method; and the effects of the three Chinese herbal medicines on the formation of V. harveyi biofilm were determined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium( MTT) method. [Result]The three Chinese herbal medicines all inhibited V. harveyi to different degrees. C. chinensis and C. pinnatifida and P. mume exhibited the inhibitory zone diameters of( 17. 62 ± 0. 04),( 20. 16 ± 0. 08) and( 30. 76 ± 0. 26) mm against V. harveyi,respectively. P. mume and C. pinnatifida had strong inhibitory effects on V. harveyi. The MIC and MBC values of P. mume against V. harveyi were 7. 812 5 mg/ml; the MIC and MBC values of C. pinnatifida against V. harveyi were 31. 25 mg/ml; and the MIC and MBC values of C. chinensis against V. harveyi were 62. 5 mg/ml. P. mume had the strongest antibacterial and bactericidal ability. The MIC values of C. pinnatifida,C. chinensis and P. mume against V. harveyi were 7. 81,7. 81 and 1. 96 mg/ml,respectively,i. e.,P. mume exhibited the lowest MIC. | 11 | Identification of the PmWEEP locus controlling weeping traits in Prunus mume through an integrated genome-wide association study and quantitative trait locus mapping显示文摘Weeping Prunus mume(mei)has long been cultivated in East Asia for its specific ornamental value.However,little is known about the regulatory mechanism of the weeping trait in mei,which limits molecular breeding for the improvement of weeping-type cultivars.Here,we quantified the weeping trait in mei using nested phenotyping of 214 accessions and 342 F 1 hybrids.Two major associated loci were identified from the genome-wide association study(GWAS),which was conducted using 3,014,409 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)derived from resequencing,and 8 QTLs and 55 epistatic loci were identified from QTL mapping using 7,545 specific lengths amplified fragment(SLAF)markers.Notably,an overlapping PmWEEP major QTL was fine mapped within a 0.29 Mb region on chromosome 7(Pa7),and a core SNP locus closely associated with the weeping trait was screened and validated.Furthermore,a total of 22 genes in the PmWEEP QTL region were expressed in weeping or upright mei based on RNA-seq analysis.Among them,only a novel gene(Pm024213)containing a thioredoxin(Trx)domain was found to be close to the core SNP and specifically expressed in buds and branches of weeping mei.Co-expression analysis of Pm024213 showed that most of the related genes were involved in auxin and lignin biosynthesis.These findings provide insights into the regulatory mechanism of the weeping trait and effective molecular markers for molecular-assisted breeding in Prunus mume. | Xiaokang Zhuo Tangchun Zheng Suzhen Li Zhiyong Zhang Man Zhang Yichi Zhang Sagheer Ahmad Lidan Sun Jia Wang Tangren Cheng Qixiang Zhang | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 0 |
