1Analysis and design for the second order nonlinear continuous extended states observer显示文摘The extended state observer (ESO) is a novel observer for a class of uncertain systems. Since ESO adopts the continuous non-smooth structure, the classical observer design theory is hard to use for ESO analysis. In this note, the self-stable region (SSR) approach, which is a nonlinear synthesis method for nonlinear uncertain systems, will be used for ESO design and its stability analysis. 2Get effective polyclonal antisera in one month显示文摘According to the traditional immunization procedure, after the first injection of the sample A (emulsion of aimed antigen and Freund's complete adjuvant) to immunize rabbit, successive injections of the sample B (emulsion of aimed antigen and Freund's incomplete adjuvant) were followed every 2-4 weeks. In general,high titer of the corresponding polyclonal antisera will be observed after 4-5 injections of sample B in 3-4months. This report presents a simply modified procedure that was able to stimulate the antisera formation in one month and achieve enough avidity to satisfy either Western blot or immunohistochemistry analysis.It just applied an additional injection of the sample A to the rabbit at the 3rd day after the primary immunization injection. You could gain the high titer of the antisera right after the first sample B injection in one month. 4Pretreated methods on loess-palaeosol samples granulometry显示文摘Twenty representative samples were collected from the Chinese loess plateau and each sample was prepared in 6 different ways respectively in order to test the influences of pretreated methods on grain size measurement. 5Using specific secondary metabolites as markers to evaluate allelopathic potentials of rice varieties and individual plants显示文摘It is a key of the breeding of ailelopathic rice cultivars to evaluate and screen few accessions with ailelopathic traits from numerous rice accessions and individual plants. Rice varieties and individual plants with ailelopathic traits demonstrated their ailelopathic effects by producing and releasing specific secondary metabolites into environment. Therefore, using specific secondary metabolites as markers, the ailelopathic potentials of rice varieties and individual plants could be evaluated by HPLC. The ailelopathic potentials of 3000 rice accessions and some individual plants of F3 and F4 were evaluated by this method in 1 a. If these accessions and plants were evaluated by the traditional method in the field, it would take more than 10 a, furthermore, the breeding process of ailelopathic rice cultivars would be directed and monitored by this method. Isolation and structural identification of specific secondary metabolites was done by LC/MS coupling 1H and 13C NMR. 6Studies on the analytical potential energy function of diatomic molecular ion XY^+ using variational method显示文摘A new analytical potential energy function for diatomic molecular ion XY+ is proposed based on the energy consistent method (ECM). The Coulomb potential included in the new ionic potential contains multipole corrections, converges quickly and is variationally changeable. The new potential and the ECM are applied to variationally studying the potential energies of eight electronic states of several diatomic molecular ions: the A2P state of CO+, the X2+g state of 2+Li, the X2+g state of 2,+Hethe 12Pu state of ,+2Nathe A2Pu state of ,+2N the X1S+ state of KrH+, the X2S+ state of SiO+ and the A2P state of SO+ ion. The present results agree excellently with the experiment-based Rydberg-Klein-Rees (RKR) potentials, and are superior to the commonly used Huxley-Murrell-Sorbie (HMS) analytical potentials, and are better in some cases than some quantum mechanical ab initio potentials in the ionic asymptotic and dissociation regions.LIU Guoyue1,3, SUN Weiguo1,2 & FENG Hao1 1. 8Existence,uniqueness and stability of C^m solutions of iterative functional equations显示文摘In this paper we discuss a relatively general kind of iterative functional equation G( x, f( x),… , fn(x)) = 0 (for all x∈J), where J is a connected closed subset of the real number axis R, G∈ Cm( Jn+1, R), and n≥2. 11Three-Dimensional Thermo-mechanical Coupled FEM Simulation for Hot Continuous Rolling of Large-Diameter Mandrel Bar显示文摘Based on the important boundary conditions of rolling simulation including friction, heat conduction and interactionsof the workpiece and rolls, the hot continuous rolling processes of large-diameter mandrel round bar (200 mm indiameter) in 6VH-stand hot tandem mill are successfully simulated by three-dimensional coupled thermomechanicalelastoplastic finite element method (FEM). The distributions of stress, strain, temperature and the rolling force andtorque for the two-pass and four-pass continuous rolling are calculated respectively. Thus, the two and four-passroll schedules are verified, respectively. The simulation results show that it is safe to produce 200 mm round barby the two-pass (oval pass and round pass) continuous rolling on the existing equipment compared to the four-passcontinuous rolling. 13Two personification strategies for solving circles packing problem显示文摘Two personification strategies are presented, which yield a highly efficient and practical algorithm for solving one of the NP hard problems——circles packing problem on the basis of the quasi-physical algorithm. A very clever polynomial time complexity degree approximate algorithm for solving this problem has been reported by Dorit S.Hochbaum and Wolfgang Maass in J. ACM. Their algorithm is extremely thorough-going and of great theoretical significance. But, just as they pointed out, their algorithm is feasible only in conception and even for examples frequently encountered in everyday life and of small scale, it is the case more often than not that up to a million years would be needed to perform calculations with this algorithm. It is suggested toward the end of their paper that a heuristic algorithm of higher practical effectiveness should be sought out. 15Effect of rock mass structure and block size on the slope stability——Physical modeling and discrete element simulation显示文摘This paper studies the stability of jointed rock slopes by using our improved three-dimensional discrete element methods (DEM) and physical modeling. Results show that the DEM can simulate all failure modes of rock slopes with different joint configurations. The stress in each rock block is not homogeneous and blocks rotate in failure development. Failure modes depend on the configuration of joints. Toppling failure is observed for the slope with straight joints and sliding failure is observed for the slope with staged joints. The DEM results are also compared with those of limit equilibrium method (LEM). Without considering the joints in rock masses, the LEM predicts much higher factor of safety than physical modeling and DEM.
